I was really impressed by the service here. The technician/manager who assisted me (Cory) was friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and show me everything they were doing to the car including the new materials I was paying for. It was very refreshing to see an auto shop be so forthcoming and Ill definitely be back next time. Reasonably priced, too.

Based off the stellar Google Reviews, I went to the Oilstop in Costa Mesa today for the first time. I was not dissapointed! They are very thorough and their customer service is awesome! The first time I went I had to wait 25 minutes before anybody would even talk to me so I drove off. But I went back a week later they overfilled my radiator and left the clips off of my air filter. Great coffee

Went to Oilstop for the first time today for an oil change. Immediately, impressed with the customer service (free complimentary beverage) and organization of the place. I appreciated how the workers told me that they do not work off commission, so there is no pressure to purchase any extra products or services. When they asked me about purchasing an extra 10 things for my car, I did not feel pressured to purchase any of them. Plus, it seemed like they only recommended things that my car needed. Would definitely recommend and return for other car services.

I took my car here for an oil change, and my husband was with me (in the passenger seat). I appreciate that they directed all their questions and comments to me, as the owner/driver of the car, instead of to him. Even after I asked my husband for his thoughts, they continued to address me at every turn. It didn’t occur to me how rare that it is until after we left. Directing the relevant communication to the driver/owner is a great policy, and I’m very glad they adhere to it.

Ditto to all the 5 star reviews here. They for the most part service and check your whole car. They give you maybe a couple optional recommendations to your car that you can always decline. They even noticed last time I was here that I had a small nail in my passenger rear tire that they recommended I get looked at a tire store. Highly recommended if you want to take the best care of your aging car. Free drinks are always a bonus too.

The tech knew exactly the type of oil change I needed after asking me how many cylinders and year my car was. He seemed knowledgeable right off the bat . Oil change was done quickly and the staff were nice. The waiting area inside was clean and comfortable as well. but Ill be returning for sure.

Bryan and Colin run a great shop. They advise on what is needed with no pressure. They were both extremely professional and the value for the service is top notch. Fast too, the local Jeep dealer would take 3hrs to do what they did in 45 minutes including full inspection. Hats off to this location for excellent service.

This is the best place to get your cars oil change done. Being in the car while the technician works on your vehicle and is explaining everything thats happening is a satisfying and enjoyable experience. While your oil is being changed underneath, meanwhile another technician is filling your tires to the correct PSI, lubricating your door hinges, topping off your cars fluids, washing your windows, ect, all for free!10/10 service. Wont be taking my vehicle anywhere else now.

Very friendly and quick service, but they will definitely try to upsell you on every possible thing. Transmission fluid service, power steering fluid service, oil system cleaner, oil additive, etc. etc. They arent too pushy if you kindly say no, though. Ill be returning, with my pleasant not today thanks ready to go.

It my case it was convenient because its around the corner from my place of work. Also you dont have to leave your car. You sit and wait in your car while they are doing the oil change. Its nice that they offer you something to drink. Bottled water or a can of soda... 👍

Really top-notch service with customer care that is a rare sight in the times we live in. They do so much for you - even lube the door latch mechanism?!?! That level of detail is literally insane - NO other places do that. I will gladly bring all my vehicles here for as long as I can.

The guys here are honest and super friendly. They even offer you a variety of drinks while you wait. Best part is that you do not need to get off your car! They do recommend to do some special services if they think they are needed but they do not push them on you if you decline them. Honestly, this is a great establishment. Will be coming back.

They changed my transmission fluid $180 dollars cheaper than Nissan.. It was a good choice to pull in for an oil and transmission fluid change... Price was good..

The service here is amazing. I used to go to Jiffy Lube. You could sit your car here. I can check my emails while they work on my car. And you get to see everything that theyre doing. Everybody is kind, greeted by Brian upon arrival, he was so kind and pleasant. They offer you beverages upon arrival and they show you where your oils at before before they change it. They dont pressure you into upgrading of services or products but they do tell you if you need additional items for your vehicle at your best interest. Humberto was wonderful, he was my service Tech and very knowledgable.

Just the customer service alone was great. I was greeted quickly and informed the base cost and oil type for my card within minutes and offered a drink while I waited for drive-thru service. Humberto was especially pleasant.

These guys really love what they do. Theyre fast. Theyre friendly. Very convenient service. I can get my oil changed on my lunch break. They offer you water or soda while you wait.

I love the service- its way faster than the Pep Boys down the street. However, you pay for the service with a smile. It averages 15 to 20 bucks more, especially if during the 33 point inspection they advise you to replace the wiper blades or use a sealant of some kind. Just use your words and say no thanks and theres no pressure. Plus they top off all the fluids, check your tire pressure, and grease your door hinges. Plus, you get a free car wash and $10 bucks off your next oil change, so that helps.

Great customer service! I came for an oil change and was out in less than 30 min. The staff is fast, friendly and offer you a complimentary beverage. They offer you other services for your vehicle but arent pushy to sell. And free carwash. Oilstop will be my go to shop from now on.

Arrived and felt welcome at first. Waited in line and was asked what I was there for. Then asked for drink order. And to open hood.Waited more. Lady in Fiat roles up (appears to go through same process). She is brought her drink.Im still waitingAsked me to pull forward. Wait more.Fiat lady moved to new line. Guys start to look like theyre doing work on her car.Still waiting. Decide to leave.

They always do a great job and offer discounts if you have your own oil/ filters. You get to sit and relax in your car while they work and bring you a beverage. They are always polite and professional when I come. Bryan is my favorite!

Super professional. They dont try and scam you. Whenever I get my oil changed I get anxiety cause the guys always try and scam and take advantage of you. This place is super honest, nice, not pushy or anything!!!! Im really please with how the service is. Plus you get a free drink and car wash. Awesome job you guys!!! More oil places should run their businesses like yours. Plus when someone asks how good you are they all scream in sync really good. Really made me chuckle.

Quick service. Transparent & reasonable pricing for most stuff. No hard sell on additional services, but they offer plenty of them. You dont even have to get out of the car, they serve coffee, and you get a free car wash coupon too!

Didnt know what I was getting myself into but let me tell you what, BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. EVER!! These guys were on point, SUPER PROFESSIONAL, SUPER SUPER NICE AND THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!! THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING ON MY CAR. They did my tires, doors, windows you name it. If you need oil service I suggest you go out of your way to come here. Love this place!!!

Excellent service and very polite. They dont push services on you and they get everything done quickly. I also appreciate that they noticed I had cracks in my radiator, so I was take it to my mechanic for repairs before it failed on me. Highly recommend, especially for women who have had issues (like me) from those jiffy shops.

I havent experienced an oil change place like this before. They are superb I cant believe this level of service for an oil change. Price is competitive too. Its a drive thru though so you may have to plan for some delay if they have a few people ahead of you, however it is well worth the wait.

Totally blown away by the service here. Ive been taking my Lexus to the Newport dealership for awhile now but figured Id try out somewhere new. I paid half the price and got way better service than the dealership. Ill be coming back here for sure.

Theyre usually good if you have alot of time. You cannot expect oil being changed in 15 minutes like the other guys say.My first visit, it took about 35 minutes and i did not have enough time so this time i made sure i had more time which was also not enough. I got there at 9:10am and out of there 10:07am. I told their employees i need to leave at the latest 9:53 and the employee told me it would be done before that.It was getting too late I told them i wanted to just pay and leave asap but one employee said he cannot take the credit card it has to be the other guy.That other guy comes and Im begging him i need to leave because my little ones class is already over and i absolutely have to go pick him up. Instead of trying to accomodate the clients request this guy is asking about my windshield wipers performance and if Im satisfied with it. Ok. Seriously at that point i was wondering if these guys were robots or something for about 0.3 seconds.Are you kidding me? Im late more than 10 minutes to pick up my little boy!!!Anyway my point is. If you have limited time-especially under 1 hour- then think again. Everytime i have to tell them how much time i have, and i end up always late. And all they do is smile and repeat like a robot.여기 일하는 사람들은 다 빙쌍임요...

If you like being hassled to buy things you dont need then this is the place. I will not be a returning customer, Im not stupid enough to fall for things like replacing clean air filters and fluids. Took over an hour for a simple oil change. Wait was 40 minutes just for one car in front of me because the staff was busy trying to sell customer in front of me services. The bill for oil change was $113, might as well have gone to a dealer.

Great service, and cheaper than valvoline! They even threw in a free car wash and topped off the fluids, along with a free soda/water. They also replaced my tire caps that valvoline stole from me on my last visit!
