The staff at Mobilis are incredibly friendly and helpful. They were flexible with scheduling a stair lift install and supportive of the families needs. They did a great job installing and overall just great to work with! Could not be more pleased!

They helped me select proper equipment to assist my husband in regaining mobility in our home after total knee replacement, and they guided my family through the process of transitioning my dad home from a rehabilitation facility after a series of major surgeries following a traumatic injury.The Mobilis staff also recommended simple devices and minor home modifications that provided comfort and supported the highest possible quality of life for both my grandmother and my mother-in-law in their final days. I suffered a spinal cord injury in late 2008 and Mobilis I the only provider of home medical equipment Ill ever use. From hospital beds, wheelchairs, and incontinence supplies, the staff at Mobilis has always provided a level of expertise, personal attention, and satisfaction that I dont believe I could get at any competitors. Mobilis is a family-owned company with people who really understand the day to day challenges of what a person with an SCI goes through. I wont go anywhere else for the things I need to live a life where I can raise my family, work, and enjoy almost all of the things I enjoyed before my injury. It doesnt get much better than that!

This company is a ripoff. My aunt hired them to install a handicap shower and the installer had no idea how to install it. She currently has half a completed shower in her bathroom and these con artists want more money to fix it.

FYI! Do not go here if you have a medicare advantage plan or medicare replacement or medicaid. They do not take them!!! If you have,straight medicare and cash they will help you. If not they will literally tell you to get out and not make any attempt to help you. Them being the only place in Council Bluffs that has medical equipment and them only taking straight medicare is a greedy ploy.Its disguisting.

Rudest people I ever met in my life.. Because I got confused after Cancer Radiation Thearapy thought I needed to pay Co pays said that to my doctor was on my transcript She yelled and acted very unprofessional. ..and now refuse to help me.. I have been renting a wheel chair for nine months from Mobilise payed my insurance. Boycott Mobilise medical supplies.. They worry more about there reputation than there customers!!!

DO NOT TRUST OR GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!! MY DAD ORDERED A WALKER/CHAIR FOR MY MOTHER SEVERAL DAYS AGO AND PAID FOR IT IN ADVANCE...THEY WERE TO CALL WHEN IT CAME IN. THEY DID NOT CALL SO WE CALLED TODAY. THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!! WE WENT THERE AND NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. VERY RUDE PEOPLE. WE ASKED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT BACK. Very helpful with equipment rental when I broke my ankle. Offer a lot of items I wasnt even aware of to make life more manageable.

These people were extremely unhelpful in terms of trying to get me the wheelchair that I needed for home and work, and have my insurance company pay for it. They were unwilling to go to bat for me against my insurance no matter what. Infact, during a 3 way call with my insurance company, Mobilis was the party that continually said the insurance wouldnt pay, not the actual insurance representative.! A loose loose situation for me. I would not recommend them!

Not sure where the fire is, but your driver who is in your van with your company logo all over it. Obviously believes he is above the law. While driving 15 + miles above the posted speed limit of 60 he will feel the need to get right up in the vehicle infront of him to force the driver to move over for everyones saftey...
