Everything clean and everyone very helpful. But was in there after one and wanted a hot dog and the hot dogs were cold like they had been setting there awhile and no onions. Very disappointed.

The only complaint I have is low inventory. Especially on the weekends. The store is always clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Also they are hard workers. Triple plus rating from me.

You cant buy anything in the store without your membership card. So why do they check for membership cards when you enter the store?

We love using Scan and Go and are always greeted with friendly and helpful customer service. We have been members for many years and love getting our annual rewards for shopping regularly and taking advantage of sales and seasonal items.

Easy self checkout, prices a but more expensive than expected. Easy access to everything.

Ive never had a problem till now. They get paid to much and dont know how to do anything in a timely fashion. I was there for probably an hour for a simple pick up and it spiraled into a big mess. Very frustrating. The produce wasnt even fresh.

A big box store with everything you need. I do get irritated with the scan and go. Sometimes it works and youre out of the store in no time and other times it refuses to connect. I wish that there were more employees on registers but thats with all Sams Ive been to. Very nice and helpful employees.

Huge store, fruit is fresh. Meat reasonable. Choices abundant. Some items are limited to special buys/deals. Paid membership. Think about how you would benefit from it before purchasing. I enjoy lowest gas prices frequently. Pharmacy not always the lowest prices , do comparisons. Some items are priced higher than typical grocery stores.

Only had about half of their entrees from last time I was there. And ice machine wasnt working.

Usually friendly! The ONLY part that is bad is that they only ever have 1 maybe 2 (if the line gets long enough) real checkers. For people like me who use business checks and cant go through the self checkout its an incredibly long wait and nuisance most times. Personally I prefer self checkout but they should take into account that sometimes you do not have a choice and not punish those of us who dont and or cannot use this service and it surely feels like a punishment. It is frustrating enough to cost them 2 stars but then again they are essentially Walmart for bulk items so its not really surprising. I cannot be the only one who feels this way so youd think they would have remedied it by now. Theres always a group of employees standing around chatting that could open a line. This last time 3 Managers were all looking at something on their cell phones while a cashier struggled to get thier attention for a situation that ended up shutting her line down for at least the remainder of the time I was there. She didnt have anyone unloading carts like normal so after 3 minutes or so of trying to get someones attention she had to physically walk away to get one of them. THEN they opened a 2nd checkout because they had no other choice but it sure seemed like they werent too happy about it.

What a joke! 2 people during there doing nothing as you walk in. And 400 people waiting to check out

For everything that is going on, I have to say that Sams club had things in check. I was able to get a wiped down cart when I walked in. Everything was spaced out. For it being a Sunday I was able to get in and out in a timely matter.

5hrs to unload! Extremely rude at the check in counter 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Clean store and friendly service.

Staff was helpful and checkout went fast once I got through the line. Unfortunately only one line was staffed and the rest were self check out lanes. People using the self check outs should get a discount since they are doing well the work. I prefer going to a lane with a person who is able to earn a living rather than making the executives richer.

Sams Club has been a great place to shop since they opened when I was a kid. The prices are good and I prefer it over Walmart next door. Sams Club has a better atmosphere and people seem happier.

Mostly good experiences going here. Only gripe I have lately is that Ill look online to see if an item is sold at my preferred location and I when I get there its not, or sold out.

Great for large quantities, usually get larger bottles, two for the price. No gluten free bread. Pharmacy has alot, even assisted walkers, with a seat. Furniture, couches, sofa chairs...freezers, mattresses...let, liquor department and so much more. Fresh cut flowers for your mom.

Used the order on line for pick up. My Sams app welcomed me when I got in the parking lot and then directed me to customer pick-up. I met a helpful service agent who brought my order to me, including some refrigerated foods and some frozen foods, checked me out, and, I was out the door. Great process, great service, great experience. Thanks Sams Club. Ill be back!

I love this place. As far back as I can remember, Ive always enjoyed shopping for groceries. IMO Sams Club is like the extreme amusement park of places to buy my goodies for the week.

Great as always. Everyone should use the scan and go option from the app to bypass the checkout lines. It also helps you remain healthy by minimizing your interactions with other people.

Sams Club was good Just recently renewed my membership didnt have one for a couple of years some other things I have I really missed others not so much store is very nice and clean I personally am not a big fan of the self-checkouts but it appears thats the thing of the future

Was there to pick up something for a member. Apparently they sold them a display item. From there it went downhill. The staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I had to coordinate a trailer and a time to pick this item up. They didnt care at all. They just wanted me out without seeing what options were available. Thank goodness it wasnt my membership. Ill never be a member and Ill never spend a dime in this hole.

They have a new app that lets you scan items as you put them in your cart and, when youre done you pay and show the door gestapo the QR code! Easy peasy nice n easy.

I called and asked about custom cake for my wedding, during the Covid. I was told they were still doing cakes and I get there and theyre like no. I have to now find somewhere else to get my wedding cake done, my wedding is in three weeks. I am really disappointed of this store. There was also NO signs stating theyre not doing custom cakes. Thanks Sams Club, not.

It was a very busy Sunday! They were out of alot of meat, but still had a variety. The bakery section was ok, only a few cakes left. Did manage to find a small graduation cake,with her school colors, for my daughter. They dont have ice cream cakes. Had to wait awhile in line to check out. The store is nice, just dont shop on Sunday! 😉

They have many things I like to buy so I shop there a lot.

Was just there and what a zoo at the checkouts. Even the self checkouts were three carts back. They really need to have one or two checkouts at the end that are express checkouts of 10 items or less. There was a lady in front of me that had two carts entirely full in self checkout. Also I had a package of 2 bamboo pillows. I looked on the plastic wrap for a scan code and even on the individual pillows and there was nothing to be found. The check out gal was literally 5 ft. from me and I told her I could not find the scan code for the pillows. She said its on the plastic wrap or on the pillow and walked off. I said screw it and threw the pillows in the cart that stays there. On my way out I told her she needs a good lesson in customer service. CostCo cant come soon enough to CB!

Always been getting the rotisserie chicken from them on a regular basis and lately there is a definite lack of seasoning and decrease in quality. Called to ask what’s up and they were not Interested in the customer’s input or I guess care about quality control. So disappointed because i used to love Sam’s club just because of their chicken

Its either pretty empty or fairly packed whenever weve gone. They have a pretty good selection, although I do find it pretty ridiculous that theyve already taken out most (if not actually all) of their winter apparel for spring and summer apparel when its barely a week into the new year where there is a Midwestern winter. Yes, we have highly varying weather in the winters, but most people can still comfortably wear winter gear in 55 degree weather, and if nothing else, have a small supply of gender neutral clothing for warmer weather.

Wonderful place to shop and fill prescriptions. The staff is friendly and the prices are great! The staff is especially helpful in the pharmacy and will work hard to get you the best price, either through insurance or their own discounts. The Plus membership is the most helpful if you are handling prescriptions as that give you additional discounts. They have saved me hundreds of $$ just in prescriptions this year the the Plus memberships also gives you a cash back that more then pays for my membership each year. You do need a membership.

We have been looking for laundry sanitizer in many stores in Omaha but everyone was out. We decided to drive to Sams club in council bluffs iowa to see if they had any. We found a very large bottle of lysol laundry sanitizer. We also found Clorox disinfectant wipes 4 pack. Almost no one in there but well stocked store. I will shop there again.
