James Boran is an awesome instructor. Great exercise, self defense/sport instruction, and self-confidence building. My daughter loves coming to workout and of course to spar!!

Very good teaching skills, very caring, very experienced!have a several-time gold medal winner, master Jim be our tutor,my 2 daughters are not only healthy, but strong and confident!mount game, sumo, and ninja-star always make them have lotsof fun and also get trained in the same time.the only con is the traffic, nothing more to complain.I recommand this jiu-jitsu school! Great school for kids adults in self defense jiu-jitsu
