Krista Little, Owner of All Service Computers, deserves more than five stars in her review. She is extremely professional and more than that I have experienced good quality and service from all her work. I have been a customer of hers for more than 15 years and she has not only been responsive to my computer needs but the service is completed in a very short period of time. She has earned a wonderful reputation in the Cottonwood area and shoud have stars in her crown. She is simply the best!!!!!

I was so lucky to fine All Service Computers as computer help is very hard to find. They were able to deal with my needs in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Give them a call if you need computers and computer help.

I called All Service due to a hard drive that would not boot up. After answering a few questions Krystal suggested that I bring my PC in for diagnostics, estimate and a recommendation to repair or not.I authorized the repair, the bill matched the estimate and my computer is running fine now. I was notified when the work was done and it was completed on time.Krystal was very professional and knowledgeable. If I encounter computer issues in the future I will call Krystal.

I’ve used All Service twice with fantastic results each time. If your laptop or computer is giving you a hard time bring it to them before buying something new. They are highly skilled technicians, really thorough and if they don’t think it’s cost effective to repair you’re machine they will tell you so. It’s really a win win situation, so if you are on the fence about what do do with a misbehaving machine let them diagnose it. I will always call All Service first for any hardware issues.

This is the second time that All Service Computers has quickly repaired my computer. This time I contacted them and delivered my desktop to them on Wednesday,. They quickly identified that my hard drive was dead and by Friday my computer had a new hard drive and my backup had been restored. My life returned to normal, at least my computer life.

I have reformatted computers before but never had a hard drive crash. Where am I going to find a good computer person in Cottonwood? Did an internet search and All Service Computer pop up and I read the reviews. Talked to Owen and drop my Dell for evaluation and he promptly called to let me know the hard drive was gone. Talked to Krista an she assured me that it would be better than before. She did everything needed to fix it and it was better because SSD drive she recommended. I called All Service Computers many years ago at the suggestion of a friend, and Im glad I did. This company, and Krista in particular, is professional, personable and very knowledgeable with reasonable and fair fees for service. You are told ahead of time what the problem may be and are given an estimated cost prior to service. I never paid more than the estimate, and in one instance, was charged quite a bit less. Krista is always willing to answer a quick question or provide advice. Two years ago I asked her to find me a new laptop, which she did quickly after learning what specific capabilities and features I wanted. She found me an excellent product with exactly what I wanted and more at a lower price than what I originally budgeted for. Ive had not one complaint or issue with the laptop to this day. Its a rare business that provides honest customer service these days, and All Service Computers is one of those.
