Jesus was amazing, throughout the process of us building our home which took 11 months (thanks covid) he was the best! Jesus has become a close friend of mine and I will recommend him to any friends of family in need and I would recommend him to anyone reading this post! Jesus is a great guy and will get you in the home that you absolutely need, he never made anything about himself and his advice was always in the best interest for me and my fiancé. And to add to it, the home was in tooele and he was willing to drive out there almost every weekend with us to go and see it.

If I could give Jesus 20/5 stars I would. He helped us buy our first home and then in turn sell that home to buy our current dream house. He is beyond responsive with constant updates, you are always in the loop with what’s going on. He has superior knowledge with real estate and investing so all your questions can be answered. I’m not sure if he sleeps because he was constantly on top of everything making sure it went smoothly. Want someone who cares about you and making sure you get exactly what you want? This guy changed the entire outcome for the sale of my home. I am forever gratefulI spoke with a different real estate agent and was told the most I could get out of my home was 405.After speaking with Mr. Castaneda he said he can do much much better.He is really easy to work with and puts in his best efforts to get you the best deal he can.All in all in the end. I sold my home for 451k.46k above what the other agent told me we could get for my home.Absolutely blessed to have had him as an agent or I would have missed out on 46 thousand dollars. This was my first time buying a place. I didnt know anything about buying a house previously, but Jesus has the heart of a teacher and helped me learn and navigate the entire process perfectly. I prequalified for a good amount more than I needed, but I told Jesus that I wanted something I could afford in the case that I was unable to work because I have a chronic gout. Jesus took my condition and request seriously. He diligently searched for a place for me everyday. He never pressured me in to getting something more expensive. When it came to negotiating price, he is very strategic on how to get the best price for me. He not only fulfilled his responsibilities, but carefully checked the quality of the work of the sellers agents and the mortgage broker and title company. When he found mistakes he had them corrected. He is not afraid to do the leg work that you need. Ive been in my home now for 4 months now and I continue to reach out to him about better financial strategies regarding my house. If he doesnt know the answer, he will find the answer. After moving into this house, I have such a better quality of life. I love my location and my house as well. If it isnt obvious by now, I couldnt recommend Jesus more.
