Helpful for bringing balanced nutrition to families in Pottawattamie county. Would give the a 5 star but the breastfeeding counselor quit and moved to California when my breast pump failed. So WIC couldnt help me get a new pump. Switched to formula only feeding. Not happy about that.

Not To Bad Of Place. Was Kinda In And Out. The Lady That Worked With US Acted Like She Didnt Like Me Or Something, Kinda Felt A Little Uncomfortable With Her. And If You Dont Like The Similac They Give Or Want Your Child On Something Different Then You Need A Doctor Approval! LAMEE!

They are efficient and kind. Very prompt and quick.

Most staff I have interacted with have always been kind and understanding of my rambunctious 3 year old. I cant recall off hand ever dealing with the judgmental staff Ive frequently heard of other WIC offices having.

They are always friendly but if you make it to your appointment late more than 10mins youre reschedule. I walked there in the freezing cold with my daughter and I was sent home.
