DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP! This is the only nail shop I used to go to but they’ve gotten worse over the years. The workers are extremely unsanitary and do not clean their tools after they use them. They are also extremely rough with your fingers, as far as popping the nails off and drilling the nail bed. I came here to get a pedicure about 2 weeks ago and that was my last visit. My feet were perfectly fine and a few days after leaving the shop I ended up getting toe nail fungus on my big toe. The lady used dirty tools and expired nail polish and hardener on my toes. I will NEVER be back.

I went to this place it was crowded... The services I received was a full set & pedicure... I must say it was a rush job 3 days later nails popping off.... I took a good look at my toes they definitely were half polished.... It was my first time& last time going......

I came here last week to get my nails done and i paid $40 for a manicure full set and 2 of my nails have already came off.. this never happened before they shouldn’t be coming of this early.. and my sister got a pedicure and paid extra for no chip and the polish has came off completely. won’t be going back there.

I went in and got my nails done last week and it was atrocious. The design I showed the nail tech was not put on my hand. He did whatever he felt like doing instead of what I asked for then had an attitude about me not liking it. I also asked him not to do my nails so thick and he did anyway telling me it wasn’t thick I don’t know what I’m talking about. As someone who works in customer service I know for a fact theirs is poor. I will not be going there again.

On a Saturday it is very busy but it was relatively clean. I just got a manicure and the Polish that I picked out I thought it was a deeper brown but its not too bad but he did a good job.

I walked into this establishment for the first time. I wanted a nail repair and my 12 year old a manicure. They seated us and immediately asked me for payment. I was extremely offended as Ive been getting nail services for almost 20 years. How do you ask for payment before you perform a service. I was offended and my daughter and I politely left. Shame on you for whatever your assumption was about me. I value myself and I carry myself with integrity. As a business owner I treat all my clients with the proper respect, you all should try it.

Very unprofessional. Very unorganized. I walked in and waited for 30 min and several people walked in and got serviced before me. I understand people have appointments but these people didn’t. I sat in a chair the man told me he didn’t want to do my nails. Only professional person is Lee. The others are rude and unprofessional with no customer service skills

Lost a nail in a week, paid for no chip on my toes and my toe chipped. I paid $70 and have to turn around and get my nails done again.

This has always been my go to nail salon they been around for years and mostly the whole staff does a great job and they are ALL great people when you build a relationship with your nails tech and get to know them

They are very rude, they over charge for poor quality and I came in the next day to get my nail fixed because it broke and they tried to charge me $15 to fix it! Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to.

There are far too many booths in this place pandemic or otherwise. They are not clean Coronavirus could have begun here. Its just too much. I think its a fire hazard

Disliked this place. Didnt seem clean. I didnt see their sanitizing machine and none of the equipment came from packages. The pedicure tech just put tools back into a case. He never dumped the nails he cut, just wrapped them in the towel. Pedicures are $25 and that doesnt include the slightest massage. I also got a soak off and manicure but hands were not smooth soft when I left. Disappointed. Will not return. Concerned about the cleanliness of this place.

Always nice and clean. They also greet their regulars by name. That is a plus in my book

I was really torn about leaving this review because I have repeatedly visited this place over the past few years. Lee does a great job on nails. Their no chip color selection is the best but... it’s filthy. All of it but especially the pedicures. They don’t clean any tools after each person. The final straw for me is that I got a no chip pedicure a few weeks ago. I took the polish off tonight and my big toe nail is brown and I have never ever had this happen before and that was the first no chip pedicure I have ever received there. They are always busy so you’d think they would keep everything clean but they seem to simply not care so I just can’t keep going. Again, if you go.. Lee is amazing. And the colors are the best. But it’s so dirty I just want to feel clean after I leave and they are certainly missing the mark. I’m honestly not sure how they have gotten away with it this long.

The staff here was very rude and unprofessional. They would not honor the prices on the menu, they kept trying to charge more than what was printed. They did not honor the appointment that we made at 6:30pm, very unorganized and chaotic. We ended up leaving and not receiving any services—over crowded and a possible health risk!

The nail tech i had was not pleasant she rushed on my mani and pedi 😒 she didnt even massage my hands or feet. didnt oil or lotion them after she finished. And try to go in my purse after I told her I was paying with a card, to get it without asking or letting my nail dry. Never again.

I went there today with my daughter for a regular fill in with gel polish. The older lady (not the Middle Aged lady or the one who does eyebrows) was my nail technician. She kept trying to get me to get my eyebrows done. Then when I was rinsing my hands she offered me a polish that wasn’t the one I picked. Her English was bad but I finally figured out they were either out of the polish I wanted or she was too lazy to find it. Then she didn’t ask which nails I wanted which color (I always add a glittery nail or two). Finally the reason they get one star and that I will never visit again, this chick charged me $38 for my fill in 👀 I questioned her and she used her bad English to try and make sense of the matter. I told her if it’s $38 for a fill in with belt polish they need to change the prize list. I got the full set done here too and it included tips and gel polish for $35... total scam! 😡

NO DRYING STATIONS!!! They don’t tell you that when you walk in and after a $30 pedicure I was on my own with drying my nails!! The lady said because of COVID they stopped using drying stations. I told her that y’all need to stop everything in that case 🤷🏾‍♀️ Never going back!!!

I’ve been going here for about a couple months now and today may be my last time going here. The nail salon salon closes at 8:00p and I got here around 6:50p. The nail tech sonny says it will be wait because there are a few people before me, as I sit and wait two ladies come walking in and are seated down immediately as sonny does there nails. I ask him is there a reason they are being seated and I got here before them and he’s like I only do women nails not men. At the end of the day money is money, treat others how you want to be treated.

The shop is in much needed of a good cleaning. Floor is dirty, the work stations dirty.. from what I can best tell the tools are not cleaned between customers (very unhygienic). The atmosphere is just not very inviting.

They advertise they open at 10am on door and google store. The workers are unprofessional and late frequently.

Tvey don’t go by original price they make their own prices but they do a decent job

This is the 3rd time I visited this shop.I paid for gel nails. It looked fine when I left. I went on a trip the next day when I was on the plane, I noticed my polish had peeled off of my thumb. This happened once before at this place.I havent had this problem at another shop I go to. I will not return to this place

Great customer service

I actually use to love this place but the customer service today is why I will not return. Tee tee normally does my nails and she does a great job however once I got home I realized the nails were too thick and that I wanted to add a design! When I went back I told them I wanted a design the guy told me to go to whoever did my nails(with an attitude). I went to tee tee, told her I wanted a flower design she got an attitude and said that she couldn’t do it! Which was no problem for me because I didn’t want her messing it up! No one in there could do it at least they act like they couldn’t. I asked them to fix my nails then the guy rushed through it told me next time I need to say something right then I didn’t notice until I got home but that’s beside the point I had no problem paying but the customer service was terrible!!! He threw my hand and told me I was finished with his rude ass!

I’m here every two weeks faithfully! Mike is my go to and my birthday nails were EVERYTHING!

Bowls are filthy, horrible customer service and they do rush jobs with manicures and pedicures. Massage chairs sounds like a dragging muffler. If I could give them a 0., thats exactly what they would get.

This place is the worst. This will be my last time coming here. Everytime I come here, something happens where my nails break smdh. Not sure how they are doing their gel nails but not good. I waited over an hour to be seen for one broken nail to be fixed...JUST ONE DAMN NAIL. Also they saw me sitting here patiently waiting to be seen and let someone else go in front of me. Too many bad experiences here so I wont be back.

Horrible place, very unprofessional. I went to get my eyebrows arched. I just simply stated to the lady I just wanted my eyebrows touched up, she went on to tell me I didnt have hair on the ends. I stated that I was aware. I later felt a burning sensation under my eyes, i later found out that the tech scraped my skin until it was scarred. I will not return to this sweat shop ever.

Use to be a fave spot now it’s awful and they make you wait just to tell your something else I hate this nail shop now, they put new girls to do your lashes and they don’t know what their doing, I had glue in my hair from the new girl putting my lashes on, she didn’t know what she was doing at all. Katrina is the best one there that does lashes unfortunately she on maternity leave and Luis is my go to guy for nails.

This used to be my go to spot but this last time they jacked me up. My nails were horrible and destroyed my real nails! I asked for short tasteful lashes and I got super long super thick lashes and the glue was clumped up on my lash line heavy and black. Im a 30+ mother and I looked like a stripper. They have fallen off sooo bad.

Lee did a awesome job on my nails and my hands are very important to me. I have received so many compliments.

I use to frequent this nail shop but they’ve fallen off terribly. I’ll never return! They show favoritism towards customers and for the most part most of the staff don’t give a damn about giving quality service. They just care about the money smh! Very unprofessional and unsanitary. They don’t clean their pedicure utensils in between clients or sanitize pedicure bowl/use bowl liners. My last visit had cost me two very bad fungal infections on my toes because of their pedicure practices! Thank goodness for my new customer service oriented nail shop home that proudly has their licenses displayed, uses disposable pedicure kits and bowl liners!

I always go here to get my nails done and I always have an excellent experience. However, just recently I had a female doing my nails this time and it was terrible! She messed up on one of my nails on my left hand and I guess she was in a rush to leave because she just polished over it and didnt even put a coat on top. Also, as I was letting them dry I showed the other customers my nails and all of a sudden two fingers from my right hand messed up! Usually the technician would come back and see if everything alright but not her! Personally if you decide to come here stick with a male technician. Maybe I just experience with the wrong person but most of the male technicians are way better than the females.

My daughter and I tried this place for the first time.My nails was done nicely. My daughter who is 7 likes to get a pedicure ( she just like having her feet in the bubbling water and having her feet rub) . The problem started when they finished her feet.. her pants was wet to the knees and its cold outside. No one said anything to me . I know the person that was doing her feet saw her pants getting wet and allowed to continue to get wet.... I pointed out how wet her pants was No one offered an apology.... I had to run next door to purchase my daughter a pair of dry pants.They charged me full price for a childs pedicure ( why for what ) ?????? Will never go there again !!!!

Their NO CHIP is the worse! It bubbles and peels off and they don’t even clean it off. They put oil on top. Horrible

This place is the worst nail shop I have ever been to. I came on Saturday the 16th I got a pedicure and a full set my nails were so uneven and just looked totally unprofessional I sat to have them soaked off, at this time I had been here for three hours. The next day my polished was chipping off and smudged, my heals were as if they never received a pedicure at all. I called Monday was told I had to talk to the manager John I called everyday today finally he is at work and told me to come in. Im here now he isnt here and they told me to either wait till around 7 when he is suppose to return or come back. I live 20 minutes away omg the worst service I ever received and I will never be back.

The person who did my nails quoted me $35 for no-chip and she charged me $38 on my credit card!!! So, I didnt have a nice experience!!!

I went in for a pedicure I asked the young lady where were her state licsence they said they had them! None was posted! People should ask its the law to display your licsense if you doing these kind of services. If you are injure! The manager was rude when I asked where were the licsense of all of the operators. Said he had them. Its very unfortunate that we put looks over professionalism. These people come to our neighborhood do assembly line services and we dont ask if they are certified legal licsense. They wont work on me! Wake up people their are other places

It was bad I think they overcharged me!! I got a fill in with no chip n a pedicure and two fingers on each hand with a design and the guy told me my total was $75. I’m like whoa how is it tht much he said I had cut down which was not a cut down he filed them down design and said no chip was 35 I’m like y’all charge 35 it’s usually jus a extra $10 not $20 then to top it all off a few days later my middle finger nail started chipping I’m goin back to let them fix it and explain the total to me after this experience I will never go back!!! Beware ladies!!! 😡😡

They give a good pedicure, it gets crowded at times. But other than that its a pretty great shop!

I asked for no chip and the nail polish was not no chip I went to another nail salon and she use regular nail polish remover to take off the polish so therefore they lied to me and charged me for a no chip. Terrible.

Very unprofessional people working in this establishment. I was unsatisfied with the service I recieved. I came two times; the first time I was like Im not going back there, the man who did my nails and toes did a messy job a 3rd grader could have done a better job. Talking to the gentleman who was doing my mani- pedi was like talking to a brick wall, he did not comprehend what I was saying or he was pretending not to. My toes had bubbles in them. He did not wait for the nail polish to dry before applying more coats. Very rude employees talking to one another instead of communicating w/customers. If the spent more time communicating w/the customers instead of each other they probably would have more happy customers! The second time I went wanted to give them a second chance but I was made a fool out of again. My nails were filed unevenly and bubbles in my nail polish on my feet and toes. They do NOT know how to talk to customers!!!!! DO NOT go here!!!!! Try the place in Homewood called Nail Expo.
