Tried booking appt online but no one called me back so I called in. She had very broken English and talked over me a lot. That should have sent me running but I was looking forward to fixing myself up after being down due to surgery. Im not from the area and had a follow-up Dr. appt so I did a search for a nearby nail salon with good reviews. I really dont understand what the fuss is about this place because my experience was horrible. The first moment I walked in the lady sitting there doing a pedicure comments on how skinny I am. Then laughs after her unwanted comment. All of them speak very broken English so good luck trying to explain what you would like or obeying their orders. They use a lot of hand gestures and mumble so if youre new to the mani/pedi scene good luck or dont go here! The guy they assigned me to was not friendly at all and barely spoke English. I tried cracking a joke to lighten his day but no response. Maybe he didnt understand what I was saying. He would just use hand gestures to communicate and he would push and pull my feet as if he was super frustrated for some reason. It made me very uncomfortable. Oh, and the two girls next to me were offered a beverage, I was not. AND the guy doing my pedicure got up and got the drinks for them! ????So then I just tried to relax and shrug it off. However, he started scrubbing the devil out of my legs with his exfoliating scrub. I wanted to slap him! Seriously the lack of professionalism in this place is why Im taking the time to write this review.So moving on to my manicure. He couldnt understand what I was trying to communicate and I couldnt understand him. I showed a photo on Pinterest without much response from him so I figured he knew what he was doing. Then he plops a big bowl of fingernails in front of me with all different colors. Then forces my one hand into a bowl of soaking agent. OK sir, what am I supposed to do with only one hand and bowl of different colored fingernails?? He finishes soaking my fingers and then tries speaking to me again. I really could not understand a word he was saying. I just ignore him as we was doing the same to me whenever I would speak. So then another woman steps in and finishes the job. She also wasnt very friendly but we finally managed to finish. My manicure was very messy and nonprofessional. Ugg, what a let down.I really felt so uncomfortable at this place. It was as if they didnt want me there and were put-off. I wasnt a walk-in and I wasnt demanding or unkind at all. Very bizarre behavior for a business that had good reviews online. I am appalled by my latest and last experience at this salon. I dropped my Mother for a manicure and was told to come back 30 minutes later.When we got to my friends home my Mother decided she didnt like the nail color. The next day we called and asked for a polish change. We went and as soon as we walked in the door the owner who was the one who did the manicure the day before started shouting at me. She pick color I no pick color. She abrasively repeated it several times. I sat down with my Mother who was now shaking to help her pick a new color and the owner snapped at me and said you come back in 30 minutes.When I came back 30 minutes later she had barely started my Mothers nails and said this is the same color as yesterday. I told her to paint her nails with that color and that I would be back in 30. Before I left she yanked my Moms hand (mind you my Mother is 87 years old) and was VERY rough taking the old polish off. It is extremely unprofessional and truly humiliating for an owner of a business to behave this way especially an elderly woman. I am truly Baffled by the behavior of the owner and the other employees at this salon and will never step foot in there again, nor will my family or friends.

I don’t usually leave reviews but a felt like this salon needed one. This is the 2nd time I have been here and this time was just as good as the last time. I am a nurse and have some serious calluses. They always take the time to make sure my feet leave feeling so soft and pretty. Thank you!!!!

Very nice staff, place was clean and all tools individually wrapped to ensure sanitation. She paid a great deal of attention to my pedicure (my feet werent in great shape - too much hiking and not enough lotion!). She was gentle, but thorough in removing calluses, watching out for my recently blistered heel - not to mention my toe nails look great! Definitely going back.

Being new to the area, I am so glad I found somewhere that does my nails so well. I love booking my appointments with Nancy or Michael. The atmosphere is so fun and theyre conversational, which is nice. The salon is always clean and fresh. I wont go anywhere else!

I paid $48 for a manicure and pedicure. There was zero callous removal, or scrub, and the massage was pathetic. All of that was supposed to be included. Manicure was a joke. The younger staff seemed to be more passionate about their job than the older lady I had.

Nail tech did a wonderful job on my pedicure, for my manicures I prefer that more of my cuticles be trimmed this attendant didnt even when asked.

One of the nicest and cleanest nail salons Ive visited in the area. Staff is very diligent in asking each guest to sanitize upon entry and takes everyones temperature at the door. The chairs were plush and in good condition. The air in the salon was hazy though... Not sure if from disinfectant or the two giant humidifiers but it was slightly off-putting. Will definitely return though.

For my birthday, my daughter and I decided to get pedicures, and it was really relaxing and good quality. It is so awesome, and really fun to do. The people who work there are all professionals and are very patient with you. If you havent been there yet, I would totally suggest it. WE ARE TOTALLY COMING BACK!!!

Brought my daughter here to get her nails done and Christmas Eve with a friend and when I called I asked how much is a full set with gel they said 35 when I came to pick her up they said the totally was 105 they charged them for the color and the length. This is poor business I will never return here again

Wow wow wow. Before my nails were a hot mess of mediocre acrylic, and then dip ( i did my self😖) to cover up the bad acrylic.I can’t tell how amazing the tech was at taking his time to get all the junk off and creating a new pallet. I got a dip powder as my final service and the attention to detail was amazing. I don’t live near by and had time to kill so got my nails done here and now i am considering driving an extra 30 minutes to come here exclusively. Soooooooo impressed.

I have been a frequent customer since February 2016. This family owned and operated nail salon is clear, the staff is always friendly and smells nice, not like a normal nail salon! I recommend it to everyone and I love coming here. Plus, I live almost an hour away, so you know its got to be good if I make the drive!!

Took my husband here today for a pedicure for Valentines. Made an appointment yesterday for 1 pm . we walked in and Didnt have to wait.. Wow. I had such a bad experience last weekend with my daughter at a different place. Had appt and was there for 2 hours and poor job. This place is the bomb..👍

I did manicure (gel), and there were bunch of bubbles created and it didnt dry properly, so the shine was removed within 2 minutes of getting them done. Ended up removing them after the event that I did nails for.

I made an appointment a week in advance. I show up and it looks like they took in a bunch of walk-ins and told me to leave. This was my second time coming here and I am just glad I learned my lesson early.
