My therapist is Ashleigh and she is incredible. She is empathetic and listens to everything you have to say. The 50 minutes is fully utilized and I go out of every session feeling more relief from the past. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because they send you an email of the paperwork and want to fill it out virtually or printing it out and bringing it in. I have never seen a dentist, doctor, or even another psychotherapy office do this. There is really no reason to be sending them an email and asking them to fill it out when they can do it when they walk in for their first appointment. Plus, it causes stress. Not everyone has the technology available to do this. I almost considered finding another office based off of this alone because I had no printer and the document would not let me fill it out virtually. I had to drive 30 minutes out to another relatives house just to borrow their printer. Please consider having your clients fill out the paperwork in the office. Not to mention the paperwork asks for sensitive information and there are people who dont want their medical history out for family to see (I wouldnt want this relative knowing any of that).
