I interviewed with this company and it seemed to go well, but they didnt validate my parking which cost me $6, and then ghosted me afterwards and didnt respond to my follow-up calls or emails. Its fine that they didnt hire me, but to ghost a person after an interview is unprofessional and they should have either told me not to park in the structure or validated my parking.

Dealing w anything having to done technology is just not my thing, but it’s inevitable to deal w it to start a business. Edward came out to assist w IT issues w our internet. He was fantastic! He was timely, kind, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help w our needs. I will definitely be working w Edward again.

Do not invest money into this company. We setup a contract with a set amount of pre-paid hours for helpdesk work. They are a remote office that we need to have hands on here and there. I confirmed that is what we were looking for and they said thats what they do. On the first support call the technician was, not only late by a few hours, he was not able to provide basic helpdesk support. When we tried to schedule work to be done on an upcoming office move our initial meeting was delayed due to the owner forgetting about the meeting. After the initial meeting we sent details and we were met with no response from any of the forms of contact. Service is not up to par with this company.
