A little hard to find, and parking isnt the greatest. But, great service. Prices arent bad, and fast friendly service.

We took our DR Brushmower in for warranty work. He said it take about two weeks and it was done in under a week. I will go back to them for any other work if needed.

Tried getting traction control cable for my snowblower since January. Kept being told it was on backorder they never called. I had to call them. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with!! I will not be going back. Had to do all my snow removal contracts by hand... thanks C B Outdoors

Awesome customer service. Had the belt for an older snowblower for $20 less than one of their competitors.

Asked for a $25 deposit before he would look at my string trimmer. Tried to tell me the gas was bad in it. Fiddled with carburetor and got it running. After that experience I ended up buying a new one from someone else. Last place I will go for small engine repairs.

Called no answer, drove to their location, its a residence with shed down a big hill, off the driveway. A small real estate sign in drive said call this number and someone will come out. Well, I called and no person answered. The place is hard to find out of the way. I was expecting the 2 brothers from Deliverance to come out anytime. It will be a bizarre experience I guarantee, if you find this place. There are plenty of good shops a short distance into omaha.

There was a huge storm heading towards town in a few days and I was going to be away on a business trip. Of course, snow blower would not start. I called and they were able to get me in the next day and get it fixed! So greatful, as I had to leave the following day. Knowing it would be up and running for my wife was one less thing I needed had to worry about while away. These guys are awesome. Oh, not only did they get it running, it now starts with one easy pull. Better than the 1st time I used it brand new! Additionally, cost to fix was was a good price.

Steer clear. Last year I brought in my John Deere rider for a tune up and new belts. When I got it home I engaged the belt and the engine died. After several attempts, the battery was dead so I charged it and called them. I told him this was a new problem that they created as I never had this issue before. They advised thst I bring it in and theyd take a look at it. I told him the machine is dead and I couldnt push it up the ramps to get it back into my truck. I asked them to come and get it. They said they dont do that. So we were talking in circles. I cancelled the check, they sent me a threatening letter, I basically sent them their money since they obviously needed it more than I do, and I ended up selling the mower for cheap. These guys are not professional and Ive heard other similar stories by word of mouth. I should have known they were liars because when I brought them my John Deere (it WAS working but was about 17 years old) the guy told me he used to have one of these and he wish (he) never got rid of it.....uh-huh, ya you do. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place. Good luck to all. And they are NOT cheap.

Call to have a chainsaw 6th period they quickly diagnosed it was probably better to buy a new one then get it repaired. Save me the time and money of having them a Evaluate it in person

Great selection of parts, great staff , knowledgeable about the power equipment.

Very unfriendly, took my weed trimmer in for them to look at, first thing they said when they saw it that it was junk. Then they tried to sell me a new one, never did ask what was wrong with the one I bought in for them to look at!

They do good work, have most parts for major brands. Maybe a little pricey but will only do work needed and not try to overfix your machine.

I got charged an additional day for a rental ($75). I rented a power seeder on a Friday and had to wait an hour before I could even get it as I needed trained on how to use it and the trainer wasnt in. I brought it back the next day, Saturday, but they were closed. I pulled up to the business at 4:10 and they close at 4:00 on Saturday, which I didnt know. He left me a voice mail about if I was going to return it and I was listening to the message as I was enroute to taking it back. He made no mention to closing at 4:00 in his message. The rental agreement I signed doesnt show the hours on it either. The only place I did see the hours is on the front door and I didnt even pay attention to that until I pulled up and they were closed. Even if they were open he couldnt have rented it out on Saturday as I would have just returned it before they closed and they are also closed on Sunday so there is no way it was going to be rented by anyone until Monday. I did return it right away on Monday and got to the business right around 8:05 a.m. He said if I would have called him after he left me the voice mail he wouldnt have charged me. I did call him after I got back home from trying to return it (50 mile round trip that I made for nothing). I called and it went to a voice mail and I told him that I tried to return it, but they were closed. I didnt even use the thing on Saturday or Sunday. When he told me he was going to charge me for another day I really wanted to have him load it back up in my truck and I would bring it back at the end of the day on Monday since I was being charged for it. I wouldnt have used it, but at least he wouldnt be able to rent it out to someone else and make double for that day.I decided to rent from this guy because it was a small business and I like to support small businesses. Peoples True Value had a similar power seeder for $50/day ($25 cheaper) and I would have been able to return it at 4:10 without any issues.I definitely would have made return trips to this guy and would have recommended him to others, but not now. He lacks any kind of customer service and needs to stay in the back room fixing things and let his wife handle customer service. If one of them, or the contract, or the voice mail, would have said they close at 4:00 on Saturdays, believe me, I would have arrived before they closed.Save yourself some $$ and grief and go to True Value, which is where Ill be going next time.This is to your response to my initial review that I hope people find helpful. If your additional charge (like you state in your response) is based on the actual time I went over then I figure that to be 1 hour & 15 minutes. The 1 hour (not two hours) and 10 minutes I was late on Saturday and then the 5 minutes after you opened on Monday. So 1 hour &15 minutes late equates to an additional day rental? I would not disagree charging me the time I was over and that equates to $3.25 per hour if you figure it for a 24 hr. period. I would have gladly paid the overage like you state in your response. Again I tried to call to make a prior arrangement but got your voice mail and your store was closed. How else would you propose for me to get a hold of you? $75 overage charge compared to even $5 overage charge is just being greedy and I would be ashamed of myself for gouging someone like that. If you treat other customers like I was treated you wont make it to your 1 yr. celebration.
