Great service. Great staff. I only was there to get a new tire put on to replace the old one . It took less than a half hour. Very happy and would strongly recommend them to friends and family.

We sent our 17-year-old daughter to this place. There was a small hole that needed to be repaired on the front left tire that is less than 6 months old. Instead of repairing the tire they told her that she needed to just get a brand new one for $130. They said it was against their policy to repair the tire in the location that it was because it was too close to the sidewall. So we went ahead and took the tire to a different place where they easily repaired it with no issues. So we felt like because she was an unexperienced young driver we felt as if they were trying to upsell her a new tire for $130 instead of just doing an easy repair for $20.

Rob is so great at his job. You can sit back and watch how well he runs tires Plus. We got an oil change on our equinox today and we were only there about 20 to 25 minutes great job guys.

Traveling and picked up a screw in my tire. Damaged the side wall and had to get a new tire. In and out really quick. Great job. Would recommend if you need tire service.

I initially went there for an alignment and two new tires, and ended up with a little more information oh, requiring me to have a little more work done on my car first. They were very informative and very accommodating to my financial wherewithal. Jesses a good guy.

I came in for an oil change, which was fine. Nothing bad came from that. the older gentleman at the counter was not a very pleasant man to speak with, which whatever maybe he’s having a bad day or so i thought.. i had listened to him answer the phone and speak to more customers than myself with a disrespectful tone to then be the nicest man as soon as another older white man came in, i also watched this man try to take advantage of another woman who had came in. she came into get her tire fixed and the explanation he gave for why it NEEDED to be replaced sounded like absolute BS.my rating is not for me, it is for the woman who i had to help not spend 200+ per tire.

They are horrible. There was this old man up front he is slow and extremely rude. He made me sit down for no reason told me he would be with me in a minute very aggressively. Then he proceeded to check in 2 white customers. He rushed me and told me that he would get my car if he could. Please don’t waist your time coming here. There are plenty of tired repair shops/ auto shops that actually care about there work.

Front desk had an old man who was completely rude and unprofessional. He made me sit while he helped 3 other people who came in after me. He then was over talking me and cutting me off. He wasn’t polite what so ever.

I went to get an oil change Sunday 05/23/21, after the service I drove a few miles to the Walmart where I saw a puddle under my car. Thought it was condensation, Monday afternoon I noticed it was certainly oil, it had leaked all the way down my dive way and half a mile down the street. I check the oil there, it was hardly touching the dip stick. I reached under the car to feel for anything wet or out of place and oil pan is soaked in oil, and the oil filter fell out in my hand. I called the store in the morning, they sent a tow truck. They told me the car was ready for pick up a few hours later. I got there around 330, no one was there to answer any of my questions, give me any documents or receipts, I requested a refund on the service and was unable to get that at the time.

GREAAATTTTTT prices on tires!! I went in for repair on 2 tires, but their prices were so great I COULD NOT refuse it!! Very happy I decided to go there for my tire repair because I saved a few hundred bucks on what I would normally pay for tires to be mounted and balanced. And their service was super fast considering what shops normally take. Would highly recommend this place if youre in the area and need new tires.

I had some problems with my tire pressure due to the cold weather. My coworker recommend I go here. Employees were very friendly and helped me fill my tires so they were safe to drive on

Counter service was not personable or informative. No oil change sticker is lame. TPMS light was on post tire change. The light did turn off but you dont return a car thats throwing an indicator that wasnt there to begin with. Careless as automotive professionals go if you ask me. I got past all this stuff and would not be writing this review if I didnt find my engine bay to be doused in motor oil. Valve cover with over a 1/2 inch of standing oil left in it. Not to mention the tire lube caked all over my rims upon pick up. I rely on my vehicle way to much to bring it back for careless service like I received here.

Oh my gosh great service. They reset my service light, changed my oil and filter in less than 15 minutes, gave me the best price in town last minute, and I wasn’t even polite. Great job and close to Downtown and the lobby was immaculate. I recommend

Typically I dread auto shops, my past experiences have not been positive. I took my time checking out reviews to different shops in the area, and decided on Tires Plus. I called to see if they could get my car checked out that day, they said to drop it by. They called me after the inspection and told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and didnt push me for extras. The job was done by the end of their business day, despite them seeming fairly busy when I came in. I was more than satisfied with the work done- they actually fixed the problem with my car! A big thanks to everyone who helped me that day!

I wish I could give them no stars. As never being here, leaving for college in a week needing new tires and an oil change their customer service is subpar. Some woman working in front I assume was having a bad day but was extremely rude. As working in customer service it is key when running a business. Plus an oil change and new tires does NOT take 6.5 hours to do. when they told be it would only be 1.5. I will NEVER EVER go here again or would recommend anybody to go here EVER. Called tires plus today because I have a flat that needed plugged up, and put back on. So I called and asked how long the wait is Guy: “you can drop your car off” I said : “No I work in a little bit, the sooner the better” Guy: “Okay, bring it down” Me: “Okay thank you so much” I drive to tires plus and go inside and explain what happened to my tire... They pull my car in and 10mins later one of the guys come out to the waiting area and tells me “So we check the tire out and something with the belt is broken and YOUR GOING TO NEED A NEW TIRE”How did I know he was going to say that... so I quickly called my fiancé and he said there is NO WAY you need a new tire, from a nail... it wasn’t adding up... he tells me to deny the new tire and go to “Affordable Tire” so I do so...I head over to affordable tire (15-20min wait) get in there and he was really respectful to me and took my tire and patched it up and brought it out to be within 5mins and put it on my car.I asked if there where any issues with my tire to where I’d need a new one and he said “No ma’am , it’s perfectly fine just needed a patch and some air” I told him that’s good to know because I went to TIRE PLUS and they told me different and that I’d need a brand new tire and he tells me “Ma’am They were trying to get you to buy a new tire, we here are honest and loyal to our customers”I KNEW THEY WHERE B.S ME... I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... Especially when they think they can take advantage of women because some of us don’t understand things about vehicles and tires!

Staff is always busy, yet available to take time and explain what your vehicles symptoms are and what you can do to resolve those symptoms.They offer quick service to repair your vehicle and get you back on the road (sounds corny, but its true). They also sell tires; Bridgestone, Firestone, and inexpensive sh*t for every budget.Ask for the manager, Domo Arigato Mr. Roberto. Ask for him just like that, hell laugh and then youre set to start a great relationship with him and his staff!

At first the guy told me I would possibly have to wait for several hours but after I told him I was from our of town and that I was having to drive to Missouri he finally gave in and told me to come by at 11. I showed up at 10:30 and he took my keys and by 11:15 I was out of there.

I was on the road and needed a couple new tires mounted on my Jeep. I called and they said they could get me in, in about an hour, which I thought was pretty good. I was driving from St Louis Missouri to Pine Ridge South Dakota so I needed the Jeep to be in good shape. Decided to put four new shocks on it and a rear stabilizer control arm. EIGHT HOURS LATER I still did not have a working vehicle. They claimed that there was a lot of rust making it hard to take out the old control arm. They were clearly fighting above their weight class. Other mechanics had worked on the Jeep with no issues.In the process they broke my brake line. The mechanic working on my vehicle was very very frustrated and tired and was ready to go home. I requested that they find a different mechanic to fix my brakes. Ultimately they did not. They were sending me out the door to South Dakota and when I mentioned that the brakes felt very soft and spongy, they said that goes away after about 30 miles. Never mind the large puddle of brake fluid underneath my car.The two mechanics still there after closing time, brought my Jeep back into the shop and fixed the brake line. After further review the control arm that was the highlight of the day, was not securely attached to the vehicle. Neither were the brake lines that were attached to the control arm.To recap, they held me hostage at their shop for almost NINE hours. I had 430 miles to go on my trip. They sent me out the door with no brakes and I had to call them on it could get them to fix it. I just had to spend another $100 to fix some of their mistakes. Their bill was $581. 81. With the extra cost bringing the total to $ 681.81. They also way over tightened the lug nuts after I asked them to torque them properly. This is a tire shop. It is owned and run by Bridgestone tires. If you are not needing tires, I would not deal with these people!!! DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

Took jeep in to get a patch and one of my lugs broke, I figured it would because of a bad choice in rims a couple years ago, they rusted the hell out of everything, anyway I explained it to them cause I didnt want them feeling bad, bunch of good guys there, entertaining too with the sweeping of the leaves, lol

I had gotten an oil change done here and one of the technicians had broken my hood release. I was not informed of this at all, but I ended up calling them a week later and asking for some explanation. They were supposed to inform me of this before I left the week prior, they said. They had offered to refund me for the part that was broken and to install it for free. Why would I go some place with such poor communication and courtesy to install a part of my car again? Don’t understand what else i’m supposed to think.

I took my Pickup in, they found that I needed a new bearing on the right front. They quoted me a price of $690.13 to repair. I told them no-way. I am glad I did, I priced the bearing Hub unit at NAPA for $166.00, TiresPlus says their price for the same part $457.99. This is a 275% markup on the same product. Price gouging is the worst thing for a business.

Terrible service at the front counter. Told me I either needed to leave the vehicle or make an appointment for the next day as it would be a four to five hour wait despite calling ahead.. I made special arrangements to get picked up and not even an hour later got called to pick it up. When I got back I was never told an amount just insert my card. Paperwork shows Road hazard fee and other charges never mentioned or asked about when call was made to set up time and estimate was given. Will not be back.

Great most of the time. The one time I had an issue the manager addressed it and replaced what was needed at their cost.

Had an emergency tire fix. My valve stem fell into my tire and I dont have a spare. I needed to get to work and I was turned down by 3 other tire shops. They not only got me in very quickly to replace my valve stem they didnt charge me for it. I am so thankful for the customer service. They dont realize the amount of stress they took off of my shoulders. Now I can get my tire back on my van and get to work on time. I didnt catch the guys name that helped me but thank you!

Ive done business down there several times just as a walk in and it took about 6 hours to change my oil.So I decided to make an appointment this time to get an alignment. Well they said they were running late and couldnt have it done by the time I wanted. Since I made an appointment I thought they would leave that slot open. NOT!!! Needless to say I wanted out very unhappy.Never going back there again.

Good and timely car service

Got a quote of $1400 to fix my car. Ended up looking up the parts my self And found them all for less than 200. Also paying someone else 60 to do the labor. Save your money and find your own mechanic. Also the head guy was rude. The rest of the staff were super nice. And I orginally went in for an alignment check. I was there well over an hour for him to tell me everything that was wrong for it for this ridiculous price. The one star is for the quote and telling me what I needed fixed so thanks for that.

THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE 0 STARS IS NOT AN OPTION!!!!So for reviews I feel that facts and opinion are separate but both are valuable in their own way. I will give the facts of the situation without my personal bias and then I will give my opinion of the facts.Facts:I came in to get my car fixed. It had a spark plug problem and a power steering problem. I had decided to have them fix the power steering problem as it was the more difficult fix. I told them this on a Wednesday, they said it would be ready for pickup on Friday. I then call on Friday to found out that there is a problem they are having with finding the right power steering pump with pulley included. The manger then insisted that he contacted Napa, Advanced auto, and auto zone to see if they had the pump with the pulley included.He then said it had to be purchased straight from Volvo which was an extra $300 than what they quoted me. u2028u2028I then google mar car’s steering pump and LO AND BEHOLD… every site that he told me didn’t have a pump with a pulley had a pump with a pulley (I have attached the screenshots from these sites for proof). This manager then appeared shocked as if he had been told wrong by these parts stores. u2028u2028On top of this, I drove my car into the dealership to get fixed, I went to go pick it up early but it wouldn’t accelerate and they said it was in limp mode. The car had been driving without a problem for years without a problem and then all of a sudden after they handle it, it’s in limp mode.Opinion:This manager told me that he was a veteran mechanic and had been in the business for awhile. How is that a guy who doesn’t even know how to change his own oil looks up the part and finds it in less than 45 seconds and the veteran manager of a mechanic shop couldn’t even find the part needed in a days time? AND THEN on top of that acts surprised as if the internet had never been invented and then blamed it on the parts source? Something seems fishy here. I’m sorry y’all but if it looks like a dog, barks like a dog, acts like a dog, then its a dog.My opinion is that this was either one of two things: 1) Blatant Deception or 2) Blatant Incompetence. If it was a lie just to upscale and get more money away from the customer than what was needed. If it was incompetence, than this shop is not a right place to even be servicing a vehicle because their inability to do a simple internet search would have cost me several hundred dollars extra. u2028u2028Be it incompetence or deception, I will NOT be taking my vehicle to this place and I write this review to not bash the shop but to warn anyone going there that you save yourself time and money and just don’t.

Just had some work done on my car from here. Then I started to get a popping noise when stopping and going. Also had another sound when driving. They told me that the control arms (all 4) needed to be changed and was going to be $1,400 to get done. I said no on the work but asked if they could check the things they just did? They said they did and all was good.I took my car somewhere else, and found out that they did not tighten down my right front tire all the way. Tightened up the tire and both sounds stopped. They and I are both super lucky it did not come off while driving! And to look at the things that were done originally you would have had to take the tire off and put back on. So either they didn’t look, or bad work done twice.

I got my alignment and brakes done here and they were great. They explained what they were going to do and they saved me some money. Thanks guys.

Great service most of the time, but occasionally, more often then I think is necessary, you come across the grumpy employee that doesnt like his job. Not just at one location but quite often. Kind of black and white. No grayness. When its good its great but when its not, its not...

The front desk employee, Shawn was extremely rude to my wife and then to me when I returned to talk to the manager. The service manager came out and was rude towards me telling me thats why the old management team isnt here when he refused to honor the same price for an oil change that I have gotten for years (wanted 20 dollars more). Lots of other shops with better customer service and better prices. Lost a customer and some tire sales due to this incident. The manager didnt even attempt to rectify the situation.

Full room, 2 vans traveling, flat tire from Des Moines, I didn’t catch the 2nd customer. All I know is they didn’t turn me away and they didn’t charge me a cent. Honest to God! I had a nail in the tire. Thank you! A Sincere thank you!

The price is fair and competitive, Ill get that out of the way, so thank you for fair pricing. The workers are great, helpful and friendly, the manager is rude and borderline hostile unless you are there to spend $800. I called and asked what the wait time is for tire work, they said theres no wait, we are ready to go come on in! I arrived 5-10 minutes after the phone call and at that time there was one other customer but had to wait about 1.5 hours before they even started on mine, so much for no wait time. A couple customers who got there after me were serviced before me. I inspected my rims after they got my tires done and there were deep gashes in the back side of the rims. Maybe I should have stayed at Lyles.

The service manager, Megan Thomas, and her team provided fantastic service. We purchased tires at Sams Club and they were supposed to balance them. We took the car into Tires Plus a week later to have it aligned and explained the shaking problem weve been having and Megan said it could be the tires werent balanced. Sure enough that was the problem. Megan was such a pleasure to deal with and very understanding. Sams Club reimbursed us for the balancing cost, which was great. Sams may be a little cheaper but you are treated like a number. Tires Plus has our tire business from now on because of their great customer service!!!

Worst experience i have had there. I have a standard transmission car (manual) and when i dropped it off my e-brake was working just fine no issues. Pick it up and now it wont set. They take it and look at it and told me that the cable for the button broke but its not their fault because they dont set the e-brake. So what my car just sits in nuetral or in 1st gear(which by itself can hurt your gears) and not have my brake on. Thats B.S. bc every other time i have picked up my car the e-brake has been set. Thanks for lying Tires Plus. They tell me its only a part that the dealerships can get and I have to pay for it even though again it was working just fine since ive had the car and before they did my service and now its broken.....I have been taking my cars here for a couple of years now. Lost a customer good job guys.

The place was dirty, out of toilet paper and poor service...did not get serviced for almost 2hours and had to wait almost 3hours while getting serviced. We called a week in advance to schedule the truck service...just a tune up and oil change

I wouldnt recommend this guys to anyone. Currently they have two different systems that tell them how to do their jobs one says they can do something a second says they can. It also took them 30 minutes to figure that out

Took a tire here for repair and did not go well. They made me wait all day and then ruined a perfectly good tire that was repairable. Never offered to take care of it for me and only tried to sell me a new tire. I was not in a position to buy a new tire so I took it to another tire shop in the area that was able to successfully repair The damage. Incompetent and bad customer service. Steer clear

I take 3 vehicles here, and I recently brought in my suv for an alignment, oil change, and tire repair. They called and told me my front shocks were worn and will need to be replaced. They claimed they could feel the front end bounce when checking my “alignment”. I told them I will get that done later. I got my vehicle back, and not only did they not reset the psi in my tires, my steering wheel is shaking a lot (it didn’t before) and my vehicle is violenty bouncing in the front as well as my front end is dipping down now. I called about 2 blocks away when I left, and they claimed they never touched anything with my shocks/struts, but it didn’t stop them from giving me a “quote” on how much it would be to change them out.What they fail to realize is that I’ve had shocks go out on an old vehicle before so I know what to look for. Furthermore, I know the mechanic game of doing little things so you bring your vehicle back. I feel they not only tampered with my vehicle, lied to me about it, and assumed I’m like most who wouldn’t know to question or realize when your vehicle has been changed in some way. I will never bring my vehicles back, and I caution others to do your research instead if always taking their word at face value. They’re in the business to capitalize on lack of knowledge of customers, thus giving them the opportunity to “change or not complete” things on your vehicle so can get more money out of you.

I went and got an alignment done and they did a great job. It was pretty backed up but they got it done in a timely manner.

Total rip off! These people will say they fixed your vehicle and then instead of re-checking their work, will suggest expensive repairs that need to be done and break other parts of your vehicle while doing so. And they want me to bring my vehicle back so they can fix it.....NOT happening. Filing claim with Bridgestone and finding out their customer service is not any better! Agree with previous review rude people behind the counter.

Tires Plus takes care of my car maintenance. Its a very professional place and the work is done fairly quick!

We love tiresplus! They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car estimated the cost, and we gave them the go to work on it.. One of the parts that they thought it needed, didnt end up needing it. So they saved me a few hundred $$ !! Tiresplus is fast, efficient and honest.

Twice I’ve had a nail in my tire and twice they’ve got me in and fixed as a walk in. Price is right for the service. They even shined my tires this time around.

Every time we have ever made an appointment for an oil change at this location, the vehicle has never entered the bay any time close to the appointment time. 25+ minutes late minimum, so you end up waiting inside for over an hour every time for a simple oil change. What is the point of making an appointment then? Will be taking business up the street to grease monkey or do it ourselves from here on out. Also, the customer service here is terrible, you can tell the employees are unhappy with their job.

Awful. Paid for a tire inspection..they found nothing wrong. Dealership then spent a day trying to find what was wrong since I told them this place said the tire was fine. Evebtually they took a second look..giant bubble on the tire.
