Exactly what Id expect from a uhaul service. Quick and easy. Dont remember the guys name that helped us but he was very informative and just a chill guy. Defs using them when we move out again

Went to purchase moving supplies at 1:45pm on a Tuesday... They were closed, no one inside. Cant have a good experience inside if you cant even get in! Like, who closes a business from noon till 3 on a weekday?

Real cool called reservations made reservations picked up the truck put $30 gas in for the $28 credit cause the truck only had. 1/8 th a tank!!

Drivers licance and bank debit had to be in the same name.in a state where there all about marriage.

I rented a cargo van from them. I was told when I rented it that there would be a $50 guarantee if the van was not in perfect condition. I got to my van that day, and it said an oil change was needed. So I called and tried to get a different van because I needed to pick up a couch that day. They were unable to do that and offered road side assistance. I then waited on hold for almost two hours before deciding to just bag it, and get my money back. They were able to get my money back, but they never gave me the $50 guarantee. So I submitted a case and was told to wait for a response. Waited a week, and decided to contact them. They told me the van was in perfect condition, and that they wouldn’t be giving me the $50. So I sent them a picture of the van needing an oil change, and they said they would submit another case. Waited another week. No response. Contacted them and they said that it would have made it because the van was working mechanically fine. Then the person ended the chat log without me responding. Never rent from this place they obviously have HORRIBLE customer service, and cannot keep their word. It also goes to show that they just want you to break down so they can destroy you with extra service fees. Never will be using Uhaul again. Home Depot is a better option!!!!

Don’t bother trying to rent online because it’s a joke. You have to walk around the building a few times before you can actually get going because they tell you to go find your van then tell you to go get your keys. I had to download the app for it to finally work and I spent more time trying to get the van then driving all the way to salt lake and back to move stuff

I paid for the first time...19.95$ for the cargo van for the day, good deal. 55$ to rent a dolly, pay the estimated millage and buy the insurance...75$ for that 20$ van. WOW! Besides that, the people were friendly and helpful.

Shut down for at least one hour in the middle of day (1:30-2:30pm) for a lunch break. Odd!Zachary the manager was super delightful. Consider inviting this guy to your next holiday party. Just a complete joy to work with. After I waited for a over an hour, when he arrived he felt the best use of his time was to unload water out of his truck instead of help. When I asked if he could help me, he said “what’s your problem?” No regard for the inconvenience. Argued instead of apologized. Made up stories about truck not allowed to park in the Uhaul parking lot.Checkout app didn’t work; waited on hotline for over 30 min with no attending (at 12:30AM). Just a great job all around Uhaul.

Unlike the U-haul on State Street with one slow moving sloth helping a chorus line of customers, the Cottonwood center is quick and courteous simultaneously.My order was messed up from another center earlier that day (non refunded), but the individuals behind the counter did what the could do, consider what the had to work with.The company needs to do more in hiring more reps like these to handle the caseload AND insure their “automated pick up” camera works when photographing driver’s license, etc. Because it DIDN’T work appropriately, I was charged a mover’s fee that was unable to help, as well as the truck I never picked up. Plus, the additional two-hour late start.Not a good outlook for the company.But two stars go toward the HUMANS who managed to save my day.The

FYI the service is great however I would suggest that ANYONE hiring a UHAUL truck be warned. When checking the Fuel levels, yes it just sits on the F (full) and you will sign for that. NOTE: Normally a FULL FUEL TANK goes way past the Full sign. BE WARNED make sure it does as it may cost you a lot more. If it is just resting on the F - DO NOT top up full - make sure someone is in the cab watching the marker go to the F sign then stop. We did not and it cost us just short of $22.00 in gas for a 30 mile trip at 7.878 gallons?? We even STOPPED filling the truck as we realized there was an issue. Uhaul and the Store promised to sort it out, even call back but they did not. Small fish in a Big Pool!! After using Uhaul for 8 years, we will no longer be using them.I know its a bit pedantic over such a short amount of money, but its the principle that has made me right this.
