If I could give a Zero star I would! I have never given a review. ALLSTATE IS AN AWESOME INSURANCE company. Unfortunately, the Agent for the area of Verde Valley is not worth dealing with. No customer service. From my experience workers are not properly trained and how to deal with insurance policies!

Got an e-mail awhile back soliciting customers to use their tax advisors and to set up an appt. Tried to do this online and it didnt work. Now they arbitrarily decided to transmit all my account documents online which they said I requested. I DID NOT! I have consistently told them I wanted them by mail and would forgo the $5 savings per year in order to have this. Now I have yet again to contact them for another 2 screwups

I have worked for this Cheryl Stecko personally and she has created hostile work environment. As someone who is learning the trade she called me after work and yelled at me and cursed at me stating if I didn’t like how she spoke to me “you know where the door is” it’s unfortunate the way she spoke to me, rather than speak to me about the mistakes I was making as I was learning. I never want an other person to have to receive the same treatment. I wouldn’t ever recommend this agency due to the poor management and treatment. If her own employees are treated in such a manner I couldn’t imagine being a customer.

Deplorable business ethics and no accountability is what you can expect from this agency. All I wanted was a simple change from one carrier to another and was saving money, however they reduced my coverages without asking to save me this money, and wouldnt fix it without charging me more money! Aside that, there is no communication within their staff to resolve anything cordially and efficiently. Do not trust your life with this agency!!!

I made a verbal agreement with John Stecko for 1 month only for my RV to be moved less then 10 miles on the phone and paid on my card. My husband went up got the insurance card. I did as he said called and told them the RV was moved we wanted to cancel the girl on the phone said John wasnt in And I had to come in to cancel. Also that John has me signed up for a year. So I come in today and try to cancel put a note on bottom what I was promised and wanted a copy he tells ne me cant turn it in like that doesnt want Allstate to think hes making up his own policies. I said then you lied to me cause you talked to me you promised me no hidden fees no cancellation fees. He refused to guarantee any of it wouldnt give me a copy scribbled out what I wrote. As I was leaving I asked who Cheryl Stecko was he says my wife giggling. The lady the blonde to the right was very sweet and kind and nice. I made a photocopy of my cancellation form had my husband drop it off. Came home and since the toll free number kept directing me back to Cottonwood so I found a number to make a formal complaint and to cancel the policy since he clearly didnt. I apologize to the girls if I got a little loud but when you find out this man is shady and lies to his customers about the policy youd call him on it to. Ive never seen a company refuse to give you a copy or scribble out a customers comments or act like that to me before all just to cover up what he verbally agreed to when I gave him my c.c info. No need to call the agent Cheryl Stecko his wife. The actual agent. I do not recommend doing business with this agency.

The easiest company to work with better rates better quality is able to afford renters insurance where I could not before I would recommend this insurance company to anybody and everybody that is on Google Allstate is I think its the number one.

Cheryl called my mom all the way in Sun City and harrassed her over several phone calls until my mom agreed and gave up her checking#. This office then went out of their way and called up her current insurance company to tell them my mom no longer wishes to be insured by them.My mom had to stop check with her bank and I called this office and spoke to Tammy to verify a policy and they gave me the run-around that by law they cant which is false. Seems they think they dont have to verify a policy but John can call your insurance company without your permission and cancel your policy.This office is a bully and very aggressive and likes to pick on the elder. What insurance office calls someone over 100 miles away to get you sign on with them? They obviously are desperate for business and decided that picking on Sun City was their best bet even if they are over 100 miles away. WOW!I am reporting this office to corporate Allstate and filing a complaint with my mom.

Have left messages to discuss my insurance and haven’t received response. Insurance cost on my 20 yr old occasional drive car is way high for the mileage.

I like being able to go into a physical address, and speaking with a live agent, if needed!
