Alex and his partner were so polite, professional and courteous. They were fast and efficient, they set up and cleaned up as they cleared the ducts and vacuumed when they were finished! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their ducts/dryer vents. I had them add sanitizer too…nice lemon smell! Price was also great!!

I worked with Alex who was extremely professional, clean and friendly. We just moved into a new home and the vents had never been cleaned in probably a decade. Alex was great and worked closely to make our vents look practically brand new. The previous owners were also smokers and he was able to spray a sanitizer to help eliminate the odor trapped in the vents. He was also very careful to keep my home clean and not to damage anything as he cleaned. Needless to say I am extremely impressed with this service and highly recommend this company!

I had my HVAC replaced, ducts cleaned and sterilized a few years ago - 888-I-DO-DIRT came this year for a cleaning and after inspecting the vents informed me that, in their professional opinion, could and should wait another year or so and save the money. I tried to clean it myself but my brush got stuck inside so I called them. They removed the brush and then deep cleaned the entire vent. They removed a bird nest and lint. Great job and thorough work at a very reasonable cost.

I recently used this company to clean my dryer vent.They then showed me pictures of my central air vents and explained to me about air duct cleaning. I had Alex along with his partner to clean my dryer vent on the weekend. They explained the process and removed a ton of dryer lint. I used a different company two years ago and they did not remove NEARLY as much. Definitely using them again for my air ducts soon.

Alex did a great job on our heating ducts and we later hired him to clean some rugs. He was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, when he inspected the rugs he felt the process he uses was not appropriate for our rugs. He told us right up front and then kindly recommended another company that used dry cleaning. Very much appreciated.

They never called to cancel but they also never showed up. After many messages sent, I was told I’d hear back ASAP about it but heard nothing afterwards no matter what I said or if I called. Would NOT recommend. Ended up going with a different company that was on time and thorough.

I am very pleased with 888-I-Do-Dirt for my carpet cleaning job! I had a few pet stains on the carpet after we got a new puppy. They did a great job to clean them! They showed up on time. Their price is reasonable too. I will definitely hire them again.

My experience with this company has been positive from the moment I called to schedule my appointment. I worked with Alex. He worked with me in order to fit the appointment in to my schedule. He followed up with me when he said he would follow up with me; and, in the end, he was the one who was performing the service and was early.Alex was also very knowledgeable. He described the way air flowed into a room and the importance of keeping ductwork free of dust and debris. He took a photo of the ductwork before he went to work and after. There was a difference, needless to say.I can also recommend this service, because the air in my home seems to be much cleaner and not as stuffy as it was before. I strongly recommend this service.
