I rated this a two star because the Dr himself wasnt so pleasant. The staff was amazing. But he seemed to have an attitude every time I would ask a question. I got a breast augmentation. My breasts look pretty much the same as before. Just slightly bigger. After I told him I wanted like 2 or 3 cup sizes bigger. When I told the staff I wasnt pleased bc thats not what I asked for he offered me almost full price and knocked off like $500 to redo them. I would not recommend him at all.

One of their nurse practitioners is anti-vax. Very disappointing that this individual is providing healthcare services to others.

Dr Vincent is sincerely so talented and meticulous with details. He takes personal pride in every procedure he preforms. I’ve never seen a more positive staff that carries the same quality and personal touch in everything they do. It might take time to get a consult because he’s so gifted and sought out by the best. Best decision I made.

I was so hesitant on getting a drainless tummy tuck, was so worried it wouldnt come out the way I wanted. Since day one I walked in met Debra who did my consultation and was right away impressed by their professionalism and how at home they made me feel. I loved my experience at Vincent Surgical Arts! Specifically their injector Brittany!!I took a few years off of getting injections and it was nice to go into someone that was not trying to upswell me.That being said she still took plenty of time and recommended what I needed and would be appropriate. We started conservatively as to not look over done.My dysport was absolutely perfect! I wasn’t frozen solid but still had no movement! They do offer numbing which I declined. It was still virtually painless!!I 100% recommend Brittany for any injections and she is the only one I will be seeing as long as I am getting any cosmetic injections done

I would not recomend this place at all.        I had a TT and BBL done with him, my tummy tuck did not heal properly I had two openings in the middle of it where the cut reopened due to necrosis (dead tissue)  he kept telling us to clean it and pack it wich we did religiously, he said they would eventually close but in fact they were getting bigger and almost joint in one big opening. At this point I decided to go to another doctor for a second opinion and sure enough  I needed deep cleanings and scrubbings and proper weekly care and only after it healed with no dead tissue was he able to close it surgically. When I went back to Dr Vincent he did not even notice this had been the work of another doctor wich to me is absolutely incredible. As for my BBL is horrible and makes me upset every single day, one side did what it was supposed to do but still does not look full but more so like a bulge of fat then flat and this is due to not being able to put enough to fill due to regulations here in US wich are there for a reason but at the same time he never explained that he wouldnt have enough to make it look round he said its going to look round and full ... and my right side fat just died and got hard he said he could cut it out (give me scar)and do the whole process again on my right side for the amazing discounted prize of 1500 to fix what he messed up. If I could do zero stars I would.Please do your research before coming here.

For the first time ever, I decided to get filler injections under my eyes. Everyone at Vincent is beautiful and outgoing. My experience however was extremely painful. I cannot see how women can do that without some sort of deadening agent. Anyway,weeks later, all Ive got to show for it is two black eyes, and $500 poorer.

I went in for a breast augmentation. I had a reduction when I was a teenager and have NEVER had breasts I liked.They started out huge (DD+) and when they were reduced, my first doctor took out too much tissue and left me with ugly bumpy scars, too high of a nipple placement and deflated sacks at age 15!I hated them from the first follow up appointment. He asked me why I did it if I wasn’t going to like them. Seriously, that happened!THEN I went in to revise my first mistake with a different doctor. He was supposed to move my nipples/areolas down. He used stitches that were not strong enough and they broke, leaving me with gaping open wounds. He admitted he should’ve used stronger sutures. I was too young to know I had a lawsuit. So fast forward 20 years...Dr. Vincent not only fixed my scars (no extra cost) but he gave me beautiful breasts that I adore! I seriously can’t stop looking at them, I thought they weren’t mine. Mine could never look this good, but they do!I have waited my entire life to feel like a woman and I finally, finally do.I’m no longer embarrassed to be naked in the shower with my husband, and pretty much parade around now.Thanks so much! I can seriously cry I’m SO happy!I will be returning for my tummy tuck!

I had the best experience with Dr Vincent! He was my 3rd consultation and I’m so glad I went with him. I only wanted a lift and small reduction, the doctors at other offices kept trying to talk me into an augmentation but I desperately didn’t want implants. Dr Vincent suggested a lift and an auto-augmentation, a procedure I had never heard of, where he takes my own tissue and graphs it into my breasts to create volume instead of the ski slope look. I instantly felt like it was the right choice. I ended up deciding on a reduction, lift and auto-augmentation. Surgery and recovery went better than expected. Dr Vincent and his entire staff have been such a pleasure. I now have beautiful breasts, they are seriously perfect in every way! I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

If you smoke don’t go here we went for the consultation and they were great we thought they said my wife would have to quit smoking which we were planning on anyways so we signed there quit smoking contract got the price and went and got a loan for the procedure then the doctor called the next day and told her he wouldn’t take her because she smoked so obviously he descriminates against smokers even though they deserves the same treatment as non smokers I will never recommend these people

I recently had Rhinoplasty/septoplasty procedure & Dr. Vincent exceeded all of my expectations in every way possible. I had a very crooked nose from playing volleyball for many years and I had been to about 6 consultations for it. Vincent and his team were amazing from day one. Kristina the scheduler is just amazing and was able to help get me in faster so that I can heal in time for my wedding date.As for my nose, I got my cast off last week and I am blown away by how amazing he did. My nose is straight now, I can breath much better already and its only going to get better as I become less swollen. And my nose is so cute and I love my profile now. Please please please do your research before trusting doctor Drake Vincent. He completely botched me in 2015 which then cost me much more money to fix what he did. after my surgery, I started noticing complications. After researching him more, I came across his public court records that use to be online. It stated that his license was suspended right after my surgery! After reading these records it stated that he wasnt in the right state of mind to perform my surgery and he was actually passed out seconds before my surgery! His staff allowed him to continue with my surgery. I have all this info saved. His license was revoked for a year. If this review can help just one person pick a different surgeon, I will be grateful. NO one should have to go through what I did. Do yourself a favor and stay clear!!!

Dr.Vincent changed my life 2 weeks ago. I had breast augmentation surgery and he did an incredible job and and I was back to work in 3 days. I called in today to see about scheduling my appointment for breast augmentation and I was hung up on 3 times - the day I initially went; the receptionist didnt even acknowledge that I was there until a couple minutes afterward and I was standing in front of her. I understand that they give a good price and Ive heard that the doctor is really good but I feel like you dont treat patients or future patients like that - Teresa who is the person I met with was awesome...she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions - she didnt hurry me and took her time answering all my questions and honestly makes you feel comfortable with the decision but the attention that the front desk people took in helping me wasnt very good - even if I did get surgery and I called in because I had an issue or of a concern that I wasnt feeling well and I got hung up three times; to me that is frustrating. I thought I would email because it is something that could be improved - other than that...Teresa was awesome and of great help for the knowledge she has.

Friends, please dont make the same mistake I made by breezing over the negative reviews here thinking they arent legit. They are. Heres one more to help convince you to look elsewhere and to choose someone else.I will say that if you have zero complications it probably wont be the worst experience but if you do have complications, which theres no guarantee you wont, you will regret coming here.Do your research!!! HE IS NOT BOARD CERTIFIED IN COSMETIC SURGERY. His training is in ORAL surgery.I had breast augmentation done this spring and didnt actually meet Dr. Vincent until the day of. I should have listened to my initial gut feeling that he was not the greatest person but I just hoped it would all work out. He wasnt very kind or compassionate at all. Post op I noticed something was wrong with one of my implants and it turns out scar tissue had formed a hammock under one of them keeping it from dropping. This probably wasnt the Drs fault but the way he handled it was awful and honestly traumatic for me. I went in at 2 months and he told me he was going to try and break the scar tissue by pressing down on it in order to keep from having to re operate. He said it would hurt. So I consented thinking it wasnt going to be that bad. Turns out if was hands down THE MOST painful experience of my life... worse than child birth ladies, so much worse. I could not believe he did not prep me more for that let alone have someone there to drive me home. I almost passed out because of the pain and I had to lie topless on the ground in the fetal position while a nurse fanned me with a folder. I was barely able to make it home. Recovering from that was worse than the initial surgery. Then it turns out it didnt fix the problem and it still needs to be replaced. There are a bunch of articles online saying that that procedure is super old school and because of its low success rate most surgeons dont even recommend doing it because it rarely solves the problem. I felt zero compassion from him and zero concern for my well being. If anything it felt like he was bugged with me that he had to re operate.I believe Dr. Vincent has very little respect for women and I would avoid him like the plague. Please take to heart my experience so you dont find yourself in my shoes. You need to find someone who you can trust even when things dont go as planned because they might not and if they dont, Dr. Vincent is not the kind, reassuring Doctor you will want at your side. There are so many other great surgeons out there, do yourself a favor and go consult with someone else.

From the time I called to schedule my appointment until I went it and had my BA, the staff was courteous, caring and made me feel at ease. The faciity is beautiful and Dr. Vincent was amazing. I am now on day 2 of my BA and I am up, out and about and not really dependent on pain pills. I had my follow up today, and they were great. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I would certainly come back for any other procedures. I love the way I look and I know I have ways to go before I am all healed up, but post op day 2 looks amazing. Thank you.

It’s been a couple of years since I went & I still can’t look at my breasts in the mirror. I went in to get an augmentation & because they were lopsided. Now they’re bigger & lopsided. They didn’t listen to me at all. I went in afterwards & talked to them about it, they let me know I could pay $1000 more to get a procedure done to pull one breast down to make it appear even with the other. So I would have to pay for their mistake & it’s not a guaranteed fix.I absolutely hate it & wish I never went in the first place. Nothing is any different than before except I spent a few thousand dollars to not look at myself in the mirror. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Avoid it at all costs. I’ve may look nice inside & they may smile at you, but all they want is your money.

I am extremely happy with the services I received at Vincent Surgical Arts. The office environment is relaxing and clean and the staff is kind and professional. Even better though, Vincent Surgical Arts provides quality of care and cosmetic surgery to their patients. My breast augmentation looks natural, just like I had hoped for, and the process was nearly painless. From the consultation to recovery, I have received nothing but the best care. If I ever elect to do another surgery it will be at Vincent Surgical Arts.

Every time I have been here there has been at least a 20 minute wait even if you’re the first appointment of the day. The most recent time I walked out was with an appointment time that had already been rescheduled by the medical assistant. I arrived 5 minutes early and when I walked out 15 minutes past my appointment time with no indication of acknowledgment I was then called and threatened with an inconvenience fee. Apparently right when I walked out was when the medical assistant was going to be able to bring me back.......15 minutes after appointment time. When you see the person that’s going to be doing your procedure just walking around in the back giving no indication they’re prepping for your appointment at your actual appointment time it doesn’t inspire any confidence in their abilities operationally or otherwise. The people are friendly enough once you get in a room and they will always try to get you to try another procedure but I can’t recommend any one with a schedule they have to stick to utilize their services.

It took me 5 days to schedule my surgery, due to them only having one scheduling coordinator and she happened to be gone. (Which is fine, everyone needs a vacation, but why is there only one person that can schedule and no back up).Then the day of my surgery, I had been fasting since the night before and my surgery was scheduled at 3 and then got pushed back an hour. After my surgery I received no call the next day to see how I was doing or even Monday morning. I ended up calling them wondering if I needed some additional items that my packet said I would get. I was told there was N/C (no cost) on a bra (which I did receive), binder, a jaw bra, a neck pillow, and a post care gift. I was told the neck pillow was only for face lift patients, which that was not disclosed to me until after I asked. But I guess none of the other items are included as well.I have not received any additional care. I wasnt asked with any concern as to how I was feeling, which to me was discouraging. I was referred to this office and had high expectations and only heard great things about them. I am satisfied with my results so far, but not the overall care from the staff.

Dr. Vincent and his staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and offer the latest and greatest in the industry. I have received treatments from other medical spas, and they do no come close to comparing to Vincent Surgical Arts. Client for life.

I recently went in to get a BA a week ago and have absolutely LOVED my results and experience at Vincent Surgical Arts. Everyone from the front office staff to the nurses and doctors have been friendly and knowledgeable. My surgery and recovery has been an overall great experience and very easy. I was so shocked with how little pain I was in post surgery and how great I felt afterwards as well. My appointments are easy to schedule and wait time is quick as well. I would highly recommend Vincent Surgical Arts to friends and anyone looking for anything cosmetic to be done!

The staff at Vincent was so nice and helpful! They were very good with all the questions and concerns I had. Made sure I was 100% comfortable before my procedure. Dr. Jonav was great! He makes sure he takes his time to make whatever hes working on perfect. The nurses were very friendly and helpful. The office manager Jesse was great and made us feel at home while we waited. The atmosphere is professional and relaxing. I would recommend anyone to Vincent! And will definitely return for any future procedures.

I had a very positive experience while going to Vincent Surgical Arts. I got a breast augmentation and all of the nurses and the Dr were great. Ive never written a review online before but after researching many cosmetic surgeons, I was very hesitant about coming here because half of the reviews were really bad and there were a handful of good ones.I made a consultation appointment and met with a knowledgeable blonde lady who was willing to answer any of my questions as well as measure me and get me set up to try on different services. She was never pushy and never made me feel awkward for asking what I thought were weird questions. I decided to go through with the surgery even though I was a bit wary as I hadnt met the actual surgeon.When I went in this Tuesday, I was greeted by a smiling front room staff and was promptly escorted to the back where I met with the anesthesiologist and the surgeon. His name was Dr Christensen. He was very kind, smiley and very approachable. I never felt pressured to do anything I didnt want to do and he made me feel safe and comfortable in his hands. The anesthesiologist went over everything about being put to sleep and the risks and benefits involved. I felt very confident in the procedure before I even got into the operating room.My surgery was fairly quick, only an hour or so and then I was in the recovery room for about 45 minutes before they brought in my boyfriend. After I was conscious and stable they sent me on my way.I am very happy with my results and Dr Christensen has called me twice to check up on me and make sure I was doing alright. I look forward to my first post op appointment on this coming Tuesday.

What a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in the doors for a consultation to the moment I went in for surgery I have had nothing but a great experience. The nurses were helpful and pleasant to work with. When I got to meet with Dr Vincent he was very friendly and professional. He asked where I was from and we had a great conversation about it. After that he was honest with me as far as where I would want to out my implant and the size. I cant say enough good things about this wonderful facility except, if you are contemplating or even ready to go in for cosmetic surgery you need to visit Dr Vincent.To Dr. Vincents Staff, thank you again! I had a BA done recently--it was a redo of 20 year old salines. From the time i walked in the door the first day, the receptionist was very friendly. Deborah (consult) was awesome--very sweet and helpful and didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Mandy--the finance girl--very helpful. The med asst and the nurse anesthetist were very sweet and friendly. I cant say anything bad! Although i didnt actually meet Dr Vincent until pre-op, he was very interested in what my expectations were and totally got it. He was friendly and everyone there worked extremely efficiently. Ive had 2 other cosmetic surgeries and this has been by far the best! I am very happy with results so far (one week). Go and you wont be disappointed.

I have been going to see sarena for years now and have always had a great experience. The only reason why I am giving three stars is because the last time I came in I had been interested in scheduling a face lift and was inquiring about pricing and scheduling a consult. She seemed put out that I was asking her questions and she seemed busy with the paperwork on her desk. Needless to say I did not schedule but was ready to put all the money down for the surgery that day.

Dr. Drake Vincent and his staff are super friendly and nice. I recently got my Breast Augmentation done and just after a few weeks of having my breast implants. I feel extremely happy and have more confidence about my new self. Update (2021) : still love my augmentation! But came back to review them for my great experience with under eye fillers and lip injections! They’re so amazing. Brittaney did my injections and she is so knowledgeable and attentive to the results you’re looking for! She looks out for you. I can’t say enough great things about her! Also, the staff member who checked me in and prepped me, amazing! I cant Remember her name but she was so sweet and came and calmed me down when I got my lips done haha. I had an appointment for IPL for my hands and face today. The atmosphere is so relaxing. While we were waiting for the numbing cream to have its effect I fell asleep! I woke so relaxed. I had no pain. Sherry, who performed the procedure, is very professional and did everything to make my visit a good one. Even offering me a blanket, and a pillow for under my knees during the procedure.Plus they offer great package deals!

I scheduled and had an appointment for laser therapy to my hands, neck, and chest for sun damage. Sherry did the treatment, and I appreciate the fact that she (and I) dont want to have burns from the laser. But there was not one area which she treated which showed any response to the laser. It was as if the treatment wasnt done other than the fact it cost me $$$.

Dr.Vincent is the most kind, meticulous and skilled cosmetic surgeon in Utah. He goes way beyond what any other doctor would do, sometimes with no fee, in order to create the most perfect version of his patients. His perfectionism shows in the quality of his work. #drakevincentrealisticallyamazing

I looked at a lot of differnet surgeons for my breast augmentation. I asked around and my cousin, who has participated in beauty pageants recommended Dr Vincent; she knew several women who all raved about how good he was. I looked around and saw that they had a special, as well as a holiday party where I was able to get another discount.3 weeks later, and I feel great. I was under significant pain for the first week, but it hasnt been bad at all since. The scaring and bruising is minimal and Im satisfied with the results. Not quite what I was going for, but I think that has to do more with my body type (Latina).Dr Blake and his staff are great!

Totally disappointed!!! I rely heavily on reviews before going to a place. Went in for an appointment today for filler, after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the front desk how much longer and was told 20-30 more minutes before I would be seen. Not acceptable for them to be running 40-50 minutes later than my appointment time. I took time off work and showed up on time to my appointment, they could have at least called to tell me they were running very late.Big waste of my time. I also had another appointment scheduled for the following Monday for a surgical procedure consult, needless to say I cancelled it and will NOT be going back. In all because they were late and didnt even bother to let me know they lost out on over $5,000 in procedures I would have had done there.The only positive is the front desk lady was friendly.

Paid for surgery, Dr. Vincent lost his license due to drug use, which I was never told in my consultation, was told he was on a mission. He had Dr. Jason Wright Fill in and never complete my surgery and moved back to Washington. Called for months and receptionist said they had not Dr. to schedule me with. Dr. Wright gave me an apology, which Im happy to share with any of you that want to see it. I requested a refund or my surgery be completed, he fought my credit card and won because he had me sign something saying nonrefundable. One star is too generous! You ripped me off and kept money that wasnt entitled to you. Please read EVERYTING and contact me for photos of my swift lift and see if you think that its worth 3000 dollars.
