I have been trying to contact customer service for 4 days now regarding an order and my emails are being ignored. When Leah does decide to respond, she does so with one sentence replies that are redundant, while ignoring all other questions I have about my order. What could have been answered in two emails took over a week of correspondence, mostly on my end. Highly unprofessional. Can someone other than Leah please assist in this matter? I will change all my reviews once this matter has been resolved. Thank youEDIT: A quick follow-up: I received an email with a return label on Monday following my review and had my return processed in a timely manner. Other than the spotty customer service (above), I would highly recommend Takeyas water bottles. Theyre very aesthetically pleasing and well-designed. They never leak, are lightweight, sturdy, and theyre very easy to open one-handed to drink from.

I purchased a 40 oz classic water bottle in the ocean color. I havent received the actual product, so this will just be a review of the company until I receive my bottle. A little backstory, I had originally purchased a Hydroflask from Dicks Sporting Goods and after using it for less than 2 months it started to smell super bad. I had never put anything but water in it and cleaned it regularly so I returned it for store credit. I decided to try this brand instead for fear of having another stinky water bottle. My package was scheduled to deliver yesterday and when it didnt show up, I checked the tracking number and it said that it could not be delivered due to an incomplete address and that the package was to be sent back to the sender. While I was the one who was the total idiot for not writing in my street name when ordering, the girl who helped me did not make me feel stupid and instead was incredibly helpful. She put me on hold and called FedEx to figure out if we could stop the movement of my package so I could go pick it up. They informed her that the US Postal Service actually did the final delivering and gave her two numbers to call. She proceeded to call one number while I called the other so we could work together to get this all sorted out. We eventually found that its still at my local post office and I can go get it myself. The package would have probably taken another 2 weeks to get back to them and then sent back to me at my correct address so she seriously saved me a significant amount of waiting time. Thank you Takeya for being so incredibly helpful and kind. I cant wait to try your product so I can really rave about your company!**update: I was not able to pick up my water bottle from the post office because it had already been sent back. I called the girl who was helping me again (found out her name is Diane) and she informed me that the warehouse was closed but she would let me know in the morning whether or not she could send another out right away because they typically have to wait until they get the item back. So, Im still waiting for my bottle but Im completely in the loop on whats going on and this is what companies should strive for. Thanks again!
