Very rude just called and asked a simple question about hours and was very rude

They closed the door and turned lights off one and a half hour before actual closing time. Literally in my face. I really needed it to be open as it states. Worst CE eve.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars on may 08,2020 at 1:48pm the fat light skin girl was eating chipotle as I walked in and Then acted as if she was deaf. An rudely said we don’t accept cash use the atm! I just instantly walked out very rude unprofessional unpresentable workers.

Recently went into this business and received terrible customer service. The employee did not want to accept my money. Workers should understand the ethics of how to treat a customer who is utilizing a business. Please look into hiring and screening appropriate applicants that will help you gain business rather than loose business. This employee also used inappropriate language to me as well as the supervisor/manager not fixing the matter.9/2018Many Complaints have been filed concerning this branch employees customer service.Negative EnvironmentPlease make changes.

Rude as hell just threw my check in the garage without saying anything to me

Hours of operation is VERY MISLEADING! I pulled into parking lot at 10:00pm and as soon as the lady saw me pull in, she turned the lights off and doors were locked. Not understanding why your hours of operation says open until 12am on a Tuesday when you CLEARLY close at 10pm.

Some of the workers in here are really nice then is some of them that are really not I have no problems when I come in and pay my bills here they need to clean up in there also instead of talking about the people thats is waiting in line to be helped

The Africans that work there have a negative energy...they are cold as and unfriendly. They seem to look for ANY reason not to cash your check...even if you are a REGULAR customer. the gentleman that works there is cool though.

I went in today to get my liscence plate sticker the young African lady with the glasses was beyond rude to me! Made me feel very uncomfortable getting served by her! I honestly think she shouldnt work there cus her customer service skills are horrible! She even threw a pen threw the window at me!!

Came in at 9:55pm, door was locked, called them in, girl was by the window and said lock is on timer. During week is till midnight.

Very rude and unhelpful, even hung up on me. They need new staff members who are professional and courteous

Cashier refused to cash a state issued refund check because it was 10 days past the issue date. Not 30; TEN! Nasty attitude overall. I’ll never go there again.

Horrible customer service, rude would not cash my valid work check. funny how they trust you enough to take your money multiple times but not to cash your check.
