I had a very similar experience on a listing on auctiontime from Juranek & Assoc. He listed a 3pt shredder that he described as solid. I picked it up and it was really rough. The back tire stem was so badly bent it hangs up on the upper deck, and the blade shaft is so wobbly an loose the blades are either hitting each other, or the top of the deck the entire time I try to use it. Gary is not describing these auction items accurately. Will nevey buy from him again.

I purchased a set of 10 & 20 series John Deere tractor weights that he had listed on AuctionTime. I drove 200 miles round trip to pick them up. When I got home with them I discovered that one of the starter weights was broken, which made the entire set unusable without it. I filed a complaint with AuctionTime because it was not listed as being broken in the description (the broken weight was also not clearly visible in any of the pictures when viewing it from my phone). I also called Gary and told him about the issue. He told me he looked them over when he listed and took pictures of the weights and there were no issues with them. I sent him a picture of the broken weight. He never got back to me with a solution, so I called him back again. His solution to rectify the problem was for me to haul the weights to him (another 180 mile drive) and he would refund my money. Very poor customer service and unsatisfactory problem solving.
