What i value most about any company besides the tools, is their customer service. Micheal Paul has taking care of me since the first day i signed up for the service, and has continuously held that same standard in making sure i got the best out of the program.Thank you to the Benutech team.

I had initially rated these folks Five Stars, but that changed to One Star after I had been using them for a couple of months. I do not recommend the company at all. They are dishonest.I signed up for a specific annual package that had a cap on the number of leads I could download during the timeframe.Their data turned out to be pretty good. Im a real estate investor and I was happy with the results that I realized from using the data for lead generation.The issue I encountered however, was with the data itself. It turned out that each time I downloaded a batch of data, up to HALF the records were duplicates. So with my first batch of 5000, about 2300 were duplicates. So I only received 2700 unique leads in that data pull.This concerned me because it meant that Id actually only receive up to half the amount of leads that I had paid for.So I reached out to one of the companys technical guys and discussed it with him. He immediately saw that there was an issue, but he couldnt change it. So he suggested that I just keep a running total of the number of unique leads that I download and send it to him so hed know where my account stood.That worked great, Then the sales guy who I worked with looked at my account and saw that I had downloaded more leads than my annual plan provided.He locked my account. Where it stands to this day.I tried to explain to him that there was an issue with duplicate leads and that I was working with one of the tech guys at the company to track the number of unique leads I was pulling but I didnt even get a response. He just left my account locked.The bottom line is that I paid for a number of leads, and I never received the full amount that I paid for. The company didnt even realize that duplicates were an issue. That or they lied to me.Anyway, beware.

Spoke with Micheal this morning regarding my account with Rebotech. I was having major problems with finding my account sign in and my records. Micheal went above and beyond to restore my account info and give me access to my records again. He’s God sent for sure because that was very frustrating this morning. The Rebogateway software is top notch. So much quality and up to date information. There was a slight learning curve though, so if you have any questions just ask for Michael when you call in and he will walk you through everything step by step. Great experience overall

I have been using Title Toolbox for the last year. As a title rep, we are given tons of farming programs to help realtors grow business and make their work easier. I use title toolbox for every farm because of the detail I am able to pull. Their customer service is always on top of it when I have a problem and will reach out to me within 30 minutes of me putting a request in! If you are not using title toolbox then you are missing out. Awesome program!
