I went there in person today to get a hair cut at 3:45 pm. They close at 6 pm. They told me that they were booked and turned me away. I do understand the importance of doing people first who schedule online. Also the possibility of turning people away if its 30 minutes to an hour till close, but this was over 2 hours before. Im sure they could have fit me in somewhere even if I had to wait a little bit. What they did was really unprofessional and showed me that they didnt care. I would not recommend going here.

Ashley D was amazing and she took her time to ask questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. She also made great product recommendations for me and my hair type that have really helped me in the 2 weeks since my haircut. This was my first time getting a haircut from her and it was absolutely perfect. I’m always going to come back to see her specifically in the future. On top of the haircut, the shop was extremely clean and smelled nice. Highly recommend!

Asked for a #2 on my sides and an inch off the top. Had to ask him to even my sides as one side was right the other was an inch or two lower. Lost about 3-4 inches from the back top of my head. Really really bad haircut. Had to finish cleaning up my neck line of my beard because the guy didnt do it. It was a really bad experience all around with that guy. Have had good cuts with others that work there.

Love my hair care specialist here. She is always friendly and helpful. She will always go the extra mile for me and does a superb job cutting my hair.The place is always clean. I’m always greeted by the staff when coming in the door. What more could a guy ask for?...oh yeah, there is always something interesting on the big screens too. But oftentimes the friendly banter with my stylist is much more engaging.

They do an amazing job cutting yiyr hair. Laura and Nikki arw incredibly good. You always know you will get a good haircut, and it is easy to make reservation.

Kalie or whatever her name is, is so bad at her job. She has ruined my hair five times in a row because of her lack of professionalism and her laziness. She hardly asks any questions and forgets what I ask her to do. She only cuts with one hand and hardly turns my head around to get the right angles. I’m done being a customer for Sport Clips because of this amateur hair stylist. Until she is gone or gets more professional training, then I’ll come back. I’m not trying to be rude but I’ve given her multiple chances. I’d rather pay more money for a professional hair stylist rather than a cheap cut that makes me look and feel bad about myself.

Solid staff and quality for the price. Not all locations are as good as Ive frequented Sport Clips located all over the country expecting and finding a similar format-(sports, TVs, layout); but not getting the same service or consistency of cut elsewhere. I have found a solid stylist in Ashley here who does my Zero Fade to perfection. Best and most consistent hair cut over had in years. The app scheduling system queue works great to plan around and the locating is near my Chiro, Target, Home Depot, Liquor Store, etc. So I can work other errands into a visit. App also allows me to schedule my 3 boys and get them looking sharp. Highly recommended.

A big shout out to the stylist Ashley Dewitt, right now I feeI should give her the kudos she deserves.She is great, to start off my 14 year old is shy and is not comfortable in conversation, however he smiles when he talks about how Ashley talks to him, and he smiles when he tells me she is fun, and easy to talk to. That means a lot the respect, and sincerity Ashley shows my son, Ashley gives very detail oriented precise haircuts, my son has naturally curly hair and she does a very masterful job on his hair, he gets so many complements on how his hair looks.A few months ago my husband started to go to Ashley, he is recovering from a very traumatic and dangerous leg injury, she each time watches out for my husbands comfort and safety, and she is so encouraging, A few times I shed tears because of how she went the extra mile to ensure my husbands safety, and comfort.I am also very impressed with the professionalism of this location, it is clean, sanitary, and my son and husband are quickly acknowledged upon arrival.Once again Ashley “ Thank You” so much, your genuine, warm, and professional personality.

My brothers like to go here. They are treated like VIP and theyve sworn by the haircuts here. Ive never been here, but i know they do basic womens haircuts (no styling or dying that I know of) their customer service is always on point and they usually have a few tvs to watch current games! They also have a huge selection of mens hair products, which is great since regular salons usually dont have a large mens selection.

Samantha is absolutely amazing! Shes a breath of fresh air & the cut, wash, cranial massage and tea tree towel wraps are second to none. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who desires the best customer service and an awesome experience.

I am overcoming a traumatic leg injury and am on crutches she was very patient as I walked to chair and as Ingot out as I am on crutches; my son got his haircut as well he has naturally curly hair and his stylists detail so rocked his cut very very good. The staff did a great job maintaining Covid 19 precautions keeping it safe; sanitary; check in was organized so the whole staff was accommodating as well: I will be back due to my mobility issue I couldn’t due a MVP because it is hard to get in and out of shampoo chairs but on my next visit I hope I am to that point. Definitely recommend this location.

I struggle with the price here (Im cheap!) But the girl who cut my sons hair was so cute with him. She let him run the appointment instead of me and he loved it. He didnt really know what he wanted, but she made sense of it and did a great job. Even though hes kinda shy, she kept him talking the whole time. It was a great experience overall!

I had a quick minute between work. (I travel a lot) and was drastically over due for a haircut. Without huge hopes, as Ive always had my hair cut by a select couple of people from a big salon, I decided to stop by. Consider me impressed! My stylist was a lady by the name of Sara and she did a GREAT job! I see a lot of people on a day to day basis in my business, and many have commented on the quality of the cut. She did better than most of my other (much more expensive) cuts. Wifey loves it too! Happy wife, happy life! Ill be back next time Im in the area!

I know that you specialize in male hair cuts. However my granddaughter just needed a trim of her long hair. I was worried that we were in the wrong place. Your staff took good care of her needs and did excellent. Only drawback was the overall environment of only being male focused. My suggestion from a marketing stand point would be a few photos of female soccer, basketball players may expand your clientele. Again Adriana was great. We will most likely return for simple trims and touch up hair care.

The lines can be long for a walk in, but the stylists skills and expertise here are worth the wait. No matter who cuts my two sons hair, they all give fantastic cuts without fail. The walk in wait can be relieved by checking in online also. Love this sports clips!

I was very pleased to speak to Laura and find a new style, usually past stylists just ask what you want and dont interact. I see it as the stylist should know whats in fashion and find a look for the client if theyre searching. Laura excelled at this and even directed me away from foolish mistakes and a bad hair cut. Its good to see a stylist think of themselves as an artist instead of a machine. Thanks for the experience.

Update: Sara D is the best, my wife and I both go to her and she is amazing!I love the staff here! I moved to draper not too long ago and still come to this location! Its always clean and the whole staff is incredible. My only grievance was with a new girl but Im assuming its just because she was new. (My hair cut from.her took forever and didnt look great) Every other time I go it has been amazing though!

This location is usually very busy, best to check-in online first. Most of my haircuts have been really good, but the last one looks like she chopped my hair on the sides instead of cutting and blending. Wont get my hair cut by that stylist again!

Specifically my favorite sports clips because McKenzie is there who gives me a cut above the rest. Their facility is one of my favorites as well along with giving accurate wait times. Aside from my personal favorite person who cuts my hair the ladies there are always so welcoming which is refreshing.

My first time at the fort union location and only my second tine ever at Sport Clips. I had a decent haircut and the staff was real nice. I’m not sure why there were three girls behind the counter all standing, I got the impression maybe there was a new person trying to figure things out.

Went in on a wednesday morning. There was only a short two minute wait. Mandi did my hair for me and she was an absolute pleasure. So friendly and talkative. I will certainly be a returning customer. Get the MVP service for only $5 more, worth every penny!

Their online check in said 0 min. Then I got to the location and the wait was 1 hr. 29 min!! I immediately left. I then thought maybe all those people got there between when I checked and when I got there (a total of 20 min.) So I opened the website and refreshed it... only to have it change to 15 min.! So frustrating!! Dont waste your time online or in the shop.

Everyone was very nice but I asked for a specific haircut on both my boys and that included a skin fade. One of my boys is just a buzz cut with hair on top and a hard part- zero fade. The other is closer and actually has some fading but both definitely missed the mark. I did say I wanted the skin fade and still neither one did it. I would rather have honesty that they weren’t comfortable and couldn’t achieve that style than to have a failed attempt because now we have to wait for the hair to all grow out to have it fixed. Teach them how to do proper fading please! I’m giving three stars because they were all very pleasant. They just missed the mark on fading.

Every time we bring my boys here, they love it. Clean store. Super friendly attentive staff. They give great haircuts, and service. We will keep coming back to get our boys hair cuts here.

The place is clean and the haircut was great for my son. I recommend this place. The only thing I could say about the cleanliness is that the ceiling is in dire need of dusting. Other than that the place is very clean and the staff is very nice.

We were crunched on time and let them know that. They said they could accommodate. What was to be a 20 minute wait turned into 40 and still no haircut. We had to leave. They need a front desk person checking people in and out as well as assisting to clean the stylists stations to help flip clients faster. They should also allow online check in.

This is the response to the survey sports clips sent my after my visit...I know that companies use these surveys to gage certain aspects of the store, barber, and other things to help get feedback on improving the business. I always enjoy going to sports clips so I will rate it high. I love the MVP package and all the products you sell. But my overall experience on this certain visit (3/25/18) was not normal. While I was getting my haircut I received severe scratches on my neck and head from the hair stylist. She said it was because my skin was sensitive but my pain threshold was being pushed to the limit as she dug her clippers into me. I didn’t say anything to her as she was cutting me and I didn’t try to avoid the pain because I didn’t want my movements to cause a bad haircut or starle my hairstylist. I understand that there is to be some discomfort in going to a size zero on your head but this seemed like my hair stylist was not paying attention to the little signs of discomfort my body was being put through. Like red scratch marks. This situation is not that big of a deal because skin will heal but it’s been two days now and my neck is still super irritated. I honestly thought I was bleeding at points when she dug her clippers into my neck. I have pictures and wish that I could post them here of the aftermath. I honestly didn’t think my neck and back of my head was that bad until I got home and saw those pictures my wife took. Comments from friends on my social media pages didn’t want me going back to your company anymore. Ive always been satisfied with your company but this incident will have me looking for other barbers that are not so vicious on my “sensitive skin”.

I’m a man of culture, and needed a good place to get my mullet trimmed and looking good. I tried many places, but mandi here at the fort union location finally did it perfect. I will definitely return for my bi monthly mullet service.

I have been going to Sport Clips off and on for years. I had poor experiences with the haircuts on back to back visits about a year or so ago which soured me to the place. Yesterday, however, I had no time to drive to my other place so I had to take a chance. Kenzie cut my hair. She was professional, friendly, and best of all, her skill was exceptional. Very good attention to detail, she was thorough and patient, which is important with a tight fade.Thanks to her, I can go back to Sport Clips. I can highly recommend Kenzie, she is excellent! 10/10 will go again!

Ive been to this location a few times and always had a good experience until my visit this past week. I dont know if she was in a hurry, upset that I told her I had a 1/2 off coupon or just plain bad. She didnt listen to what I asked for or just ignored what I was saying. She kept arguing with me about what I wanted and when I told her none of the other stylists had ever had a problem with it in the past she got upset. The haircut was horrible and I had to get it fixed the next day. I will avoid that stylist completely.

Adriana hands down has NO idea how to cut hair! I was told after she completely botched my sons hair that she was having an off day. We are left with chunks cut out of his hair down to the scalp above his ear. Long strands mixed with short ones, and layers and lines all over the back and sides, it looks terrible.

Let me save you some time and money, Dont go to sports clips! The wait was alright but they didn’t explain how to make an appointment so we just put our number in the computers and we though that was that however when a big family came in they didn’t set a reservation beforehand and they were going to go before us but the big family that came in was nice enough to let us go first. I told the hairstylist what I wanted her to do and she said “so a gentleman’s cut” and by that i thought she was complimenting what i wanted, so I said yes. But apparently the “gentleman’s cut” is a type of haircut. A thing that bugs me is that she gave me the “gentleman’s cut” and didn’t even do it right, she completely shaved my callic because it was “annoying”, she buzzed the sides of my head and there was still long hair strands all around my head. They need to explain things better to people. This place doesn’t care about what you want, they just distract you with women and sports so you don’t notice the expensive price and awful haircuts.

I had a horrible experience at a different location. I called this location because I kind of felt bad for the person who cut my hair as she was obviously struggling. I called and expressed my frustrations and asked if someone could fix what the other location did. I offered to tip whoever did it. They told me their manager said I would have to pay for a haircut but they would upgrade me to an MVP. The person on the phone told me that if I came in and was mad enough they could probably do it for free. Wait what? Good customer service is dependent on how mad I am? Well its been a good 5+ years of customer loyalty from me. I just had another place fix my hair cut (it needed a lot of fixing) and they only charged half even though they didnt need to so they got a 100% tip and a loyal customer going forward.

I love getting my haircuts at sports clips! Everyone is always so nice! Great cut and great price without all the pooky girly stuff! Just got my favorite cut of all time. She knew exactly how to style it!

What a waste of time! I did a walk in Sunday afternoon. I was told by a blond women it was going to be 15 minutes to get a haircut. I was surprised by this because there were so many people at the shop. In the end, I waited almost an hour and half to get my haircut. When I complained after an hour waiting the blond women said under her breath I dont think I said that...A huge waste of time and the worst haircut experience EVER.
