This is probably the nicest laundromat I have ever been to in all honesty. All of the machines and seating looked brand new and they were running a discount on washers which was a pleasant surprise.

Very nice inside. Washers are a little pricey but worth it.

Right now the hours are shorter, but there are so many washers and dryers I have never once had to wait. The attendant is always friendly and willing to help you with what ever you need. The place is always super clean too.

No company is perfect. This one has very very good customer service. Great workers. Its not too pricey however if you drop your clothes off you definitely pay way too much of a premium. If it werent for that Id give a five star, but definitely a good place.

Change machines work. Washers and dryers are clean. Laundry gets cleaner than at home! Dryers are cheap and in small increments. Plenty of machines to use. Multiple washer sizes. Very clean overall! Bigger parking lot would be nice.

Wash Daze is a great place to wash and dry your laundry. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They also have a drop off service and they will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you. They have larger washing machines and dryers too. So you can get in and out rather quickly. A very nice place.

Washers worked well and dryers did too. There was a special going on today where their 3 load washers were 2.50 which was cool. Parking could be better the lot is kind of small but not too bad. I went around 4pm on a Tuesday and the crowd wasnt bad at all. Definitely be back.

Descent laundromat, clean environment but the machines have a habit of eating a quarter now and then, not giving you your credits properly! Im sure Im not the only one this has happened to!

The place was really nice and clean. The attendant that was on duty ( cant remember her name but we was there on a Friday around 7pm ) was really sweet, helpful and nice. We would have given this place 5 stars but the dryers was really terrible. Took forever for our clothes to dry. Kept feeding them quarters and it was eating them up like a fat kid eats cake.

I like the fact that they are open 24 hours and there is somebody on staff the entire time. It seems very clean. They have 8 load washers I didnt even know those existed. And if you go on I believe its Thursdays its only $6.75, which I believe is more than a fair price. Did dryers are inexpensive as well. I only had to run the cycle once and all my clothes are dry. Not one machine that I have to run twice. I was in and out very quickly. The atmosphere was quiet. I definitely will be going there again in the future and would recommend this place as well.

Ever since my ex husband moved out, I have had to drop my laundry off in order to keep my usual routine going for my kids. Staff has been very patient and attentive. They dont rush you to pick up laundry. Its always separated carefully and folded appropriately. Washing Machines/ Dryers are always up and running. There are discounts. Just need to repave the parking lot.

Great deals on the designated days and its so cool that every night is a discount. I love the convenience of making change and that the dryers are so cheap for the amount of time per cost. Overall the only thing Id like to see would be a loyalty program and credit card taking machines for convenience.

Loved the attendant. She made life so much easier as I ran to a doctor appointment had forgotten about. Otherwise I could have lost all my clothing or had to take a ton of wet clothes with me. Super kind and helpful especially for my very first visit to a laundromat.

Its large clean and inviting. However I did witness one of the workers get very rude with a gentle man who was without a coat or gloves and without provocation made him go out side in bitterly cold rain because she claims homeless people or anyone not spending money need not be there. He was asking to use a phone and was inside less then 10 minutes. Otherwise pleasant.

Great spot, very clean. The washers are a little pricey, but the dryers are cheap so it balances out. Will definitely be coming here because I can do 4 loads of laundry in an hour and a half. Can’t beat it.

Love this place, its the only place I go. But I was in there at 9ish and the place was dirty and the person on duty let a guy in there with his dog which no biggy but if 1 person is going to enforce the rules they all should. The lady seem to be having not such a good day which everyone has those days but it didnt seem the same place as usual.

Nice, up to date, clean washers and dryers. They stay open later the most other laundromat in town(only one other later and they are 24 hours). The attendant working even helped me with a cart for my items and was very friendly. Bonus: they have certain dsys of the week where washing &drying is cheaper, some times free. This is my new go to spot.

I love this place !Im a single truck driver with better things to do than laundry when I get home .I just drop it off and pick it the next day .Always neat , well done and organized.

Ive washed my close here many times the past few years. There hours (24hr) are perfect for me when I can get out after kids go to bed.There is always staff on shift, keeping facility clean and inviting. Topped with a good Wi-Fi connection, and never having to wait for a machine...you can not go wrong picking this place.

Very convenient and easily accessible from the interstate. It is located on Broadway just as you enter Council Bluffs from the west. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plenty of washers and dryers.

I like the washers here, but the day help was rude and unprofessional. For having an attendant on duty this place shouldve been alot cleaner. Love the whole 1950s vibe!

Commercial washer wasnt that big. 2 out of 3 worked. Then no hot water. Reqested $2 refund because of that fact for the 2 washers. Since the attendant is not capable of refunds have to put in for it. Well see if i ever hear about it again. Floors were dirty of Stains, soap powder & hair. At least u dont get mugged there.

Good Morning, today is 06/15/14, I come to your establishment (Broadway St. in Council Bluffs) several times a month to do my laundry. My parents are in town visiting, staying at a hotel and they needed to do some laundry but had no quarters. Knowing that you have change, I stopped to get change for them on my way to visit. As I was getting change, I overheard a couple of the employees rudely complaining TO A CUSTOMER that they hate when people come in here to take our quarters. Offended, I turned to them and asked if theyd rather I didnt get change, to which a gentleman responded, Youre not supposed to! I told them that I wouldve prefered they told me this directly instead of make snide, indirect comments about me to each other. As I was walking out, I heard them sarcastically and rudely say God bless! Being a Christian myself, I was extremely surprised and offended that they say something like that so sarcastically. Being a sales manager, Im a very customer-oriented individual. I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment that I frequent and trust. I hope that the management at this property speak to the employees that were on duty today, and explain the importance of customer service.

Watch your clothes closely and check the dryers before using. Use medium setting on the dryers high setting will scorch your clothing.

Is a basic laundromat. The pricing is normal, except on Wednesdays and Thursdays when they have discounts. On those days they are very busy so it may be worth the extra dollar to avoid going. About 20% of the machines are usually out of service. They do have a service to leave your laundry and they will do it, but that is a little pricey.

Very rude since when can you not come in just to get laundry quarters without doing laundry there? I was told today not to come back there where no signs posted saying that I cant... The maintenance man was very rude... I would not recommend this place to anyone.. And the bathroom is very dirty..
