I went to CPR after going to uBreakit first, uBreakit tried charging me 250 bucks for a whole phone repair when I just wanted the thing to turn on, Jairo at CPR got it turned on and working in ten minutes and didnt even charge me. Brought an iPhone in for a charging port issue after calling the location. The staff was friendly and checked the phone issue. While checking, the staff identified that the port was gunked up and proceeded to clean it. When finished I asked for the total and was told it free of charge. All my phone repairs will go here now.

I would definitely NOT recommend it.When I got there, the employee was rude and not polite to start with.Then I told him I had called & asked if they could replace my battery, they said they could but they wouldnt warranty the battery as it was not theirs. So I asked if they carried this kind of battery for my phone, and he said no. So I added, well, this is why I bought a brand new battery, because I knew you would not have it.I asked him if he was familiar w/ my phone & would be able to replace the battery, he said yes, charged me $50 and told me it would take 2 hours.I came back 2 hours latter to find out that he had broken pieces of my phone and never said he was sorry for it!! Seriously!!?!?I checked if the finger print was still working and the speaker. Everything, but the broken part seemed to work, till a few hours later, when my phone start to restart itself and even shut down even if I was in the middle of typing a text and I realized I couldnt restart it.I plugged it for a few minutes and try again. It would restart and shut down again.. no matter if I had 94% battery left or 75%.. the phone keeps shutting down and restart itself.There is definitely something wrong.I asked people I know in IT and they told me, that it sounded like the person who switched my battery didnt connect everything properly.I paid that guy $50 for ruining my phone!I am NOT happy at all.

The guys were great. They quoted me $69 over the phone to repair my phone.. When I got there they noticed dirt in my ear piece and simply cleaned it at no charge. They could have charged me the $69 and I would have never known the difference. Very refreshing to see nice and honest young men these days. I highly reccomend them!!!

This cell phone repair business was the 3rd one I tried. First two said it couldnt be fixed. As someone who doesnt back-up (yeah, I know), I was going to lose all my pictures, videos and contacts. I bought an used iPhone 7 from them not too long ago. Soon after I purchased it the home button just stopped working. I took it back to them and they did acknowledge that the phone was defective. I had to wait for days for a replacement phone to arrive while using an useless iPhone 7 and then I had to transfer all my pictures and set up my contacts all over again which was annoying. Be careful when buying a phone from them. You might be in for an unpleasant surprise. At least they took care of the problem

Went in for a screen protector replacement, they went the extra mile to insure the fit was perfect. Several covers didnt fit right and they tried multiple packages to get it right. Great store.

I regret so much coming here! I took my iPad and this Jairo guy took nearly A MONTH attempting to “fix it.” Also, I hated the fact that he never once called me to update me on anything. I had to be one calling every few days to find out what was going on. He said he called me one time but he’s full of sh#*t. In the end he said he could not repair it. I had to call him to find that out. I feel like he would have kept it more days if I hadn’t called him. So this whole thing was just an incredible waste of time and money. I get that during this time some businesses are short on employees but I still think that taking a month just to tell me he couldn’t repair my iPad was a bit too much. If he’s overwhelmed with work there could at least be one more person working. In conclusion, I strongly suggest people to go to another location. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. There are plenty of other places to choose from. This one is a major let down

Terrible service so far, I have been here three different times trying to have my phone repaired. They did not order the part they needed the first time, second time the part was wrong, and now I have been waiting 5 days to hear news if I will ever get my part. It has been weeks of back and fourth. Would not recommend.Update: After writing this they called me first thing in the morning and have done their best to make sure my phone can be repaired as quickly as possible. While I was frustrated they have done a lot to show they care and are working with me which is awesome!!

I have a fairly new laptop and dropped it and cracked the screen being that its a higher-end computer I wanted to have it fixed. Stopped in CPR they gave me a reasonable quote took a few days for them to get it and then a few hours for them to fix it and no issues yet a few days later from the little experience Ive had I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Digital Doc in Costa Mesa. We took our Galaxy S6 Edge in for repair because it wouldnt charge. The tech troubleshot the device and replaced the charging port board, while we waited. Couldnt be more pleased. The cost was fair and the service was great.

Extremely happy with their service! They repaired a Lenovo laptop/tablet that had a cracked hinge and screen cover. I didn’t think it was repairable, but they were able to order the new parts and repair everything within a reasonable time frame. The laptop is used for business purposes so it was very helpful and convenient to have it repaired quickly. Staff are professional and they have a great notification system (email/text) that lets you know when the device is ready for pick up. Highly recommend them and will be using their services again in the future.

My cell phone had water damage due to some excessive sweating from the gym, and as a result my entire front LCD screen was blurred. The shops location was very convenient since its right next to Orange Coast College, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. William especially illustrated superior customer service as he had my phone fixed and working perfect in only 1 hour! Awesome service and I will refer friends here without a doubt.

Great pricing for phone repairs. They were $30-$40 cheaper than every other place I went to for an iPhone 7 Plus cracked screen repair. They even finished the repair in less than 20 minutes. I know they have multiple locations, but this was the closest one to me. Highly recommend.

Came in on Black friday with my samsung galaxy S7 screen blacked out and wasnt sure If i was going to be able to ever see my data again. Not only was I able to see my data again but was able to change out the outer parts of my phone for new ones and keep my data the same. Called in 30 minutes before closing just to make sure they were open. Arrived 20mins till and was told he would not be able to look at the phone and come back another day. If someone calls and you’re so busy maybe let them know you won’t be able to see them if they come in. Wasted my time and gas to this location. The guy looked so preoccupied, he didn’t even care to service me and let me leave my phone there.Update:Contacted by the staff and was serviced at a different location. Great customer service. The phone repair was done professionally. An impediment was the fact that the ordering and arriving of the replacement part (Samsung S8 back plate) took over two weeks, the replacement part was not an original OEM, therefore it had to be re-ordered, and I had to drive four times back and forth because of various reasons. Other than that, I would still go to them for repairs in the future.

Did a great job at replacing the screen on my iPhone 6. I dropped it and broke the entire front. When I got home, I realized that the earpiece wasnt working and I couldnt hear calls. Brought it back and they fixed it in 10min free of charge. Very nice and helpful.

I was traveling in Orange County recently, flying out of John Wayne airport. My galaxy S4 charge port stopped working, and I had limited time to get it fixed while there. These guys had the part in stock, got it fixed same day, and were very professional and reasonably priced. Plus they were close to the airport so I did not have to drive far. My phone is my lifeline and I could not charge it! These guys took care of me and I had my phone back while I grabbed a burger next door at the Habbit Burger place. They offered my temptered glass, which I know is a must-have to protect my phone, but I plan to trade it in for a new phone next month so did not opt for that.Pros: fast, professional, reasonably priced.Cons: parking is tight, but there was extra parking in the lot next door

I’ve been coming here for roughly 3 years, it was formerly Digital Doc. The staff, management, and owners are the same, just a name change. Every time I go I have the fortune of having Jairo work on my phone. The first time I had dropped my phone from a ride at the OC fair, fortunately all I needed was a screen replacement. The second time, I brought my dad in because he was having trouble charging his phone, Jairo was able to find that the problem was lint where the charger plugs in. The third & most recent time I had accidentally dropped my iPhone X into the toilet, fully submerged. As any paranoid iPhone owner I took it in immediately & Jairo was great; he took it fully apart, looked for water damage and turns out I got lucky with no water. Prices have always been extremely fair, especially since these guys(Jairo) work wonders. If you take your phone to your carrier they won’t even touch it, immediately they’ll suggest tapping into your “insurance” which nowadays is almost a $200 deductible. I HIGHLY recommend if you ever have ANY phone trouble bring it here first, and look for JAIRO.

I was sent here by SquareTrade (where my warranty was from)for a cracked screen on my wifes Samsung S8. Squaretrade recommended that I call ahead of time to make sure that they have the part ready. The person I talked to took my claim number and got the process started and ordered the part, assuring me that the screen would be there. On the day we arrived to drop of the phone they had no record of me calling in with the claim number, and told me that they dont take orders for parts over the phone like that (contrary to what Squaretrade told me). So, of course, they didnt have the part. Now, Jairo did tell me that he would be able to go pick up the part that day and get the phone repaired before the close of business. I returned at 5:30 just as he was finishing up the phone, so all was good. I checked the screen, saw that it was functioning correctly and left, putting the phone in my cars center console as I finished running errands. I arrived home after 8pm and gave the phone to my wife. She tried checking her messages and noticed a message saying that there was no sim card installed. Lo and behold, the sim card and the tray that holds it were missing! Of course, this place closes at 7pm so I could do nothing until they opened at 10am the next day (what kind of business hours are 10-7 anyway??). There was 1 1/2 hours after I picked up the phone until they closed, they didnt notice a sim card and card tray sitting on their workbench in that time and called me to let me know they have it? My wife desperately needs her phone for business and this is making her work day a lot more stressful than it already is.I am writing this review at 6:30am knowing that I still have another 3 1/2 hours until they open so I can ask them... I can only hope that they have it...
