Unprofessional and Unresponsive and RUDE!!!. I had to bug them everyday for about a week to get them to respond to my request. Very quick to take the money but very poor communication skills. On top of it they get bothered that you are constantly calling them. I wish i had read the reviews before hand definitely learned my lesson.

I found this OCProcess company to respond with empathetic whole-hearted listening to my case story and focused on delivering the paperwork in a rapid timeframe. I would definitely use them again.Barbara answered my call and we spoke for about 10 minutes. She has a warm voice and she listened to my story, and then she asked me to send her my document. I sent it over and she responded quickly and said the attachment didnt make it, so I headed back to the computer and sent it again.She delivered my papers and had the document I needed waiting for me at her office, by 10am. Im glad I called OCProcess and Barbara answered.
