Had a different window tint place do a very bad job tinting my truck windows. They made excuses and said I was being unreasonable expecting no defects in the tint. Was difficult just to get a call back about the issues claiming they were very busy. Too busy to call a customer having issues???Took it to Akiva to be replaced and the owner and window tinting lady were very helpful. They did an amazing job with zero defects in the tint. I will use them for all my tint and windshield replacements in the future. Excellent customer service and very high quality work!!!

Does not give any good remarks at all! The owner is very rude! He does not trust no body! Refuses to answer questions! good luck with any service at all and be ready to be harassed!

AKIVA doesnt do window tinting anymore apparently, FYI...About 3 years ago they installed a new windshield, the price was right but they screwed up my dashboard... I didnt complain at the time so thats on me I guess.

Complaints: clear bra paint protection film 12/09/13 downsides hood, fender, front fascia damageI had the clear bra paint protection film installed on 12/09/13 by AKIVA Glass & Window Tinting in Cottonwood AZ, by owner Larry M.Rinaldi and his son. This was a small job on my Subaru hood, fender and front fascia. After about two months I discovered a small air bubble in the front right near the right light. On April 7th, 2014, I drove and spoke with the owner, asking how this can be fixed. I have been told that this small part cannot be fixed and has to be replaced. The warranty is supposed to be for 5 years since that day for any damage or installation mistakes. Since that time, today is 04/22/14, I called a few times and we argued back and forth. Nothing has been done or addressed, and my phone calls have been ignored and I’ve been hung up on. This is neither acceptable nor professional when this was done recently. This is a company which I thought had a good reputation and respect for their customers, but they do NOT. HELLO READER’S!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU to do business with AKIVA because they are not professional, do not respect others, and do a crap job. They are not willing to fix their mistakes once they get your money. PLEASE give that warning to other before it’s too late.
