IM daughter took me here for my very first pedicure and it was amazing . I also love how they do my acrylicnails. They last forever and they are sure to give me the length and file shape I prefer

My friend and I went in for pedicures. We were rushed through with no nail or cuticle trimming, no lotion or massage, and a really poor paint job. Very disappointing.

Waited forever for service for myself and a little girl that I took with me. When they finally did get to use the service was hurried. On the 5 year old I took with me I asked only for them to paint her toes and fingernails (which I fully expected to pay for) but they charged me $30 for it! My service for my pedi was hurried, between my pedi and my dip on my nails I waited 45 minutes…. Total spent there was over 3 hours. Needless to say I won’t be back!

Have gone there twice and loved it both times. My nails looked great and lasted for weeks. Went with my sister and got our fall colors done. Great detail on our flowers and leaves.

When they aren’t super busy, this place is decent. Prices are fair, most of the staff is friendly and polite. When they’re busy, you wait and wait, and they’re definitely more rude. I only go in when I don’t have time to go to Omaha now.

I was waiting half an hour to get my nails done. Then it seemed like the guy was rushing to do my nails. Both of them. My nails are so lumpy and the shape is inconsistent. One of the guys that did my nails kept smacking his lips at me because I didn’t understand what he was telling me to do with my hands. Go somewhere else for your own sake it’s not worth the money at all. The ladies were nice though, but the men were not.

Staff are not friendly at all. Nails were uneven and very thick and lumpy towards the base and very thin at the edges. Would not recommend.

Said they had time to do a pedicure and manicure. Sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes then ended up walking out. Please do not tell customers you have time if you don’t.

I paid for shellac on my fingers and regular polish on my toes, within 1 week I had 4 fingernails that were peeling off and a chipped toenail. I had the same lady for both and after declining the additional $20 massage the first time she tried insisting, I continued to say no which led to her being very rude all the way through my time there. Instead of telling me she couldn’t do my design, she started it over 3 times and improvised to make it what she wanted, not what I asked for. Also sat for 15 minutes watching my friend be taken care of and almost done before I was taken care of, then she had to sit and wait on me when we went in and sat down together. Not worth what I paid.

I have been in there twice once just my mom and I then next me my mom and daughter who is 3 and has never been to a place like this and they did so amazing with her to make sure she was comfortable and having fun. Definitely only place Im going.

Always pleased, no matter who does my nails. They are busy & there may be a wait, because they’re GOOD at what they do!

I have gone to Max at Metro Nails for almost a year now. He is absolutely amazing! Takes his time to make sure my nails look perfect and pays very close attention to detail. Always goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the end result. Won’t ever go to anyone else! 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Great service!Sadly will not be going back because 1.There was such a language barrier that when my mother asked for Acrylics they just gave her shellac because they did not understand,she also asked for real blue and even gave the number of the color and the lady came back with a navy blue and put it on her.2.After they got done using products on my mother and I they would just wipe them off and put them back in their container to use them on the next customer which is most definitely disgusting!But if you do go ask for Tim!he did great work!

Went in for a full set with shellac and Julie got me in and out not problem my nails look great and I am very happy with the way my nails look.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with my technician, James!! I have been here twice, and he does an AMAZING job!! The first time I went, he rescued me from a really really horrendous job that I had done at another salon. I was so happy when I left!! Today, I had him do pink and whites, and I am always somewhat disappointed when I leave every other salon I have went to...NOT TODAY!! My nails are beautiful, and have a more natural look to them. They are not super thick and are just shaped beautifully. I appreciate how he makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you very much for always paying attention to detail and creating beautiful nails for me!! :) I highly recommend his work!! A++

Been there 3 times because of convenient location, all three times I had to ask the tech to please put her phone away. Not sure if its the younger population or weve just become desensitized by seeing people on their phone. Im old school enough to believe that if someone is providing a service to you and EXPECTING a tip, then they should pay attention to you and earn it. Also, on my very first visit, the tech had my fingers wrapped to remove my old shellac and while we waited, she clipped her own fingernails.

The nails were very nice and stayed for long but the workers were sketchy.

This was the worst my nails have EVER looked. I used to get my nails done every two weeks for about 3 years. And when I told Julie what I didn’t like she just said she was done and wasn’t going to do them anymore. She did them anyway, that’s all I’m gonna say. But I would NEVER recommend this place. If I could give 0/5 stars I would have.

My pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes after sitting and waiting for 45 minutes. It was very busy, so I expected to wait for awhile, but after waiting the quality of the pedicure was definitely not worth the wait. The chairs were also very loud and had almost no cushion. Price was very comparable to other salons though. It just wasnt very relaxing and my feet dont feel that much different than they did before my appointment.

Went here 3 times for acrylic nails, every time, I had a nail break right away. When I would go in to get it fixed, I got attitude. Not okay. I went in to get my acrylics taken off and sat there for over an hour and was not helped. I watched others come in and leave. Not happy at all. I will never come back. You lost my business

Ive been sitting here for 2 hours and 11 people have went before me because they had an appointment. I called nefore I came thr last two times and was told no more appointments. Mind you we get 4 fills every 2-3 weeks! They are rude amd need to remember whos the CUSTOMERr., Please do not give them your hard. earned money. Theu are unfriendly and do a good job occasionally. I have the best experinces there! Very friendly ladies there, with the location if they are busy, I can run to Target or one of the other shops and return in the time that they say they will be ready for me. Great quality work as well! I havent had a negative experience yet!

I used to go here all the time, and my friend and I came in today hoping to have a great experience once again, but we were both very wrong. They were very rough to the point we were nearly bleeding. Not planning on going back.

We had an appointment yet had to wait to get seated because they let others go ahead of us(without appointment) for a manicures. They just slapped on some acrylics. No cuticle work, no polishing, and no lotion or clean up after. The guy split my finger open and made my friends bleed. The guy I had was not gentle to me or the rest of my party. And didnt even care about my others friends nails. It looked terrible. And it lasted 3 1/2 hours!!! Pure hand torture and messy pedicures. Never going back. The worst experience Ive ever had.

I like it and most of the people arefriendly but they are very busy and well tell you its a 20-minute wait when you know it will be an hour or more. When I was there getting fingers and toes, I was there for 2 hours

It was a good place to go to. But I said ouch like 5 different times and when I got out of there she had cut me with her nail filer. And its right on the edge of my nail where I cant put a bandage.

Very nice, got what i asked for, my nails are a bit sore though, they also filled my whole nail off, i came in with long nails and left with short stubby nails.. definitely sore.

Regular customer, waited over an hour. Seated at a chair, sat there for another 10 minutes being ignored. I left, they lost my business.

I got a full set of acrylic nails with a clear hel top coat. The man that appears to be in charge of the place did my nails. The nail tips aren’t attached properly to my nails. On the underside of my nails I can put a nail between the nail tip & my nail. With that big of a gap everything is getting between the layers & I can’t get it out. The tips look like they flare upwards. I asked for the rounded tips & the file job is terrible. On 4 fingers the acrylic stops short of my cuticle so far that they look like they need a fill. I will never go there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON IVE EVER HAD. Started doing one of my friends nails and left her sitting there forever when his appointment came. People kept coming in and going before me and another friend with the explanation why. If they had appointments they could have let us know it would be awhile. We ended up getting up and leaving. Would rather remove my finger nails one by one than go back here again..

Meh it was okay they hurt my hands a few times while doing my acrylics and they cant speak good English and they are very quiet which made it hard for my boyfriend and I to understand , its very cheap so that is a plus side but they also were in a big rush to get my money while my nails were getting filed she said You pay me now if you wish to continue. If you are looking for a cheap nail place with not many options for designs then heres the place! Enjoy.

Ive been going here on and off since this place opened. At first, I was pleased with every visit. As the years go on, however, I am increasing displeased with the customer service, quality of work, and cleanliness of the shop. They appear to have a high employee turnover rate and the replacements they bring in are very inexperienced. Some are even rude to customers. Im looking for a new place.

Stay away from this lazy establishment!!!!First, I called and made an appointment with a gal at Metro Nails she never took my name or any information about me. When I asked if she needed my name she said no. I arrived to my appointment and they treated me like a walk in. After waiting I they came up and pointed at me without addressing me or talking to me like I was a person. The lady started ripping skin from my toe and then cut me with the cuticle clippers when I yelled ow she asked me Tickle? I saw she broke skin and she started digging at my toe at the open sore I had to tell her to stop and that she hurt me. They couldnt do a simple design on my toe. When it came to the massage part of my pedicure they slapped a tiny amount of lotion on my legs and never even touched my feet. I then had to wait about 20 minutes for a shellac manicure and had to wait even longer for the color I requested because they only had one bottle and 3 other people apparently wanted the same color. They again, slapped a little lotion on my hands and that was it. They completely half a**ed the whole ordeal but yet I was still there for 2 hours! The lady next to me was frustrated because she had 4 different people working on her manicure and would leave her sit there until she mentioned leaving the store then someone else would come work on her for about 5 minutes.I used to really like this place but I will NEVER go back! I left feeling more upset and anxious than when I went in. Never again.

Pedicure water too hot. complained and she added cold, but when she was rinsing off feet water hot again. then when she was doing manicure, I noticed several warts on her hands where she was laying my figures as she painted them. She did a decent job, but...arent warts catching, especially since we get our cuticles clipped?

SERIOUSLY the worst service ever! the guy with the limp, I STATED that I wanted a FULL SET with shellac. so started and tried just put shellac on my nails and I said no remember I said I wanted a full set and after that he was very rude the whole time, cut my finger twice! & my nails looked so bad I had to take them off after I got home and then come to find out HE CHARGED ME TWICE!! Never again will I go back there!!

I had a $50 gift card from Christmas I had not used yet so I went to Metro Nail Spa to use it for shellac manicure/pedicure. My nails were bare to start with and neded very little cutting, shaping, or trimming. I chose a simple color and asked for NOTHING else. It took the girl a LONG time and when I went to check out they took my $50 gift card and charged me an additional $22! Needless to say I will never cross that threshold ever again! I will most certainly keep my business at the DaVi Nails located inside the Walmart Store on 16th where the price is right and the service is so fast yet very personable. Sorry Metro Nail Spa - Im staying on my side of town from now on!

I have been coming here for a few years now and the service is great! Atmosphere is clean and comfortable not to mention the staff is friendly and prices are just right. I recommend many to come here.

Floors were dirty, knobs missing off cupboards. Most of the technicians spent their time talking to each other in their native language, not interacting with the customers. Two of the staff, who appeared to be the ones designated to greet customers kept their cell phones in their hands, not puting them down to talk to customers, and then would show things on their cell phones to one of the technicians who was in the process of giving a manicure. The technician who did my pedicure didnt check the temperature of the water before having me put in my feet, and it was extremely hot, and had to have cold water added to it.

I went there today, just wanted to relax! I asked for a mani/pedi but left with only a pedi and it was very painful. She seemed very worried about getting her money as well. She sat me in the corner to dry my toes and got paid, I thought I was just waiting for someone to free up for my mani, sat in there for a good 20 minutes and they started freeing up but no one said anything so I ended up leaving!!!!! Never again will I go there!!!

There is a man there with a limp. He did a pedi for me this summer and it was terrible. He doesnt take time to clean cuticles, or file down ridges. He didnt speak at all, and acted like he was being inconvenienced. I went today to get a shellac manicure and got him again. I asked if it was ok to change my mind on the color. His response was whatever. Hes beyond rude and his skills suck. I paid 27.00 for a horrible manicure. He needs to go! Never going back. Done with that place. Theyre terrible.
