Michael took care of my Craftsman chainsaw problem right away. Becky was professional in communicating warranty procedures and was very pleasant to talk to. Wonderful facility to do business with.

Took my chainsaw problem and expected to leave it to be fixed. He saidwait out here a minute and took it inside. After a few minutes he came backand gave me the saw saying that should do it. Then he refused any payment and said Happy New Year. Ill go back with a real job next time.

I absolutely love the care and attention to detail this family owned business has.I took my equipment in for repair and not only were they completely honest from the time we dropped off the mower to the time it was finished but they were by far the friendliest group of people in the valley. The guys know their stuff when it comes to repairs and explains it in a way Ill understand.Thank you!

Really bad.... be very careful. Brought walk behind weed whakers for engine work. Not starting. They changed out other parts. Engine would start but if you moved the machine it would die. So I take back to them. AND THEY more money to look ar same problem. Not trust worthy....

There are two locations, one is the green building and across the street in the pink building is the other location. If you go to the wrong building they will inform you , and politely point to across the street .

These people suck,recently they worked on a leaf blower and a weed whacker, they both came back leaking gas where they did not leak before they touched them, I would not let them work on my wheel barrow!
