Just great well never use anybody else.

Wife had a flat tire. Tried to fix it myself and couldnt get lug nuts off and somehow one lug nut was rounded off. Kenny was still able to fine the hole in the tire and plug it without taking the tire off. Kenny is very knowledgeable on what he does and wont hesitate to call him again for help.

Hes really busy, but takes the time explain things if you ask and no problem going above for your insurance if you have towing on your policy. Friendly and professional will use again.

I called Jakes Towing because it had the best reviews ... Well, to my surprise , or should I say surprise surprise , they wouldnt answer. It was 11:30pm. This is the prime time , in my opinion, when a person is in need of a quick tow. Especially on a road that has high traffic volume. Kenny answered on the first ring. Hes open 24/7, as a tow business should be. He was there within 20 minutes and even offered to diagnose the problem to my vehicle. Might I add, he was right on. He is friendly, fast, and honest. Not to mention he is by far the cheapest in town. Even though it was a horrible night, he made me laugh. Call Kenny. New or not, none of the other companies even compare!

Kenny showed up within 15 min of calling and towed my truck. He was very nice and helpful. He was even able to replace my alternator . he was not expensive at all. The other company i called had a 2 hr wait and acted like they didnt care. Ill deffently be using kennys again when needed!
