Bad place to live. Had my car towed when I was not even there for an hour and they didn’t have any signs up stating where you can or can not park between being a tenant or a guest so 205 bucks later. Also they never upkeep any of there stuff halls are always a mess and management are up tight and act like there better than you and won’t call you back unless it’s to rent out a unit. Don’t waist you money on this place definitely not worth it. Cockroach and bedbug infested.

Been here going on 2 years the halls are disgusting 😒 ..they have only cleaned them once since ive been living here . Rent not bad price wise but u can tell its low income section 8 and they are not maintaining the property well at all .. good luck getting a work order completed its been a year and a half still cant do repairs requested when I moved in . The Office woman is as rude as they get .......

Havent had any problems since we have been here. Maintenance is very good about getting orders answered and done quickly. Staff is very welcoming and nice. Usually a very clean complex inside of building and out. Great company to rent from.

This place isnt bad. I like my apartment, they are good with work orders. The only thing I do not like is how the other residents dont pick up after their pets. Its disgusting how we cant even walk in the grass because there is poop everywhere because the people are too lazy to pick up after their pet. Besides that I love it here. I wish we can do something about this.

We have lived here a year had no problems. We decided to renew our lease. But they up the rent On a little one bedroom apartment. Plus new management. A month later it floods because our back patio. But we have hard wood floors until you hit the hall. We bought a new rug after cleaning everything and buying that for our baby to crawl on... it floods again only this time no number is workIng to get ahold of maintenance Yayy

A couple repairs needed here and there but all around a cozy place.

I was able to move in quickly, Jennifer was amazing to get me all set up and good to go. I am really excited to live here.

I love it here staff is amazing works with u when things happen maintenance gets here quick to fix anything need be Jennifer is amazing answers every question I have and gets back to me pretty quickly neighbors are amazing welcomed me with chocolate chip cookies this place is truley beautiful and I highly recommend moving here best place I’ve ever lived

Connect Management has been from what we can see a game changer! Tasha the manager always gets back to us very quickly. Any concerns that we have are address immediately. This is our third lease year, and we would highly recommend living here.

They have really stepped up there game. Went from never getting anything done. To them being there the same day if something happens. They really try hard to make people feel like family Ive been here 5 years .

Made an appointment to view an apartment. The woman forgot the appointment so I inconvenienced the woman in the office, who was quite rude, showed me a unit that was ready to rent. Upon inspection, there was a massive water leak, soaking wet carpet, black mold, and numerous bug infestations. I suggest looking elsewhere

I called about an apartment. Then the ladythat I talk to only asked about one of my jobs not all of my jobs that i work at and he told me that I could be a renter but my husband could if he got more income and he is on permanent disability so hes not getting more income. The lady that I talked to was rude and unprofessional.

This place is absolutely awful. If you make the slightest noise the other residents are quick to call the cops when they are loud themselves. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Matienence was awful. Took them 3 days to fix anything. New management every few months. Trash everywhere and snow never shoveled on walk ways. Trashy, loud neighbors. When my lease is up I will be leaving. Do not move here.

This is an awful place to live. Our apartment flooded 3 times. We told them each time and nothing was done until it went to extremes. Come to find out, we had two broken pipes. The walls were destroyed and the carpets were saturated. They did (eventually) fix the pipes but the carpets were not replaced. We have had molding issues as well that havent been addressed even though its been a month since the last flooding issue. Oh, and today, we have found another flooding issue in the laundry room that will most likely not be adressed until next week.Bad management, bad maintenence, and bad living conditions. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I helped a friend move in and out of that place and both times they tried to tow my truck.

Managment has no people skills at all does not try to resolve any issue I have had to contact the ceo of the management company just to get help from this complex and the parking is the worst and the tow company that they have a contract with are the most money hungry company in council bluffs iowa Jakes towing need to be fired had a car on Jack stands and no front tire on the car and it was towed in less than 24 hours of it being park in the visitor lot

Took weeks for maintenance to fix a flooding issue. Found bed bugs, which I learned the apartment behind me was dealing with them the SAME month I moved in. While where is no IA laws on how a landlord should handle the infestation, they chose to be cheap and only treat my unit. They then proceeded to give me a violation of disturbing the peace when I asked my neighbors if they new bed bugs were found in another unit. There moronic exterminator left so many damp spots and residue that my boyfriend had a reaction. New management constantly, and they only see tenants as a paycheck.

Compared to my last apartment (Lund reality fire side apartment s) this is a great comfortable affordable place to live

Parking sucks, especially if youre a guest. Apartments have some problems that dont get taken care of right away.

I wood move there

2 people got robbed within 1 year. Some ones garage was BROKEN into! They do not make pet owners clean up their poop. Visitors can park where ever they want....towing is non-existence. Someone broke into where the water heaters are contained and some how turned the water off in my building. The remodeling is cheap. They let residents throw way anything and the trash people sometimes let it stay there for DAYS. The pool id always open late and people DO NOT watch their messy children. Rent is to high to deal with all this crap!

They suck and they are to high they like to put the rent up when your lease is up and they change the rule all the time and they do not keep there word do not go to dillman place there will take your money

I was dropping off one of your tenants asked to use bathroom came right back out and my car was towed wasnt away from my car 5 mins. I am handicapped and couldnt walk from visitors parking. There are No handicapped parking so I parked in front of there building. Not happy and recommend the tenants move.
