Their work was awful and dirty. The price is expensive, and they gave me back my new dress dirty.. I’ll never go there

Last month I took 2 YSL dresses to do alteration, the first time they make them too small on the sleeves, I can not even wear, so I took it back to them. The second time they even dig a big hole at the edge of one sleeve and sewed it roughly. I can not believe they did it to my 2,000 dollar dress, and they did not even told me or apologize to me about it, not even one word! Or Maybe they thought I won’t find out?Anyway it is holiday, I am not taking it back to them again, tired of it! However if the owner do not admit it and apologize, I am gonna upload pictures and receipts.So I would suggest do not do alterations, not here at least.

Stood inside for 15 minutes. Said “hello”… “excuse me” watched a lady in back sift through buttons or something. Doesn’t want business. Don’t bother.

I have come here for years for hemming only. They are always courteous and very accommodating - never refusing an emergency! Quality is always great!

My dress seam was coming apart so I walked in and she said shed do it for me right then. 5minutes later it was done! Aaand she did it for FREE! She said it was easy, no problem, no charge. Its perfectly seamed now. Give them a chance.

Terrible tailoring. This place is the worst, do not use them unless you want your garments destroyed.

Took a couple shirts to be tapered here because we moved and their location was convenient. The older lady working there was very unfriendly and hard to understand. She acted very put out by me asking her to repeat herself. When I went to pick up the shirts they charged me more than double my last tailor. Never again. Fair warning to everyone else.

If you have something that needs to be hemmed or altered, take it to this place. They know what theyre doing and they dont charge an arm and a leg.
