This location has outstanding customer service they were fast and efficient. And the units that I had rented from them was in great shape as well. The entrance gate to the storage unit could use repair but I didnt think it deserved a reduction in rating just something to be noted.

I placed an order for a trailer hitch and installation on 3/25/2021 on the UHaul website and received a reservation number with an install date of 4/2/2021. I received no other correspondence. This morning I drove the 25 miles to the location and was there at the 7am appointment and someone came out to my vehicle and told me the hitch did not come in and they do not know when they will get it. Not only did this ruin my day but my vacation as well that was to start 4/3/2021 and the hitch was needed. I could have been notified that they have not received the hitch and like most things these days it was blamed on covid. I understand that parts may be hard to get these days because of covid but there is no excuse not to let the customer know instead of letting them drive to the place and then tell them. Rotten customer service and I will not use this location for anything or UHaul as well. Not recommended.

They did not deliver the truck to where it was supposed to go. When I called, the person who answered said we were busy and didnt have time to deliver it. I had to drive across town to pick up the truck, which caused my moving help to have to wait around.On the way there, another person called me to tell me I was late to get the truck and asked if I was still getting it.When I got there, I politely said that I wished they would call or contact people ahead of time when stuff like this happens, to which I received no response. Just silence. At no point was there even a simple apology for the mistake.Another frustrating part is that there *was* a truck at the spot mine supposed to be, but it wasnt mine. So they delivered that one...?I havent written a lot of reviews. But I felt like I should say something about the experience so hopefully it goes smoother for someone else in the future!

First tryed to pick a omaha location to pick up the uhaul but no one had one in the location nearest my starting point then once we picked it up we tryed to drive on the interstate I have never In my life been so embarrassed the truck would not go over 50 miles pe hour the cars behind us were flipping us off and honking all the way past us even the truckers was getting mad at us i dont under stand why the truck would do that ! In side our truck said you can get the first month storage if you rented the truck and the person I asked told us that we did not qualify for the storage I think when you spend $745.60 that we should be able to get a storage but all the staff was really rude mostly the guy checking in the truck I mean dam how you treat your customers is not right if I would of know how unwelcome and unappreciated we was I would of went with a smaller truck eles were !!! Thank you for making moving even harder then it has to be !!!

Worthless place. Dont go here. If you want a better quality service go to Penske. U haul is worthless and no count.

When I lived in CB I used this U-haul almost weekly for my business needs. They were excellent to deal with and we loved getting to know the great staff there. They were quick to get us connected and on the road. If we ever had something that needed attention, the manager was great in resolving it! Way to go, we so appreciate you all!

Everything was great until I dropped the equipment back off and the guy talked very rude to me when I didn’t understand what he said to me.

Hands down THE BEST U-Hau Ive ever used. Fellow MILITARY folks take notice- Mike (The GM), takes care of service members. He was fast, knowledgeable, and he took care of all the hooking up and disconnecting. PLUS if you are doing a MILITARY MOVE, there is a CAT scale right across the street. You wont find a better place or better people at this U-Haul rental. Real Talk.

Expect to wait 30 minutes or more. Guy ahead of me waits 45 minutes only to be told he has to pull his vehicle up before he can get helped and has to re-stand in line. My turn. I have a reservation and have already filled out the information online to speed up the process (u-hauls recommendation). So i figure sign, pay and go. Nope. They dont have my vehicle. 15 minutes go by filled with excuses and nothing can be done. I call U-hauls 1-800 number. I can pick up my vehicle 7 hours later in a town 2 hours away... Skip U-haul. Skip this pick-up location. Go with a pod or anything else.

Weve had nothing but positive experience with this location. Weve rented trucks and also a storage unit for a time from them. They are always friendly, have never been pushy about up-sells and are patient in answering any questions weve had. Will be using them again!

Very rude service. We were treated as though we should not be there to get a uhaul truck. The general attitude was: How dare we ask them to give us a uhaul truck? How dare we ask a question?

I wrote a bad review and since then the manager contacted me and explained what went wrong and stated he would reimburse me the difference and make it right! Now that is good business, so thank you for making it right.

I was having a rough monday to do unexpected car problems u haul in council bluffs mad it super easy to rent a trailer very cheap the even went ad far as helping get my trailer hitch/ball loose so I could put the right one on to tow my car thanks for the help guys will recommend to any one that needs a trailer

Rented a van today. Very easy process and the ladies working are very friendly.

Fast, helpful service, pretty good prices but they get you when they charge for mileage.79 cents per mile gets expensive fast.

Our storage unit got broken into, but the alarms never sounded and I was never notified if they were. So it was probably the employees. They stole my nikon rebel, wii, flatscreen, rocking chair, box of christmas ornaments that had my babies hat and bracelet ornament from the hospital, computer chair, my paula dean pots and pans..and some more smaller things that were in boxes. I had insurance; the insurance doesnt cover theft. AND I had water damage on my sons crib. Insurance did cover that. I filed a police report but nothing was ever done.

Worst customer service if you use storage. Has treated my older parents horribly and so rude on multiple occasions. I was even called, their emergency contact, and was treated terribly about something that was uhauls fault and I didnt even have any knowledge of. They are harrassing on problems they create. My parents had been using them for a few years but now the new guy Mike is just aweful. I cant believe they operate this way. They even bill you a higher fee without consent or contract when they move your camper temporarily so they can work on something where your previous spot is. They dont care how they talk to customers. My parents are taking out their camper and no one I know will use them ever.

I just want to thank the manager Michael Walsh for going above and beyond to help me when my son had some problems with his storage locker. I am most grateful.

Over Charged an Extra Days Rental, Over Charged on Mileage, said they were going to hold money until my move was actually finished, instead did an immediate $1000.00 Charge to my Card. Said they were renting a 16ft. Truck/Actual truck bed length was 116, with a 32 cargo area over the trucks cab, which was 5ft.Short of the Minimum Truck bed length needed for my move.So Im out $1000.00, & Without a Truck to use, I Highly Recommend You GO Anywhere Else to Rent a Truck.
