Don’t come here they won’t give you a courtesy call to let you know they can’t fix your phone I left my phone and they said it will take 1-2 hours to fix I came back they were closed they didn’t even tell me that they close early now they close at 6 but at 7 like it says on their business hours on their door I had to go in to pick up my phone the next day and that’s where I find out they didn’t even fixed my screen because they said there was more damage than just the screen they could of called me to let me know so I can pick up my phone yesterday they didn’t even care to call me to let me know what was going on

I dropped my pixel phone on my wood floor. The screen turned total black. Luckily, it is still under warranty. Richard fixed it for me very quickly and professionally without losing any data.

I had the screen replaced on my Google pixel which was fine but they left the front camera covered in dust to the point I cant use it anymore. I would recommend taking off the screen protector that is put on after repair and make sure front camera is clear of debris.

They said about Google quality but their work is not as good. Replace screen but cannot make it waterproof like the original with a huge gap. Moreover front camera stopped working after fixing. POOR QUALITY! POOR VALUE! AVOID!

I called in advance to see if I could get the charging port on my phone fixed. I requested to be seen out front of the store due to Covid. I was helped by an employee named Daniel (both on the phone and in person).Not to brag but I have broken quite a few phones and taken them to be fixed often. This was by far the best experience Ive had. Daniel not only was extremely accommodating and friendly, but he also was willing to explain what he was doing to my device. On top of all of this - best priced phone repair store Ive been to yet. Great experience!PS. My phone works like its brand new again!!

They fixed my smashed screen and after checking prices all over time and considering how much the parts alone cost, they were very reasonable and affordable - especially given the 90 day warranty. They are awesome and will take care of you with friendly, knowledgeable service. Patrick, Alex, and Kiyoshi took care of me and went the extra mile to make sure my phone was perfect before I left. Im recommending them to everyone i know and will come back if I have stuff that I cant fix on my own.

I went here to get my phone fixed and the guy said it is a problem and they are sold out of batteries completely in the area. I drove home (because my phone was broke) and called several other ubreakifix franchises and they all had batteries. That guy sucks.

This place is amazing!!!! they fixed my phone with in a half hour I spent 3 to 4 days trying to get it running and went to Apple twice they told me it was internal problems and it wasn’t the battery and they wouldn’t even try to put a battery in and if I did that make me pay for it even if it didn’t work. these guys on the other hand put the battery in it worked and of course I paid for it but they said if it didn’t work I wouldn’t have to pay. what Service!!!! what kindness can’t say enough !!!!!Thank you Wyatt and thank you Mark such a wonderful experience to have such good customer service skills!!!!

Went today for an iPhone 6s repair. They took my phone in for a charge port that wasnt working. When I returned they said that it was only a loose wire. They reconnected it and it works perfectly. To my surprise there was no charge because the didnt have to replace my port. I was extremely impressed by their honesty. They could have told me that they replaced the part. I wouldnt have known the difference but they didnt. If you need to have a phone repaired, run there. They were awesome!!

I brought my iPhone X here to replace a cosmetic crack that was bothering me in the upper left hand corner. My phone worked perfectly fine other than I didn’t looking at the crack on my phone. After picking up my phone from being repaired and going home I noticed my phone started to go haywire. It started randomly facetiming people, opening its own windows, and not allowing me to text or open certain apps.I immediately called the store and they said bring in your phone and we will take care of it for you.I drove to the store shortly after and the man there told me that they couldn’t help me and that I was going to have to go through my insurance . My phone was working perfectly fine when I brought it there and they weren’t willing to stand behind their work and fix my phone. Unbelievable! Horrible customer service!! I wish I would have just left the crack, now I have to get a new iPhone.

I had a broken Pixel 2 and most fix it places dont work on Google phones or charge a lot more to fox them. Ubreakifix was professional on the phone, accurate with time to fix and had the lowest price of anyone I called. Highly recommend!!!!

Long overdue but definitely deserves a 5 star experience. I cracked my Google pixel the second day after I bought it (yes I did!). I came across ubreakifix as the official repair facility and proceeded with the repair. My phone was ready in an hour and was also given a 3 month warranty on the repair. I would definitely recommend them and their excellent service.

Brought my iPhone for screen repair at 10:30am. Guys told me to pick it up at 2:20pm. I came back at 3:30pm - they said its still not ready yet.Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to finish it. When I came back in - they told me they couldnt fix my broken screen, and put my broken screen back on with several pieces of glass missing (so there are wholes in the screen)....What a waste of time and energy.Went to apple and got it fixed within 1 hour, and original part.

I experienced some major dishonesty with this store. I was told my phone would cost over $300 to repair the front and back screen. At another uBreakiFix in LA I was told the same repair was $30 less. The 17th street location said there was a higher cost because of the location. When I went back to the LA store they said Samsung fixes all the prices so there should be no variation. Since these stores appear to be franchises, I would steer clear of this one.

A wrong size screwdriver I used damaged two screws on a firewall. Then I began searching the internet for all possible ways. I tried to use rubber band and glue, but I didnt have a soldering device, nor a screw extractor rotary tool. If you are in a similar situation and searched, you know what those things are for. But the hole in the screws just got rounder and rounder.I was really frustrated.So at first, I booked an appointment with Best Buy Geek Squad. I took the device to them and been told that they cant do it, because they dont have right tools.Since those screws are small, I thought maybe I should change the keyword, so I searched mobile phone repair and found there is a uBreakiFix store just a couple of miles away. The name just struck me, and I decided to give it a try.Then I took my device to uBreakiFix in Costa Mesa. The experts here solved my frustration in 5 minutes. I just cant thank them enough after days of rubber band and glue.If you have any electronic frustration, just take it to uBreakiFix, and youll be in good hands. Definitely 5/5!

I went in to get my battery replaced and when opening my pixel xl they broke my screen. That wasnt a big deal because they have the screens on hand. The problem was that they only had black screens and my phone is white so now it doesnt match. Then after I got my phone and got home is when I realized they didnt put the screen protector back on (and I bought it a different ubreakifix when I cracked my screen) I am not hard on my phones or screens but it more of the principal of it.Update: they did offer to fix the problem but It is too far away. Bumped up one star.

Dont get your computer fixed here! Please note that breakiFix came through for me so I extract my bad review and I am now a loyal customer. They still only have one small item on my computer that needs to be resolved and they are working on getting that part for me now and Im sure they will come through for me.

FYI for the iphone to get the actual apple glass you might as well go to the Apple store because it is CHEAPER!!! YES!! CHEAPER! Also, they cannot do the apple glass because only apple can... so dont go here to get your iphone screen repaired it doesnt make sense. Also, the guy who answered the phone was snappy and rude!

My grandsons iphone 6s was immersed in seawater for some time (someone forgot it was in their pocket!). Although UbreakIfix could not revive it, I appreciate that they tried everything and then DID NOT CHARGE US! We left the phone with them and the bad news that the phone had been immersed too long was very hard on my boy but I felt really bad that he was going to have to then pay for their troubleshooting time. Thank you so much for not charging him! You get five stars for sure! A very nice place, exrememely clean neat, pleasant and totally professional!

Wasnt happy with the lack of customer service in the store, or the wrong info I received on the phone.They were very helpful with giving me instructions on what I can do to attempt resetting my phone and when that didnt work, they said I could come in and they would run a free diagnostic test, to let me know what was wrong, and how to fix the issue. I informed them that I was about 90 minutes away from the closest store, and that I would need to make a special trip just for this purpose, they also said the test could be done the same day. So a couple weeks later I made the trip, when I arrived I was the only customer, I explained the situation with the phone, and the gentleman behind the counter said oh, its probably the motherboard., So I asked if we could run the diagnostic to know exactly what the issue was so I could decide what I wanted to do with the phone. He said, Sure, it will take 24-48 hours to get the results for the test. We then had a conversation about how I had driven almost 2 hours, based on what I was told by customer service when I called, expecting them to be able to run the test on the same day, he then repeated the 24-48 hour requirement. Personally I have no idea the next time I will be anywhere near the store, and to make a second special trip to the store to pick up my fixed (or still broken) phone, without any idea of what might or might not be wrong, and couldnt believe that I got either bad info from customer service on the phone, or the gentleman behind the counter had something better to do as again, I was the only customer in the store.Well I hope you have a better experience with uBreakiFix than I did, but I cant recommend them based on the customer service I received.

I probably just had bad luck or something, they were the only location nearby who had my parts for my phone had in stock. paid nearly 300 for screen repair. when it was picked up my phone had no service, i called and they lost my sim card. every attempt to inquire was met with the same answer. they would look and call us back. never called back. kevin i believe was the boys name who was helping us. After purchasing a new sim card they covered the cost of the sim card fee. However my phone wasnt able to receive service at my home since. Yet another visit, they were supposed to call me when it was checked out and repaired to pick up. they never did and had to face dreaded hwy afternoon traffic because they never called. And the phone remains in the same state, no signal in certain areas. The repair was well done though. Unfortunately I will be visiting once again because my phone may look new but it cant function in certain areas such as my work and home when it did before the repairs, im expecting to take a leave february and cant have my phone with dodgy signal. Also they found my sim card which is too little too late. In total this will be my 5th visit and the place isnt exactly close, consuming far too much fuel going back and forth. Im extremely unsatisfied.Edit 3/8/18: during my time away, my phone somehow returned to its normal signal strength. 4g LTE all around like it used to. The problem fixed itself and although I wouldve liked to have known the cause i am pretty happy i can call and text without wifi again. and during my time away i was contacted numerous times by customer service and even the owner. I really felt the genuine care for getting my phone thoroughly fixed and the owner was very courteous throughout. Although there was no need to visit the shop again since my phone regained its signal strength on its own i greatly appreciated ubreakifixs efforts. Well deserved reputation 5 stars.

I call these guys asking if they can give me the part, they said no they have to install it themselves, so i go okay they need to make money. So I go down there after talking to them saying they had the part, they dont have it......Im going okay so not only did you not give me the part you lied saying you can have it ready. Its 2 teenagers running a shop which doesnt mean much, but they are dumbasses because they pretty much made promises they couldnt keep.
