Cancelled service over 2 years ago. Stated that service was cancelled January 2020. Interesting that I cancelled in March of 2019 because we purchased a home in Rimrock. They sent my account to collections and I have never heard from Taylor Waste nor collection agency. I left a forwarding address. Beware of their customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderfull service, easy to do business with, no tricks. Plus really nice, good people. I highly recommend saving yourself from annoyance by just going with Taylor.

I got their weekly bin-emptying service and a couple of big bins, only had the service for a few weeks now but Im very pleased so far. Setup was easy, and they come nice and early on pickup day. I do also appreciate how clean the bins were, its the first time in my life Ive seen a clean garbage bin!

Giving them one star is undeserved. A now former customer, each year my Xmas tree has been taken. But today, on my last day of service, the driver took the tree out of the can and threw it down in front of my house. You ask why I stopped service? Because my bill went up 30% this past year alone. After this stunt, I wont be doing business with them in the future. they could have sent a notice with the last bill alluding to them not taking Xmas trees any longer. Throwing it on the ground without notice....Unprofessional and bad service

I have nothing but great things to say about Taylor Waste. Great people providing great service. I am grateful for their attentive drivers and awesome staff. I have never had a problem getting questions answered either by phone or through the website. They support the local communities and people. I highly recommend their service.

Weve been in here a few times and every single time the office staff has been helpful and friendly. We have never had an issues. The pricing is great, low actually, compared to our trash pick up in Phoenix. No complaints with the office service or the pick up service for Taylor Waste.

I could not be happier with the service provided. Pick up is timely. Communication for holidays is clear. The drivers are friendly and efficient. The rates are very reasonable.

We did like Taylor Waste while getting trash service in the Village of Oak Creek. However, when we moved to a different location, they sent mail to my new PO Box, and now they are telling me it was returned. I get mail there EVERYDAY, and a phone call BEFORE putting a customer in collections would be a better approach, in my opinion. People move, and when the customer is consistent in paying and NOT one that doesnt pay whats owed, then I would assume that the right thing to do would be call before adversely affecting that prior customers credit. It takes my opinion from a 4-5 star to a 2-3 star, and you better believe that I will tell the world of my experience. I do have responsibility here, and for that I give Taylor Waste a 2.75 star rating. I should have made sure that every forwarding address was correct --but wait, I did that and confirmed it with you.

My experience with Taylor Waste is that I am very impressed with his customer handling and service. I had an issue and was very upset because of it. The phone calls and follow up and apology was a great example of keeping customers satisfied. Thank you for caring

If I could give zero stars I would. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called because we had questions about what we could do if we needed extra trash picked up. We were given incorrect information by an extremely rude and condescending woman. We did what we were told--- and things still were not being picked up - to find out they only pick up like 3 extra bags a year. We were not told this. I then called to cancel service because it sucked and I have made several phone calls and had received different information multiple times. I also witness garbageman pulling trash out of our trash can and throwing it on to the ground. Instead of asking why I was canceling service I got a really snarky lady on the phone that gave absolutely no s****. I told her that we were going to go with Wingfield since they had better communication and customer service and they will actually pick up all of the trash- plus 2 more cans- rather than just the one trash can, for no extra charge. Then the woman start yelling thats great thats great great for you good luck with that. There is absolutely no way that management could be okay with this type of behavior. Absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend them to anybody and I was very disappointed. We chose them because we had a man come to our door and tell us about Taylor Waste. He was very nice and I really appreciated how personable he was. After this experience I will never be going back to them. And again it wasnt just one or two conversations on the phone it was multiple where she even mocked me. And I also had garbage men pull trash out of my trash can and throw it into my yard. We watch them do it. I hope that they changed something with their customer service so that other people do not have to deal with this type of belittling and vile behavior.

I was interested in comparison shopping and found no info on their website, so I called during business hours. They were unable to answer, so I simply left a message, as directed, asking for a call back with their rates. I never heard back, so I guess it didnt matter, and Ill stick with my current provider.

Didn’t respond to calls or online submissions to become a customer. I wanted to switch my waste collection to Taylor after finding out they have recycling services, but I guess I will just continue to pack it in my car for whenever I happen to run into a recycling center or dumpster. Maybe take the professional route and announce that you aren’t accepting new clients, rather than advertising services you aren’t willing to provide?

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Better prices and great service! I had forgot to put my cans out (not the 1st time) and the driver got out of his truck and moved them for me. Who does that? Taylor Waste does that!

This company out does themselves with customer service everyone from office, drivers, competency, and caring are representative of this great company. We are so glad they are here !

Have had Taylor Waste for trash service and recycling service for over 10 years. Great service, friendly staff and competitive rates. Love the curbside recycling service 2x per month in addition to trash hauling.

Taylor Waste is good, but Taylor & Sons Hauling is something else. I went in to inquire about renting a small dumpster and was told it was a desperate part of TW. I called Taylor and Sons hauling and they called back but I missed the call, so I called back and its now a week later and they still havent returned my call. I will now call Waste Management

Best service in fifty years of dealing with sanitation services. I neither want nor need the city of Sedona telling me who to do business with.

Still pretty new to Taylor Waste but so far I am absolutely loving it. The salesman that came to our door thoroughly impressed my husband and he had me sign up the next day. Not only is their service thirty dollars cheaper a month than waste management for the same 96 gallon bin but we also get a recycling bin which we have never had and are loving. They promptly delivered our bins even a day earlier than they said they would and wheeled them all the way to the side of the house, without me asking. This morning though (as the trash day is a new day for us) I forgot to wheel out the bins the night before. The driver came up to the house and wheeled them both out and dumped them for me, as Im over 8 1/2 months pregnant this was greatly appreciated. Weve had two different trash companies and neither of them have ever done that for us! Thank you Taylor Waste for your awesome service!
