Rented from these guys and was very pleased at first. So I rented a machine on a Thursday evening after telling the salesman that I may call in the morning and use it for the rest of the day Friday as well, then I got a call from the owner around 1030 after calling at 8 AM when they opened and told them I was going to use it for the rest the day (salesman said go for it)Well then The owner called and told me that I am screwing up his schedule because I was supposed to bring it back by 8am. Hung up on me.Uhhh ok….I feel like that’s an in-house mistake not a customers fault.I planned to rent from these guys for like two weeks straight on a couple machines because we had some jobs to do in the area but they told me I could no longer rent from them because I had the machine too long and apparently one of their employees didn’t tell them that I canceled our reservation the week prior.Not very professional my opinion.Every time I drove by the rental place for the last week and a half I’ve been seeing many of the machines just sitting there. I was going to rent for two weeks straight so apparently he just has enough money he doesn’t want to take my green money.If you feel like getting yelled at for renting equipment longer then you expected. Then by all means call this place.

We rented a sod cutter from here. It was our first time doing business with Resource Rental Center. We were satisfied with the price after pricing from multiple places. Settled on the weekend rental, saved some $$, and it fit our schedule. A short wait & they demonstrated how to use it, loaded it up & let us know how to reach them after hours if any complications. There were none. Got a good workout with this project, returned on time & they unloaded it. No wait on the return. Staff was friendly, courteous & helpful. I had no problems pulling my trailer in & out of their lot. We will definitely rent from here again. Thinking a small excavation digger driveable in the future.

I called early in the week to make a reservation for a four hour rental for Saturday. During this conversation I was told no deposit was needed for the reservation. Jims response wasI will honor your reservation and expect you to honor the reservation. We proceeded to discuss I needed a 2 ball, a local drivers license and a credit card. I left my name and phone number. When I showed up Saturday there was no record of my reservation. Jim said I could come back at noon as the item I had reserved was already given to someone else. However if I did that, I would be charged the weekend rate- almost double the agreed upon 4 hour rental fee. Jim never apologized for the error. He even implied that I had never made the reservation. I was frustrated about the mix up. I understand errors happen. I was willing to come back 4 hours later but thought I should only be charged for a 4 hour rental since they made the mistake. Jim did not honor my reservation and he made no effort to make it right. I will NEVER give them my business! Terrible customer service!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Buddy of mine and myself took a day off work. Rented a skid loader that the track came off and was torn. we were down 2hrs waiting for this to get fixed. We had to wait for them to get done with lunch before they would come out. Then they charge me for half the price of a new track to replace the worn out old one that was on there. They also said it was caused from driving it in too soft of dirt. Really? This machine was also being used as their yard dog that they were spinning 360s on on the pavement which is way harder on the tracks then soft dirt. Rude and dishonest, I wouldnt rent from them again. Finished the job by renting from Honeyman Rent-all in Omaha, way better service.

Super friendly and helped us out a lot with selecting what size of Equipment we needed for our project. They even helped with loading and unloading of the excavator! Will definitely be back if the need arises!

Would give 6 stars if I could! I have used these guys for years and they are great to work with. I really would have to disagree with the one star reviewers. Jim and Paddy have always been more than helpful to me over the last 20 years. I have probably rented from them more than 100 times and have never once had a piece of equipment break down on me.

Resource Rental had everything I needed for my project and at great rates! The staff was extremely helpful and listened to my needs. They recommended the perfect solution for me. My family couldnt be happier with the result of my project. Thanks RRC!

This rental store wasnt my first choice but had been told that they rented the equipment I needed. Not only did they have they have it, they wanted to insure that I knew how to use it. May have been the BEST rental experience IVE had in the last twenty years. Helpful, good price, convenient location and truly great selection of equipment.

Doesnt deserve one star! I reserved a wood chipper online. Apparently online rentals mean nothing because I wasnt written down in the book. The owner, Jim, was incredibly rude! I showed him my email confirmation, told him I lined multiple people up to help me, and I had a nice day to the work. He throws up his hands, says well it aint here and thats the way it is and walked away from me. I wasnt the only one upset that morning. I watched several other people become upset with their own rentals. Ill drive to Omaha before Id ever consider resource rental in the future. They treated me like garbage.

Paddy and team are always great to work with! I recently rented fencing for a two week event. They do a great job and make sure its done right.

Best Plave I’ve ever rented from. They go above and beyond to satisfy you and are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone

100% rude. They block traffic without premits. Then when they call to speak to owner he says that a petty attitude and it was his son who would not talk rude. If I were a business I would look for other options before hiring these people. Thats if you value how neighbors and public view your business.

Resource is a great family owned business. Jim and Paddy are always super helpful and friendly whenever I need to rent a skid loader, concrete buggies, or skid loader attachments.
