I would recommend avoiding working with BDO at all costs. I hired them for my business acquisition and it was a disaster. They weren’t responsive. They overcharged and when I dared to ask for billing detail they refused to provide it. Also, they backed out of the transaction when it was 98% completed so I ended up having to pay even more for someone else to finish their work. Do not trust this company.
