+JMJ...Wednesday, 30 September 2020... Recently had to seek out repairs for a washer which has been in the house that I have been renting for the past 5 years. Never even had to use it because I already had a washer/dryer set.. Regrettably, after nearly 10 years of usage, the washer of a Samsung Energy Efficient set started suffering a bearing problem. After searching to purchase a replacement, found the price prohibitive on my income. So, after checking out the reviews of Appliance Junkies, ... what they have a cat on the premises?! I decided to pay them a visit. Thankfully they were open and all were very welcoming. And, yes, the cat, a healthy Tortieshell, was on the premises walking along the counter top and over the tops of the many appliances 😻! Spoke to the owner, sorry, I dont recall his name, but he spoke at length to my friend who was going to help bring in the washer after we got a yes from the owner/repairmen. Of course, the owner is very knowledgeable, but the most intriguing part of this visit was the story he told about how he and his wife rescued and nursed back to health the cat (then a recently born kitten) that had gotten trapped in their storage area. Anyway, I digress. My friend and I returned to drop off the washer and in just a week, Jason, the owners son, had the washer back in tip top shape. The water flow was healthy, and the broken lid switch had been repaired which made the washer fully operable. I highly recommend these wonderful people. They are knowledgeable, personable, honest, and the cost for repair of that old washer was very reasonable. If I ever need repairs of another appliance or need to make a purchase, they will be my first choice. God bless them. They are wonderful!!

Oven repaired on 12/23/2020. It died again that night. All on vacation. Note on door says calls will be answered from 12/28 through 12/31. Left a message several times, no response. Last call this morning, was told not to call back till 1/4/2021. No Christmas dinner, no Christmas baking no oven use till next year! While I appreciate the need for people needing vacation time during the holidays, ours was completely ruined. Very disappointed.I appreciate your letting us know why. If I had any idea for the reason you arent able to help us, it would have helped to know. I am so sorry to hear why you havent been able to help. I will keep your family in my thoughts.

I woke up this morning to a side by side refer that wasnt freezing. The ice was water and the bread/biscuits were mushy. The meat mostly thawed. I immediately called the team at Appliance Junkies. I know they are a busy family so patiently waited for a call back. (They werent open yet). Soon after they opened, I got a call from Jason. He said they are real busy but he would come and see me today. As today went on, I realized that the refrigerator too wasnt working properly as the temp ran up to 58. Early afternoon Jason came by. He had a couple of parts with him but unfortunately, the refer was gone. It was only 25 years too. Within an hour I had a new (used) refrigerator in my house installed and working perfectly. I find the service and dedication of the folks at Appliance Junkies superb. Sometimes they dont answer their phones because they keep their staff at a minimum so they can give their customers fair or better pricing. I am delighted with the quality of service, price and dedication of these folks. I would highly recommend them.

Called this place two weeks ago for an appointment, for them to call me the night before offering me a 3 hour time frame, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Unfortunately I couldnt fall in between that time frame due to work. When asked if there was any possible way for me to get an earlier time, they simply said no, and offered me a new appointment time another two weeks later. Not a good way to maintain business and trust amongst your customers, especially in rough times like these

This company is owned by good...no GREAT, hard-working people. Who know what theyre doing. They will make sure your appliances are just right! Thank you Appliance Junkies.

I have nothing but great things to say about appliance junkies. They came out to Dewey and installed a Bosch stainless steel dishwasher that I bought my parents. He installed a Maytag dryer in my house. He went above and beyond. Five stars doesn’t cut it.

The company is run by a salt-of-the-earth person. This is a store where you can find quality used appliances from cooktop stoves dishwashers and refrigerator freezers.They also have a good supply of spare parts across most major manufacturers.They also have a house cat of about 15 pounds that is the sweetest Kitty you could meet at an appliance store.

Wow Im amazed at what this man did to make my old stove function and look new again! Truly an amazing job!

Ive found George, the owner, and his son, to be very dedicated to their business.They are always out in the field serving a customer. It can be tough to get through to them, but keep trying.Its nice to keep our dollars within the community, and they can do the job for the same price usually as Sears or any of the other guys when it comes to servicing and appliance purchase.A+++

My first call started off with poor reception, but improved enough that I could get help. My second call, made within the hour, had perfect reception. Although I spoke with a different person, I am confident they are working well together and my information will be passed along to make my repair order run more smoothly.

I went to appliance junkies today Monday around 10:00 am there was a big sign stretched across that said Closed and your being videotaped the door was open and cars out in the parking lot I could here people talking inside so I approached to see if they were open because I was in need of a new stackable washer dryer combo ours took a dump I had cash in my pocket and I guess it was the owner yelled at me we’re closed! Kinda rudely then said come back next Monday as I was walking away? I needed a washer today not next week ? To tell you the truth it looks like he named his business right appliance JUNKIES! Because he acts like a tweaker and the way he runs his sketchy hours I won’t ever go backAs for my washer he did me a favor because I went somewhere else that wanted my business problem solved!

Need a aplliance part or service. This is the place in cottonwood to get the best service.
