I was a patient at this place referred by medi-cal. You can be as honest as you want to with them, and when they get stressed out they will not help you. When you explain something isnt working they tell you that you are wrong and it is suppose to. When it is apparent a problem is there they do not even attempt to try to help, and like most people assume the worst in people. I do not recommend this place there is no compassion and they will try to get out of things if it goes beyond what they want to do. I can understand a person may want to do the right thing, but the way i left and was offered nothing to maybe help me.. Not even attempt to even talk . just a get out i cant handle it. Maybe some patients just cannot be helped.
