David was an excellent carpet cleaner. He kept me informed of when he was going to show up at my doorstep. The reason why I had him come out to clean my carpet was because I have a boxer who has colitis and had many bowel problems and she did not make it outside. And not to be gruesome but her bowel problems were bad on my brand new carpet. I called last night left a message and within an hour he had returned my call we had discussed my issue and we set up a time for him to come out and clean my carpet. I was very adamant about him specializing in dog spots. He told me he had no problems getting the stains out. The stains sat there for 24 hours. It took him approximately an hour to do my carpet. When he was finished he asked if I wanted to come and inspect the carpet and of course I said yes. I took one look at the carpet and it was amazing. All of my spots were gone. When I looked on the internet I had no idea on who I was calling and Im so pleased that I picked David and daughters Carpet Cleaning. Thank you again I so do appreciate you coming to my house and being respectful and kind.
