I have used the H&R Block service at the Cottonwood, Arizona branch for over 17 years. The owner, Michele, and especially the tax agent Connie Richards, have been tremendously convenient and helpful for me and my family. After moving more than an hour away and trying another H&R block office in the area, I quickly learned just how special the Cottonwood office was. Over the past three years I drive 45 miles, even when there is a Block office just minutes from my home in Chino Valley, AZ, to get the great service of Connie Richards in the Cottonwood office.

For the fifteen to twenty minutes of time it took my tax professional to insert my information into the computer, I feel the charges for performing this service are too, too high....Almost as much as I have to pay in federal taxes. I feel I should receive some sort of discount for being a valued customer, and for having all my deductions already prepared on paper and itemized....Just sayin
