Im giving this place a 2 star because they were kind and available. However, I am very unsatisfied with my nails. I very well could have done them myself and done a better job.

I just got a pedicure here & Im extremely disappointed. I wish I had checked the reviews first. Im a soft-spoken individual, not big on complaining... So when you do a bad job, that just means I wont come back to your business & Ill let others know not to make my same mistake. I havent had a pedicure in over a year because Ive been busy & trying to cut back expenses. After a year of doing my own feet & toenails, I decided to try to treat myself. I wanted a simple Halloween theme, just a jackolantern face on my big toe. Well after an hour & fifteen minutes, I got toes that look like a little kid painted them while I was babysitting. The lines are not smoothe at all & there is no consistency between the two toes. So I ended up paying 40$ for something I am literally going to have to have fixed TOMORROW. Im so embarrassed, I dont even want anyone to see my feet. Its that bad. I would rather have no paint on them at all. And to top it all off, at the end of the hour fifteen, Linda asked me if I wanted to add black polka dots for 4$ more. I was shocked!! At first I thought she was asking if I wanted to add polka dots to try to make up for how horrible my toes currently looked but she was just trying to make more money. Not to mention, they dont even use the tubs on the massage chairs so you dont have warm water or jets... Its just a bucket with a plastic bag liner, filled with barely room temperature soapy water. They dont use clean tools. I mean, Linda literally used a already wet & inside out latex glove to do my callous removal. Gross!! It was so dirty. I only went here because I had been there when I was little with my mom & aunt, it was a pleasant memory for me so I wanted to do something special for myself... Boy was I wrong! I feel like a fool & was taken advantage of. 40$ down the drain. I wont ever visit this establishment again. I implore you to go somewhere else, 100%

Im so sorry for all these bad reviews, Ive been going to Star nails for 2 1/2 years now, I wont go anywhere else. Lisa does my pedis, she is amazing. Leelee does my eye brows, and Tina does my facials. I absolutely love this place. Mary also does awesome job on eye lashes. Love it, friendly service, and not expensive.

Thank god i seen these review i had time to reconsider that place is disgusting dirty as i was waiting i had time to look around the place yuck and hearing a worker crunch her food loud that did it i searched and found something right across the street and walked out got in my truck a worker even ran out to my truck i told her no thank you Im leaving... Reviews are important and always right. Go to Oasis Nails Spa right across the street..

I love this place they take of my feet with care.

Theyre really kind to white people. They were polite, friendly, and talkative to all the white women in the store. But me, Im dark and very Hispanic looking, they were rude, yelled at me multiple times, spoke Vietnamese while giving me dirty looks and pointing (they didnt do that to the white women). My nails werent even finished and the woman angrily yelled at me to give her the money and commanded that I give her a tip. To the white woman she politely asked for the money and asked do you have a tip for me honey? Im telling everyone about how awful they were.

Worst experience ever. They were pushy, rude, they were rushed and didnt do a good job. I paid cash and the lady went to give me my change and tried to hold back some money! Awkward and bad practice. You have to EARN your tip. Dont go here.

TERRIBLE. Shop was filthy, employees are rude and rush you through. Did a TERRIBLE job on my manicure and pedicure, ripped the skin right off and wouldnt stop bleeding, acted like it was no big deal. will NOT be returning to this sweat shop.

Your typical Asian nail place, normally no wait, walk in ok. About 5 spa /pedicure loungers.They do speak English and do lash extensions.
