I bought some shirts that didn’t fit well through the upper body. I took them to Village Cleaners in Cottonwood. They did an outstanding job with the alterations. The shirts were a perfect fit. Thank you so much for your great work!!

My husband and I have used Village Cleaners in Cottonwood several times over the last few months. I love the email and text notifications when our order is ready, and the location is convenient.I purchased a dress from a French designer last month that had finally gone on sale (Yeah!). Unfortunately, it was about 2 sizes too big as I had overestimated my size :) So I thought of Village Cleaners and this is how I met Lena aka the best seamless in Utah! She had me try the dress on, place pins where we both agree it needed to be taken in, and I heard all her suggestions on the best way to fit the dress to my body without losing any of the unique styles from the designer. I picked up my dress last week and I could not be happier! The dress fits me like a glove.I highly recommend Lena for all your tailoring needs. You will be in good hands 🙌🏻

Lost my shirts. Only answer I get? We are still looking and my boss will call you. No phone cal, ever. Great Customer service. Update: I finally got my shirts and pants back. Manager of the store was very helpful and compensated me. I have been a customer for years and this was my first problem. My real complaint now is no returned phone calls from corporate office.

I was visiting from CO for a wedding. To make a long story short, I realized the day of that the new jumpsuit I had planned to wear was WAY too long. It would either have to be hemmed or I would have to frantically go shopping for a new outfit. I called Village Cleaners, explained the situation, and asked if there was any way they could get it hemmed same-day. They said they would make it happen! I brought it in to Marie, who got in done beautifully in 30 minutes. I am so grateful for receiving such exceptional service.

After posting a bad review Jeff, the owner, contacted me and refunded their charge for my duvet. It took a number of weeks for this to happen but he was nice and easy to work with and I appreciated the refund.

Great quality, and the alteration on my dress was beautiful!

I wish I had read the reviews first! Last month, I was in the area and knew Id be back around later that week so I left a business suit blazer. A few days later, the spots were not removed so they said they would run it again. A week later, I made the trip all the way out there on the day they told me to come just to pick this blazer up and discovered that THEY LOST IT. They promised to call me when they found it and only called to ask for more time to look. Its been over a week since that last call and now theyre not returning calls.

We came to this cleaner primarily because it was close to our home. They have melted the collar on a cotton dress shirt and blamed it on the manufacturer. They tore a hole in an expensive suit and tried to patch it unsuccessfully and unapologetically. Things often need to be brought back because stains were not removed even after specifying. One suit in particular had to be brought back three times to get it done.The manager and owner are both ignoring calls. We would not recommend this business at all.

Avoid this place - they have no concern for your clothing and the absolute worst customer service. Ive been going there for almost 3 years, only because theyre close to my house. Recently, they lost one of my shirts before I was heading on a vacation (this was 3 months ago) - Ive gone in and talked to the girls that work there around 10 times to see whats going on with my missing shirt, and they tell me the same story - theyre looking for it at the main location, but it hasnt been found. When I express how frustrated I am and would like something to be done about my shirt that will obviously never be found (come on, its been 3 months!), they say theyll have the owner contact me. Its been at least 6 weeks of telling me the owner will contact me, and I still havent heard from the guy. Luckily, it was a brand new shirt so I was able to buy a replacement, but they should be responsible for refunding my lost money, or at least give me a credit for the inconvenience! Its not that difficult to make sure you keep your customers satisfied!! Until this situation is rectified and they learn how to take care of their customers, Id avoid this place at all costs!
