The experience was amazing. This was my first time goimg there. The staff made me feel completely comfortable moments after I walked in. The place was very busy but I still did not have to wait.Dana did an amazing job on my hair! She was charming and funny. It was quick and clean and exactly what I wanted. Waited over 30 mins for a stylist that had cut my sons hair but still had 21 mins to wait and just asked for the next hairstylist. The stylist they that was up was uncomfortable and could not cut his hair. He is two and is blind so it does take a patient hair stylist. Very unhappy that they gave us a stylist that could not help us. They could tell he was two and I did tell them he was blind.

Im happy with their work. Ive been to a few other hair care places that were nowhere near as good. I appreciate their kindness and attention to detail. They double checked my hair and beard for missed hairs and cut anything they missed. Its a little expensive but well worth it.

This place provides a good quality cut. That said, its higher priced than a typical barber, ESPECIALLY if you get a beard trim. Staff is nice and well trained though. Sports all over the place!

She did an awesome job and will always go back to her in the future to have my hair cut again as she listens to what you want with a hair cut and does it. She also is great on suggest with the cut and with the suggests she gives your cut comes out just the way you want it.

This is typically advertised as a guys haircut place, but I love it. Stellar staff, fast service, and they make me feel like royalty any time Im in there.

Refused service due to the fact i cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, the guidelines make provisions for people like me to be exempt from wearing a mask. Management needs to reevaluate how they treat customers,if i was so inclined i could sue under the Americans with Disabilities Act. They should also know they refused service to a very good tipper. As a truck driver it is very hard to find somewhere to get my haircut so i appreciate when i can. As someone who keeps the country moving even during high risk times i find it funny how people treat truckers on the road and even at their businesses.

My son came in there today and told the lady he didn’t want to top of his hair cut just thinned out a little and she totally butchered him. She started cutting and he said to her “I told you I didn’t want it cut” and her reply was “ oh sorry I’ll have to cut it now” now he doesn’t want to go to school because his hair looks bad. Please tell your staff they need to really listen to what each customer wants. Not just start cutting. We will not be back.

Very process orientated which makes for a great experience. you can see on the TV who is available, about how long your wait will be, you can check in via website and know you are an hour and 20 minutes out. Michalea is my barber of choice, she does a great job, very friendly. Also very compliant with covid 19, very concerned about the health of their staff and patrons.

These ladies do an amazing job ! especially with 4 year olds who think getting a hair cut means its the end of the world and made sure to make this an extra extra challenging task for our stylists. They handled it well and with great patience got through this over dramatic haircut! The best part is even after all the squirming and crying and trying to slide off the chair the haircut still turned out perfect!

Once inside I was rushed in by a woman named Carrie, she talked to fast I could barely understand what she was saying. When I explained to her what I wanted she disregarded everything I said and just completely cut my hair the wrong way. Terrible customer service. Complete lack of genuine interest in people. Please if you go here don’t let Carrie cut your hair she doesn’t care.

Bummed to say I just got my haircut, I wont mention the stylists name but she seemed kinda irritated from the get go and rushed through the haircut, I told her I wanted slightly longer then a knuckle cut, and a beard and neck trim, she cut the top beyond a knuckle to where I could not spike it up, she then began to argue with a fellow stylist about where her trimmer was, (after working 10 hours construction) the last thing I wanted to hear was someone arguing in my ear, then she sent me to the hair washing station, after she washed my hair she then began to argue once more about how she was right about where her trimmer was with the same stylist, I had to ask again for a beard and neck trim, this location is awesome, the other stylist are amazing and do a great job, Im sure she was probably having a bad day but there is a time and place for everything.

I had trouble finding a salon that could get my fade right so I started coming here. My fade is always good but overall I feel like I get a different haircut every time I go in. Last time I told her not to take a lot off the top and specifically to leave the front to my eyebrows and she cut it halfway up my forehead, wet. Its like everyone only knows how to do one kind of haircut.

Ive tried a few different places to get my hair cut. This place does it perfectly, every time, and keeps notes on customer preferences so I dont have to figure out how to say it.I wont get a haircut anywhere else unless its am emergency.

Always like going to the place for a haircut. The people are always friendly and careful to cut your hair the way you had requested. You can make your reservation by internet, which really does speed up the process. Fairly priced, and the TVs are the bonus.

The stylists are all wonderful and spunky. They all seem to really love their careers and excited to style your hair. They give great advice on products specifically tailored to your needs instead of annoyingly pushing unwanted or unneeded products.

Well when I sat down I found hair in my cheeseburger, I was very upset so I went to the manager and said “I found hair in my burger.” Then the manager told me that this is not a restaurant... it’s a barber shop
