Horrible!!!! I have attempted SIX times to get a hold of a manager or supervisor regarding billing via email and leaving messages with the receptionist. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a response. A manager and supervisor is never available when I call. And I can I get that they do not check their emails. I am very disappointed in Turning Point because they have ignored me even though I lay out of pocket for sessions. I do not recommend Turning Point as they will not get back to you if you want to speak to management.
