Maintenance people get right on the job and they do it right the first time. Management takes third time to listen to your concerns and questions. Property is always clean and well-managed

Since new owners have taken over everything is perfect. When something needs to be done maintenance is here right away. We now have lights under the carports to light up the area. They put up Christmas lights on the clubhouse and all the trees out front. Makes it feel light a real home.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This apartment complex is overpriced and poorly managed, but in a great area and fairly well maintained. The management consistently lost paperwork while I was there and refused to return deposits multiple times unless there is a threat of going to court. Do not rent here.Additional issues:1) will claim lost paperwork if you do not get copies from them then and there, so they will not return pet deposits;2) the property manager regularly failed to return calls;3) the 24 hour emergency maintenance line almost always goes straight to voicemail during my tenancy;4) bug issues; and5) fake remodeling - they literally painted over tubs, rotting doors, etc.I reiterate do not rent here.

I have been living here for a few months now and these are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The apartment itself is nice and spacious and comes with modern appliances. Other than a slight delay in getting AC when I first moved in (not the apartments fault) I have not had any need for maintenance. Apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are all nice. 5/5 would recommend.

My experience has been exceptionally good. Stephanie has quickly answered all questions and explained every thing I need to know. It has been a good experience for me while helping my daughter obtain housing.

Lived here for 6 months now. I really like my spacious updated apartment. Its quiet here and the grounds and outdoor pool are well maintained. The staff and maintenance folks are great. I feel the rent is reasonable for what you get. I feel safe and happy here.

Place has been awesome. I like the management. Stephanie and Mike the maintenance guy do a great job keeping the place running. There are two reasons why I didnt give it five stars, one is the rent has gone up significantly higher than last year. Also, there has been some car break ins in the past including my fiancees. The latter of the two, no one has control over and the management has been on top of trying to make it less of an issue including police check ins.Besides that I love the location. If you have a dog, the side walks are well kept and very pleasant to take your dog on a walk. Plenty of friendly neighbors!

Office manager is a really nice lady who works really hard. I dont care for the lack of up keep during the winter. Most of the walk ways and parking lot are still covered in solid ice. Ive almost fallen several times. Still have an issue with dog owners not picking up after their dogs.

Apt. rent is higher than California, go figure, since California is expensive. Had a two bed two bath in California for $975. Water, trash and sewer were included in the rent, not added on to the rent. So far mgmt. has been good. Apt. unit is nice, except what they call a dining area is so tiny cannot find a table and chairs that would fit in such a small space. 4 feet by 5 feet is not what I consider a dining room.

Great location, close to freeways, stores, gyms etc. TERRIBLE management!! My mothers apartment was broken into on a Saturday and management and security were completely unreachable until Monday morning, the a/c unit above her started leaking on Friday, but hopefully they will come tomorrow (Monday) to fix it, she already has a little over 2 gallons of water in her laundry area. Im not sure if they are any better during the week, but apparently they get the weekends off and have nobody looking after the place.

Great site, terrible property management. It is practically impossible to get a phone call returned or reach anyone in the office. My account has been off since October and it is now June! The pool was supposed to be open over Memorial Day and is still closed. They spent a TON of money on useless improvements that raise the curb appeal. DONT fall for the trick! They raised my rent over $100 during my last lease signing and people keep moving out. This place used to be nice, but ever since the new property management took over - service is terrible! The only redeeming quality is Bill, the maintenance guy! He is awesome and should move to a new property! Dont move here.

House is very clean and we are happy with it! Although the shower has little water pressure and does not drain.

We just moved in and the AC has been broken for more than a week now. On day two, we asked them to fix it because it was getting to be over 90 degrees in our new apartment. Day 4, still nothing (they said the shipment for the new unit had been delayed). Day seven we asked if it had been fixed yet and they told us it had yet it was still 80+ degrees in our apartment even though we had the AC turned on. Other than that, its a really nice apartment and its affordable for the location. **update Its fixed! Yay! Now that we are not dying of heat exhaustion we can finally enjoy our beautiful apartment.

I gave notice and moved out the end of May. In June I received a call from Stephanie wanting to know why I did not pay my rent. I told her I gave my notice when I made by May payment on the residential portal. She says she missed seeing that and now sent me to collections. I have called Stephanie twice and she wont call me back and the collection agency cant give me any more information. I cant believe a company can do business like this. Stephanie is very unprofessional. I would never recommend this property to anyone. I will now reach out to Stephanies manager for assistance.

This has been a good place to live, fairly secluded. Really great staff in office, the only downside is maintenance is really slow.
