I emailed my agent, Jason Frankot, on 5/18 to add an engagement ring to my home policy. I called on 5/20 for the same reason. Neither call nor email has ever been returned. On 5/23 I called the main call center (800 number) and they took care of it. I called Jason’s office today to see about paper work and payment and they were of absolutely no help. I was told that “his email is so inundated with messages...” So if your work email is not the way to contact you, why even bother putting it in the website? I’d literally rather call a random person on the 800 number than deal with my agent’s office. I’ll be seeking a new agent.
I never get a response from Jason when I contact him via email or phone. Its very disappointing. Does he even still work there?

Apparently with Allstate you can only cancel your policy through your agent. Ive been calling and sending multiple emails to my agent, Jason Frankot, with absolutely no response at all. I called customer service again and they just keep telling me to go to my agent to cancel. Allstate is horrible and highly dont recommend them.
Terrible communication. Save your time and money
When I talked to Jason about my house insurance he was able to save me 200$ annually on my home owners insurance and I was able to get better coverage for my auto policy and pay the same even though I have knocks on my driving record. Thanks Jason!!
