Planning a wedding can be very exhausting and time consuming. Verve Events made things very easy for me when it came to choosing chairs for our ceremony and took all the guess work out of it. Verve Events delivered, set up and tore down the chairs, leaving me with one less thing to worry about! They have a variety of styles and colors to choose from and I was so happy to learn they had black chairs as our wedding was on Halloween and we were going for a Fall look with accents of Halloween! I had called a few times to make adjustments and add to the order (we had to change the head count for chairs and included glass flutes for toasting) without any issues or complaints on their end. Any time I called, they were courteous and eager to help and if they could not answer right away, they would return my call within a day. I really appreciate them for making it a smooth process!

They did a great job supplying quality supplies for our outdoor/backyard wedding. We even rented a beautiful big tent!

What an amazing company to work with. Today we have so many corporate businesses to choose from, however, it was just so refreshing to get taken care of by a small business that really took the time to care about what we needed. We had the pleasure of working closely with Dani Simpson and she was wonderful and so thorough in helping us pick out the right rentals for our wedding venue. She knew how to paint a picture of what we were wanting and covered every detail from lighting to silverware. Verve Rentals made everything from picking things out, to delivery and pickup so simple. If your venue will work with them, please do so, they are worth every penny and their stuff is pristine and immaculate!

The customer service provided by Verve has been nothing short of exceptional. Every person Ive worked with has been well informed and extremely helpful. In fact, our wedding venue acquired the same tent we were planning on renting from Verve. Verve called us to inform us of this fact, and quickly processed our refund. Even though we are not going to end up renting from them, I would recommend them to anyone needing rentals in the area. Thanks Verve!

Awesome service hopefully everything goes well for my wedding

We used Verve for our wedding two weeks ago. The tent was great and everything we needed was there. They made things very simple and worked directly with the venue to ensure timely delivery and that everything was as needed.

Outstanding staff....

I did all my wedding rentals (tents, tables, chairs, tableware, bar, etc) from them and they were excellent to work with! I made several revisions and all were easy. I highly recommend going for a meeting to see everything in person and to work with their staff. They are all great and helped us anticipate things we would have never thought of. They also have a tool that can allow you to see a 3D mock up of your layout, which was excellent.

I rented 10 tables that I needed for a weekend event, the rental agreement allows for the tables to be picked up as early as Thursday without a requirement to return until Monday. Which was very convenient.The friendly warehouse staff loaded and unloaded the tables at the dock.That stated the overall rental experience was pleasurable. Prices are of Industry standard and the quality of the equipment was adequate, as well it was in very good condition.The only drawback to the renting experience was a lack of quantity of the specific tables that would like to have rented.I would recommend Verve rental for all of your event needs.

We rented from Verves this past weekend for my sons wedding and they were wonderful! In a stressful time and having so much to do in preperation they were right on top of things and did a great job. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them!

My wife and I were referred to Verve by our planner and were really pleased with the services we received. Over the course of seven months we had multiple phone calls and e-mails with Dani, and one face to face sit down. Prices were clearly relayed to us when requested(and fair!), there was absolutely no push to increase the price with add-ons or bumping up to another chair type or anything like that. We were free to add and remove items after reviewing potential invoices. The biggest help involved the tent. Tents are expensive. We didnt want a tent. However we reserved one anyway due to not wanting to be rained out. Dani told us we could remove it later on as long as it was prior at least seven (i think, it will say so on the contract) days prior to the event. With astute weather watching we cancelled the tent (again no problem, Dani took care of it right away and sent an updated invoice) and had an awesome night under the stars.

Was able to send my quote to me in a timely manner and when I had changes, they were able to switch it up with no hassle. They are able to deliver or you can pick up yourself. The rental equipment came in good condition.

Used Verve rentals for our daughters September 2017 wedding in Flagstaff. We lost our rep midplanning and I was worried things would fall through the cracks, but worries were for naught. New team member, Kay, was simply incredible. She was on top of everything, kind, professional and easy to work with. She helped me navigate what could have been a disastrous blunder without so much as a look back. She and this team are top notch. I was shocked by the cost of rentals, but its an industry standard, not a Verve issue. I was pleased with their service and would use them again. Thank you!!
