I hate trying to find a new dentist because they vary so much! I recently got a flyer in the mail from White Peak so I thought I would give this new dentist a try. Of note, when you call....you can request that everyone wear a mask. Even though I think all of the staff are vaccinated, I so appreciated this because Im high risk. The technician was the best technician who has ever worked on my mouth. She was gentle, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. I only briefly met with the dentist, but I also really liked him. I loved that the staff check with your insurance about your out-of-pocket cost before you proceed with additional procedures. Finally, new patients get a $50 gift card or $50 off their bill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Today, I had a pleasant visit at White Peak Dental. I was referred by my cousin to this office. Dr. Hansen is an excellent and professional dentist. All the staff here are friendly and wonderful. Taylor at the front desk and Ariel, the dental assistance were professional and comforting. I deeply appreciate the efficiency of the team, in this office, and the hygienist, Lauren, for her great job. Lauren did her work very carefully and patiently. I highly recommend White Peak Dental!

AMAZING! Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing. However, Dr. Hansen & his team are great. I could barely feel the shots. The atmosphere is fun. The billing & insurance is well explained & easy. The scheduling is great, with reminders sent by text or call.. Such a fantastic team of professionals.

Im new to Utah and was referred to White Peak Dental by a friend. Im so pleased with this office that I dont need to keep looking.Easy to find, easy parking, clean relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Moved to the area and needed an emergency crown put in. They were very quick to get me in, very professional and welcoming. I’ve since had another crown replaced and two fillings. They’ve been awesome every time!

This was my first visit to White Peak Dental. I havent been to a dentist in over a decade and was not looking forward to seeing one now. However from their bright and airy office, to the receptionists who helped me navigate the insurance maze, to the deeply sympathetic hygienist, to the dentist himself, I actually found the experience enjoyable! No, you didnt hear me wrong, I said enjoyable. Im going back at 3:00 today to get two teeth extracted and a deep clean. I wont go so far as to say Im looking forward to this, but I can tell Ill be in good hands.

This was the first time I had been to a dentist in quite a while and I was extremely anxious. Misti at the front desk and Krista the hygienist were so amazing and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Hansen was also great at calming my nerves and explaining the dental work I needed. First off I wanted to say that I very rarely post reviews for the services I receive. This is a special circumstance and i wanted to make sure to give the proper recognition for the excellent service I received with the folks at White Peak Dental.Visiting the dentist is usually a very uncomfortable experience for me. Filled with anxiety and dread.I had a friend refer me to White Peak because in her words They are miracle workers, extremely friendly, and gentle in their treatments.She was right on all accounts and I couldnt be happier. Krista their hygienist was extremely friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Cleanings have always been painful in the past but she made the experience even enjoyable with her soft touch and good sense of humor.I was given a solid treatment plan and scheduled my fillings that same day. Dr. Hansen or JD as I know him now, is a caring and skilled dentist. My fillings were relatively pain free and being that I dont have insurance I feel like the work was very reasonably priced.Since I usually have a certain degree of anxiety associated with dental visits it was nice to know that they have certain options available to help with that.Overall the front desk staff was very helpful and the whole process from treatment to billing was comfortable and stress free.Everyone in the office seems to be happy and are extremely friendly. Which makes me feel good that they seem well taken care of.I will and have recommended White Peak to my friends and family. And I look forward to having them help me with my dental needs in the future.

I have followed them to three different locations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My wife had a crown fall off and then made sure to get her in writhing a couple hours. They are so nice and accommodating and I would refer anyone to see them. They now have a new office which is beautiful. If you are looking for a new dentist definitely try them out.

The front desk staff make the first impression when I go to an office and I love these people! The office is beautiful and clean. I want clean when I go to a dental or medical office. The dentist I saw is on the younger side and was great. I like great personalities and professionals who know their business. Not everyone loves going to the dentist but if you need to I recommend these guys. They give great care.

My entire family loves this office and their incredible staff! They are so sweet with our littles and make it incredibly comfortable for them. I am always so impressed with the fact that they even remember the nicknames of our kids. They know exactly what is going on with our teeth and what we are needing. Dr. JD Hansen is hands down the BEST dentist Ive ever been to. Ive only had bad experiences with going to the dentist until I met Dr.. Hansen. Ive been seeing him for 2 years now and every single time I do hes kind and understanding. He also extremely patient with me when it comes to all my silly questions I have. All of his nurses are friendly and are always there to support me when I need it.

I recently went to PD in Murray for a visit to get my wisdom teeth checked out and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! The front desk was extremely helpful and very positive she brought so much energy to the room! The Dr. was also EXTREMELY thorough with his information and helped me out in the best way possible! The assistants were very kind and very professional and explained the process step by step. Impressed is an understatement of what I think of this office. Great place to get ANY work done! HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is looking to get any kind of dental work done!

I was so pleased with Platinum Dental that I wanted to write a review. First of all the hygienist was super sweet and did a great cleaning! In 20 yrs of going to the dentist it was one of the best cleanings Ive ever had. Also, Dr Workman was awesome. He has a great sense of humor and a nice bedside manner that keeps you at ease. Even though I had to get a couple of fillings it wasnt bad at all. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Workman and Platinum Dental in Murray.

Krista is human sunshine! So positive but not annoying/fake cheerfulness. Everyone else was so helpful and lovely to work with too. Ive found my new dentist! Thank-you thank-you! Also, I LOVE that theyre open on Fridays.

I love this office. Everyone here is super friendly and I am very comfortable when going in. Its like walking into an office where all your buddies work, professional buddies. Dr. Ballingham is an excellent dentist. He is very friendly, thorough and gentle in his work. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to get a check up or dental work done. My 6 year old step daughter liked him and Ill be bringing my three year old in next month. They are all great, definitely worth FIVE stars!

Everyone in the office was friendly and fun including the Dr. Ive never had a better or faster check in experience and the front desk receptionist Janelle was amazing. I was late for my appointment and she was so fast and efficient that I wasnt even finished filling out paperwork before I was called back. Both the dental assistant and hygienist were thorough and explained everything so I didnt have any questions at the end of my visit. I will definitely be bringing my whole family here and recommending them to my co-workers in my office.

Great service and friendly staff. They always remember who I am and make be me feel welcome and valued. I find I spend a good chunk of my visits trying to converse with the hygienist and dentist. I say trying because its tough to communicate when people are rifling around inside your mouth. The amazing thing is they tend to do just fine following my unintelligible garbling...Im pretty sure thats part of their training in school!Really though, White Peak is awesome. Ive been going here for over 3 years. Theyve performed root canals, filled cavities, inserted crowns and every service has been excellent. Dr. Hansen is friendly and professional, and shows genuine interest in the well-being of his clients and staff. They work with a lot of different insurances, including Medicaid. If youre looking for a good dentist, look no further.

Truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. My crown that was placed 4 years ago, by another dentist, came off over the weekend. I called this morning, on New Year’s Eve, and they got me right in! Dr. Hanson recemented it, I had a thorough cleaning with a skilled hygienist and was given a great treatment plan for my needs without being pressured into scheduling...all for an exceptional price and in great time! I’ll definitely be scheduling my needed work and have found my new dental home!

The whole staff convinced me that I needed implants, even though I told them I couldnt afford it. They promised a great smile. My real teeth were much better than what I got after two separate tries. The implants are yellow and this office did not offer me whitening treatments before I received my implants - I was not aware this was an option until friends told me about it. My mouth still hurts and my gums are still sore after almost a year. Im embarrassed of my smile now. The picture in this post is before implants. The billing department is horrible and not truthful. The only reason I put one star is because you cant leave it empty.

I cant speak highly enough of this dental office. The dentist and staff are incredibly caring. I have a phobia of the dentist. Frankly I would rather jump out of a plane. On my first visit, I took a lot of meds to get in there😊, the staff arranged for me to be the only one in the office. Im terrified of the sound of the drill. If I hear that, I am gone. Falling apart in the process. I was so impressed they would do that. When I had work done I chose to have the IV, basically knocks you out. Today I went back for my final visit. Again I was the only one there. I didnt even take any meds. Whatever you need done, this is the place to use. I will never go to another dentist again, as long as he is in business.

They have an amazing staff, very patient with questions, so friendly. Dr. does a great job and the assistants are so kind, and work well with children. Highly recommend White Peak Dental to everyone!

I have been to Platinum Dental twice now, and I left both visits feeling great about my experience (and we all know how unpleasant going to the dentist can be :) ). The office staff and assistants have such great personalities. I felt so comfortable and at ease. The hygienist was wonderful, the best cleaning Ive ever had! And Dr. Ryan Workman was excellent in his treatments. He was very informative about what his concerns were with my teeth, and gave me options on how to take care of them. I was surprised with how fast and efficient the procedures took, and most importantly how PAIN FREE the experiences were! I did not feel the shot at all!!! I am very happy and pleased with my visits. The doctor and hygienists explained everything beforehand and helped me relax. I arrived to my appointment a little early anticipating a wait, but they got me back pretty quickly. Their unwillingness to work with me and my family is why I wont be going back. We had a a rapport with them and always kept our word and paid our bills when we said we would. In between paydays they turned us away over 40 dollars we didnt have for only two days. They would not work with us. I called stone haven that day. They got me in and treated me in one visit and worked with payment. I kept my word and paid them Friday. The staff at this office were cold and made me feel judged rather than cared for. They also wanted to charge me 40 dollars to use nitrous for a more surgical than usual tooth extraction ; stone haven provided this as a courtesy as they do all surgical patients .

I’m so happy I found White Peak Dental. Dr. Hansen is great and his hygienist, Krista, is superb! I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I absolutely love this place, the people who work here are genuine and listen and are ready to take care of whatever it you need done from a simple cleaning to a tooth extraction!! Excellent dental experience. The staff were all so kind and super helpful. They were so good with my little kids and making them happy and feel comfortable. Dr. Hansen is amaing dentist. He is very thorough and makes sure you are satisfied with your care. Definitely recommend.

Update: Dr. Ballingham was amazing to work with, sadly he isn’t there anymore and their billing department is incompetent. I gave them a great review before but losing Dr Ballingham and dealing with their billing department has made it so I will never return. I’d urge everyone to avoid this company like the plague.I received a bill of $852 after being told my insurance would cover everything. I called the office to talk about it and was told they just needed to request an x-ray from my old dentist and then insurance would cover it after that, and that I didn’t need to do anything because they’d take care of all of it. Well a month or so went by and I received another bill, called again and was assured yet again they’d take care of it. Then the dentist who helped me left to a better position somewhere else. Two months went by and I received another bill, so I called a third time and they assured me AGAIN they’d take care of it. Another month or two went by and I received a text this week that they are now threatening to destroy my credit over this bill they’ve assured me on 3 separate occasions that I did not owe and that they would take care of. The level of incompetence in the billing department is very concerning and I do not trust them to handle this and will not be visiting this office again. I’d urge everyone to avoid this place and go anywhere else that can appropriately handle simple billing issues.

I chose this dentist based on all the good reviews as well as it being close by. This was hands down the most uncomfortable and unpleasant dentist appointment I have ever had and I only went In for a check up & cleaning. There was a red flag Several days before my appointment, I had recieved a text just moments after scheduling my first appointment with them. The text was to confirm my appointment followed by letting me know there would be a 24 or 25 dollar fee if I didnt cancel within 24 hours even though my appointment was a week away! It seemed too soon for a reminder almost to the point of it seeming passive aggressive, I then got another text just a couple days before the appointment saying the same thing followed by another one when I didnt respond right away, which I then replied saying thank you I had anxiety leading up to this appointment because of the text msgs, I know that seems silly but i felt trapped into my appointment. The building is all white on the outside and the inside didnt feel cozy at all. The receptionist are not friendly at all and im not used to that. In my experience receptionist are usually talking, laughing just loving their job. Not here. I also felt very rushed during my cleaning & throughout the entire appointment, for how aggressive they are on reminding you about your upcoming appointment they are just as aggressive in getting you the heck out! I was not offered a fluoride treatment during my cleaning (which I was hoping for and expecting) I was not made to feel important or that my being there and oral health was a priority. I was just a number. I was then told that my insurance doesnt cover the teeth colored fillings (only silver) but they dont offer the silver fillings in their office so I would need to upgrade 25 dollars per filling. I was also told that my insurance doesnt cover crowns. These were both lies. I called my insurance and they said they DO cover teeth colored fillings. I was also told that they DO cover for a crown but with authorization through the dentist office. Its pretty obvious that this dentist wanted to nickel & dime me for whatever they could and did not care to give me a positive experience. I felt so relieved when I got out of there, thats how awful my experience was.

But, Dr.Chavez & everyone else that works at Platinum Dental Care in Murray were beyond marvelous.They were all so nice & friendly. They answered all my questions & more. I love my two appointments there a lot. I even told them that if I could Id move in. I recommend them to anybody. Ive never had such great care with a gentle touch. Thanks so much! Another 5 Star review for Platinum Dental! Two weeks ago, a tooth with an old root canal finally gave up, died and feel out! I was able to get in the very next day. The staff there are always so friendly and professional, I keep coming back because I know I am in good hands. They recommended treatment that they knew would produce the best results. Today, I have four new crowns on my front top teeth and could not be HAPPIER!! My smile looks AMAZING! Better than it has in years and I could see and feel that everyone there was just as happy as me - FOR me! I know that they care about my oral health, my smile and even my pocketbook. Just finished up with my first appointment. Really impressed with how friendly, timely, and informative everyone was. I was greated by a friendly receptionist, the tech knew what she was doing and she didn’t have to keep redoing X-rays, the hygienist was amazing and beyond thorough while the dentist finished up by going over my concerns and reasonable options!
