This guy is a thief and a fraud! My husband gave him $13,000 dollars to start a project and he cashed the check and NEVER showed up to do the job! We have tried several times to contact him and he never responds!! We are currently in the process of taking legal actions against him. We will not stop pursuing this issue until we get our money back! Please be aware consumers!!!!!! I hope you are reading this Oscar Flores! You are a thief and we will not let you get away with this!!!!
