Waiting 30 minutes and the line does not move. Is the employee incompetent? I think so. Shows when you pay a minimum wage you get a minimum employee. Try hiring just one more worker you cheapskates

A very nice gentleman (I believe his name was Phil) helped me mail some handmade baby gifts to my friend in Canada. He was so patient and helpful, really made sure everything was taken care of. Let me know that sometimes shipping to Canada can be tricky, but the package arrived early and with 0 issues!I have been to this location before with no problems as well. Will use them again for sure.

Its unbelievable how they penny pinch at this place. Charging $2.50 to print a label for me. Yes, it took them all a 4mins. I guess you gotta make money somewhere. Yeah, I could have gone somewhere else. Not good business sense though. Its like getting charge $3 for 50 cent stamp.

I had to return an Amazon package and Jin Seo was very helpful and polite. He helped me from the printing of the label and taped up the package. I was in and out super quick. Definitely will go out of my way to go to this ups location. Thanks Jin

I’m surprised by all the bad reviews so feel I should balance the scales a bit because I go there fairly often - though not often enough that they know me - and have had a great experience every time.I’ve had to ship multiple items multiple ways (once it included items with amazon drop off with just a bar code, 2 USPS, 1 UPS, 1 overnight, and the others normal delivery) and they informed me of all options, tell me when it will arrive, pack it all each different way, were courteous, were patient as I searched for the bar code, and helped me through everything.The line hasn’t ever been long, but I work from home so I time it for less busy times - although I’ve been there in the evenings and it’s been fine.I’m going there shortly to send Xmas packages, so I’ll update.

I had a small envelope of high value items I wanted to send to my son who is in the Army and stationed in Savannah, GA. I wanted to send it to a UPS office nearby so he could pick it up when he was free. I went to this UPS store with the idea of sending it from UPS to UPS office. I asked the clerk if this was doable and he said yes. Foolishly, I assumed my item would be sent via UPS, considering it was going UPS store to UPS store. Unbeknownst to me, the clerk sent the envelope via USPS not UPS. There was no mention of this to me. The receipt with the tracking number was printed so badly that even when we figured out that it was a USPS tracking number, we could not track the package. I had to go back in to the UPS store to track the package. I asked what was the obligation of the UPS store to hold a USPS package, and they threw down the “Independently owned stores” excuse. In the future, I will not be using the Independent UPS stores.

I am currently at your store Today and although I am cutting it close it is currently 4:58pm. Your employees have already closed and Locked up the store!!I knocked politely as I have a deadline to meet, and your employee motioned a slashing neck symbol through the window to imply you are closed and he is not going to except my package. Even though it is not 5pm.Nobody likes a postage store that closes early. It makes our businesses unreliable if your shipping hub is unreliable.It’s not only unprofessional, it’s just plain Lazy. For this I must justify a 1 star review. I almost didn’t write this because the owner is such a good guy. But he was not there today and his staff checked out early causing me to miss my Deadline.

If I could give negative stars I would. Paid $40 for over night at an official UPS store. Not even a third party. Their own home store. On day three and waited on phone for over 4 hours just to get a live foreign person on the phone.Only info given is that it is in transit. Not WHEN it will arrive, not WHERE it is,not WHY it is so late, HOW they will try to make it right.This was a life changing crucial make it or break it payment that needed to be in. I cant even begin to explain the repercussion we are facing now all because we placed or business with these clowns.And this is the 2nd important package this week with a largely failed delivery deadline.No point in trying to track any packages by the way. There is nothing to track once it leaves your hands. Just have to cross fingers that it ever even makes it.NEVER AGAIN. thanks UPS for essentially ruining my life, TWICE IN A MONTH!

Came in yesterday to return an already boxed package to amazon. Showed them on my phone and at previous UPS stores they just printed out a return label sticker and put it on the box. Not at this location, they made me pay $2.50 to use a computer for thirty seconds and print it myself. Then they said that I had to buy one of their boxes to ship it for $8. I said that was insane and the clerk agreed. He then said I could buy a plastic bag from them for $2. I just wanted to get out of there so I bought the bag and they supposedly will ship it now. There were three employees there one being a manager and two others sitting on the counter staring at their phones and not even acknowledging me. The manager asked if I had already been helped and I said I wasn’t sure since they were just playing on their phones but had already taken my box. This was my first and last time going to the Newport Blvd location in Costa Mesa.

Girlfriend dropped off iPhone back in September to a white women.Only to be returned to tmobile.received a call about 3 weeks later . Going into November that. the iPhone that was never received by tmobile. A track number has been made. these crooks never scanned the item. Now we are stuck paying for a phone that we do not have. This place has crooks. That will steal your items.. this place needs cameras to catch you crooks. How dare you steal from someone. We will fight to find out who you are. And make you pay for everything that we are paying for. We have already been notified that one of your UPS employees is using that iPhone that was dropped off and should of been delivered .A Police report and a detective are on the look out. We will get to the bottom of this. I demand to speak to the man in charge of this UPS. And ask why there are no cameras installed.

Came here to ship something back to Amazon that I needed boxed. While I was waiting in line, a guy from the back asked me if I needed my items boxed and I said yes. He took them to the back and packaged them nicely in a box. In the meantime, Phil, ignored me at the register. Finally, Phil decided to help me and asked what I wanted. I said That the guy is packing up my items, but I needed it shipped back to amazon and I have the bar code to scan. Phil was very rude and raised his voice at me asking where my items were. I repeated with the guy in the back and pointed to the area where they were packing. Phil then gave me some attitude, and when he printed my label and receipt, he pretty much threw it at me and didnt say much more. No have a nice day, no thank you for coming in....The situation was very confusing for me. HORRIBLE customer service from Phil. I will be avoiding this UPS store and going to another one. I will say though that the guy who packaged my items was very nice. Too bad I didnt catch his name. Phil should look for another job that doesnt involve talking to people.

I shipped a Dell Server. Item was packaged appropriately. I have shipped this same Items over 10x with FedEx and over 10x with USPS. Same shipping/packing. Never once had an issue with those other carriers. Out of the 7 packages I sent through this ups store, 3 of them were returned, Damaged and another 2 of the 7 reported damaged but didnt file a claim. Thats 10/10 USPS, 10/10 FedEx, and 2/7 terrible UPS/UPS Store. They took no responsibility and I was out several thousand dollars. I will nor my friend/family and anyone I come across will use this store or UPS again. Sadly this lesson cost me $1,000s of dollars...I hope it doest cost you the same.

I use this store to ship and receive all my mail and packages. They offer great customer service, recognize me when I come in and always say hi. I’ve never had any issues with the location.

Great friendly and helpfull staff!! They always tape my packages sealed for me and tape the return label on without asking. Saves me money instead of a post office and fedex
